• Milos (1/5): Misleading Information and Completely Unacceptable Experience - Nothing about this stay was satisfactory. Nowhere on Booking does it clearly state that reception is 500 meters away from the apartments and that parking is about 400 meters away. This is essential information that guests deserve to know before arrival. It feels intentionally omitted. There is no phone in the apartment, so you cannot contact reception directly — and reception is not even in the same building. Completely impractical. Booking states that check-in is at 3 PM, yet at reception we were told it is actually 4 PM. This is simply false information. The first room we were given was extremely cold, not more than 18°C. Assigning a freezing room to guests without checking the temperature is unacceptable. Only later in the evening were we moved to another room, which forced us to pack and relocate all our belongings after already settling in. Totally unprofessional. The apartments operate under Hotel Wulfenia, sharing the same reception, yet apartment guests are not allowed to use the hotel wellness facilities — not even if they are willing to pay. That policy is unreasonable and unfriendly. What is also not mentioned anywhere on Booking is that there is a disco located in the same building as the apartments. On Thursdays and Fridays, loud music plays until midnight, disturbing guests. If this had been clearly stated on Booking, I could have decided in advance whether that suits me or not. I came here to ski and rest, not to listen to pounding music until 12 AM. We ended up leaving one day earlier because the overall experience was so disappointing. The older lady at reception did not even ask why we were checking out early or how our stay had been. Complete lack of professionalism and care. As for Booking, their customer support is practically unreachable. There is no proper live support when you need help with serious accommodation issues. What is the point of paying extra if there is no real assistance or accountability?

• Julia (9/5): - Wer sich für ein Zimmer oberhalb bzw im selben Gebäude einer Disco entscheidet, dem muss bewusst sein, dass man auch Musik hört (Do bis Samstag?) Das Zimmer war im 4. Stock, man hat die Musik gehört, aber war nicht so schlimm wie erwartet (mit TV an, hat man gar nichts gehört) ! Musik war auch um 2 Uhr,glaube ich, wieder aus! Parkplatz weiß ich nicht wo er ist, weil nicht genutzt. Lage ist auch super! Zu Fuß geht man zur Anschlusspiste ca. 100m, also einfach entlang des Parkplatzes beim Nachbarhotel! Anmerkung: der Schiraum riecht sehr streng nach Chemie(?) und klein, da aber die Zimmer vermutlich vermehrt an Mitarbeiter vermietet werden, wird der Raum wahrscheinlich nie voll sein!
• uzelac (7/5): - Proximity to ski lift, spacious bathroom, great bed. Since the accomodation is above disco&bar, it was a little bit loud so we didnt have much sleep. It's not possible to regulate heat. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, but everything else was.great!

• Michele (8/5): - sono stato contattato telefonicamente il giorno del mio arrivo 2 volte dalla receptionist dell'hotel Wulfenia che mi ha dato precise istruzioni in italiano sul check-in presso l'hotel per il ritiro della chiave appartamento di recente costruzione con ottimo confort ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo durante il mio soggiorno ad inizio settembre - un piccolo tavolo e solo una panca senza alcuna ulteriore sedia - angolo cucina ridotto ai minimi termini - parcheggio (gratuito) ma lungo la strada principale a circa 200 m dall'appartamento

• Chiara (6/5): Positive experience overall - The location was perfect, right next to the slopes and only a 2-3 minutes away from the lift. There is also a grocery shop nearby and two sport equipment shops/rentals. The apartment was new, nicely furnished and there was enough space. We couldn’t sleep well. It wasn’t clear from the description, but the apartments are located in a building that has a disco on the ground floor. We could clearly hear the music and especially the bass until 3 am. Parties take place 3 days a week and of course there was an additional party on Dec 31st (until 5 am). We stayed for 7 nights and couldn’t sleep on 4 nights. Our stay was not too bad overall, but if I had known that the room was in the same building as a disco, I probably wouldn’t have chosen it. I would definitely recommend the place if you avoid the party days, if you don’t have light sleep or if you don’t mind the music until late.
