• Frederic (10/5): Super séjour superbe vue et ville très agréable pour y passer quelques jours au calme. - La vue depuis la terrasse de la Chambre sur la ville et le lac. Le confort et la taille de la maison. Le calme du quartier. Il y a un seul bémol c est qu il n y a pas de machine à laver mais on est près su centre et il y a beaucoup de lavomatique.

• frederic (7/5): Bien dans l’ensemble. - L’endroit est sécurisé, il se situe dans un endroit résidentiel et la vue est très sympathique. C’est très bien pour un couple ou couple avec un enfant. Nous avons subi le passage d’un cyclone durant notre séjour, le logement est à la hauteur et les voisins ont eu la gentillesse de nous informer des précautions à avoir. Le logement est équipé de Netflix, ce qui a été un plus durant notre journée où nous n’avons pas pu sortir à cause de la MTO Le logement est équipé pour quatre personnes. Il n’y a rien à dire concernant la vaisselle, cependant cela manque d’intimité dans la chambre puisque les lits sont mitoyens. La literie mériterait d’être changée. Une étagère dans la salle de bain serait la bienvenue. Enfin, durant le passage du cyclone, nous n’avons eu aucun message de la propriétaire ou même une présence de sa part, ce qui est dommage dans ces moments-là. Même si nous venons d’un endroit où nous sommes habitués également aux cyclones, ce n’est pas le cas de tout le monde et un message de mise en garde aurait été la bienvenue plutôt que ce soit les voisins qui le fasse.

• Joan (9/5): Havre de paix avec vue reposante de jour comme de nuit. - Vue magnifique de la chambre et meme du lit. Vue sur la ville le lac et la.montagne. Très.beau la nuit et superbe au levé du jour. Quartier rèsidentiel calme,et très propre.Accolé à'un champ de petits moutons, mais à moins.de 10 minutes du centre ville et des supermarchés (en voiture) RIEN . Mais une machine à laver et de quoi étendre son linge serait un plus appréciable.

• Barbara (9/5): - Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und den Rotorua See vor allem vom 1. Stock aus, wo man die Auswahl an 2 Balkonen hat. Dabei ist es extrem ruhig, man hört nur ab und zu ein paar Schafe von der daneben gelegenen Weide. Für uns ideal war die gut ausgestattete Küche, um an Weihnachten kochen zu können. Wie aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht, muss man mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren. Die Eigentümer, die das Studio nicht selbst verwalten, leben direkt nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Einen kleinen Abzug würden wir für das Bad geben, das klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist
• Franziska (7/5): Spacious and bright apartment - We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and bright apartment. The view from the windows was truly wonderful — definitely one of the highlights of the place. Another big plus was the convenient parking spot right in front of the door, which made arriving and unloading really easy. For our personal taste, both beds were way too soft, though of course this can vary a lot from person to person. We also had a small issue with ants in the kitchen, but the host responded quickly and provided a solution. Some of the furniture was a bit dusty the bathroom ventilation system could have used a thorough cleaning.

• Susan (9/5): - Lovely view. Comfortable bed. Sofa with excellent TV options 👌 on a rainy evening. Nothing really, apart from the macerator in the bathroom was unexpected and noisy. Not really a problem as such.

• Alice (10/5): A beautiful base to explore Rotorua - We absolutely loved our stay at the Studio. The outlook over Rotorua is beautiful and the memory of the sheep grazing the incredibly green pastures out the bedroom window will be forever in my mind. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommend this property. The property manager was also extremely helpful with a little maintenance issue during our stay.
