Il vero punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio il personale: professionale, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Sharifa ci ha accolto con grande professionalità al check-in e ci ha seguiti con attenzione durante tutto il soggiorno. Shemsia, sempre con il sorriso e una gentilezza unica, ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. E come non menzionare Salimu, che porteremo sempre nei nostri cuori: disponibile in qualsiasi momento, sempre pronto ad aiutarci e a regalarci un sorriso. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo: le camere sono dotate di tutto il necessario, la colazione è varia e abbondante e la piscina è un valore aggiunto, anche se il mare si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e vicina alla realtà locale. Un grazie speciale a Salimu, Sharifa e Shemsia: rimarrete sempre nei nostri ricordi per aver reso questa vacanza indimenticabile. Posizione difficile da trovare.
• Detlef (8/5): Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel - ideal für alle, die keine große AI-Anlage suchen - Unsere Anreise verlief mit ein paar kleinen Hürden – wir kamen gegen 19 Uhr an, und da es im September bereits dunkel ist, fühlte es sich fast so an, als wären wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen. Nachdem wir die asphaltierte Straße verlassen hatten, führte uns ein etwas holpriger Weg zum Hotel. Dort angekommen, wurden wir von einem bezaubernden Kerzenlicht empfangen – was allerdings daran lag, dass genau an diesem Abend ein Stromausfall herrschte. Zunächst waren wir etwas überrascht und fragten uns, wo wir wohl gelandet sind. Doch obwohl die Besitzerin nicht vor Ort war, hat sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Team alles darangesetzt, uns den ersten Abend so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Strom kehrte nach wenigen Stunden zurück, und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es keinen weiteren Ausfall. Insgesamt haben sich die Besitzerin und das Personal wirklich größte Mühe gegeben, uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, das stets reichlich und abwechslungsreich serviert wurde. Natürlich muss man sich ein wenig auf die einheimische Küche einlassen – für uns war das aber genau das Richtige, schließlich möchte man im Urlaub auch einmal Neues probieren. Besonders schön war dabei der Blick vom zweiten Stock aus: über das Dorf hinweg bis hin zum Meer – ein echtes Highlight am Morgen. Abends sorgte ein Sicherheitsmann für Ruhe und Sicherheit. Außerdem gibt es zwei freundliche Wachhunde, die frei herumlaufen und Besucher freudig begrüßen. Für Hundefreunde wunderbar – wer Angst vor Hunden hat, sollte sich darauf einstellen. Natürlich ist das Hotel nicht mehr ganz so frisch wie auf den Fotos, aber dennoch sehr gepflegt und charmant. Alles in allem kann ich das Binta Boutique Hotel jedem empfehlen, der keine riesige All-inclusive-Anlage sucht, sondern einen persönlichen Rückzugsort mitten in der einheimischen Kultur.
• Silvia (7/5): Soggiorno 6 giorni per una famiglia di 4 - Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati 6 notti al Binta. Lo staff è stato disponibile, soprattutto il guardiano notturno. La colazione molto buona, ma se potessi dare un suggerimento, sarebbe piacevole anche avere delle alternative. Purtroppo per raggiungere la struttura c'è una strada, che di notte è molto buia e isolata, quindi ci siamo serviti dei tuk tuk per rientrare tutte le sere. La spesa totale per l'utilizzo di questo servizio non era stata prevista con la prenotazione del soggiorno. Tuttavia la sera era ottimo per godersi un po' di pace e silenzio, considerando che siamo a Nungwi ed è un paesino molto vivo. Personale disponibile, ma parlano un inglese molto elementare e non sempre ci siamo capiti. Nella struttura vivono due cani e non sono segnalati. Premetto che noi siamo grandi amanti dei cani (anche noi ne abbiamo uno) e che i due cuccioli ci hanno fatto compagnia, ma non è segnalato nell'inserzione e qualcuno potrebbe avere dei disagi. La pulizia potrebbe migliorare molto.
• nozomi (8/5): 綺麗ですが環境が残念 - 部屋が綺麗、清潔。ホットシャワーもでます。可愛い犬が出迎えしてくれました。プールは綺麗でした。 賑やかなビーチ沿いより静かにすごしたい人、海が見えなくてもいい方にはおすすめです！食事は3階や2階の屋外で食べたのが気持ちよかったです。 子連れで2泊しました。海まで近いように見えますが、砂利道を歩きます。夜は真っ暗で人もあまりいないので怖かったです。電灯がなければ辿り着けません。女性1人にはすすめられません。子ども達も怖がってました。リゾート地で海が良いならやっぱりオーシャンフロントに泊まるべきだと思いました。一日中海にいたし、同じ値段かそれ以下でビーチフロントのホテルがあったので移ろうかと思いましたが、到着すぐに現金で（メッセージには新札を指定）支払いでしたのであきらめました。近くにご飯を食べるところがあまり無く同じレストランに二回いきました。洗濯をしてくれたのですが、男性にはチップ2ドルと言われましたが、翌日に女性には10ドルと言われ支払いました。洗濯代が10ドルなら頼まなかったな、ストーンタウンで3000tsで洗濯機かりたら良かったな、と思いました。宿泊費も安くはないし、洗濯を引き受ける際に伝えるべきです。海が目当てで来ましたが、子連れで海に出たり夜レストラン探したりでしんどかったので、私たちにとってコスパはあまりよくなかったです。

• Lisa (9/5): Perfect small boutique hotel! - Lovely small boutique hotel with only 5 min walk from the beach. The women do everything they can to make your stay perfect! It has the old Swahili look and not the big resort kind of vibe. So it makes your stay cosy and your not just a guest. Last night we had dinner in the hotel and we were blown away by the local food and the romantic setting they made. Love to come back sometime!

• Bianca (10/5): Great spot in Zanzibar - Binta Hotel Boutique in Zanzibar offered a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing a free late checkout and late breakfast. You can enjoy drinks from the bar and relax by the pool or on the upstairs terrace. The owner was also very accommodating, helping with everything we needed, including airport transfers. The hotel’s cozy atmosphere made it a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended! Nothing

We had a lot of good food on Zanzibar, but the food at Binta where hands down the best. An excellent spot for families and others wanting a quiet place that would accommodate all your needs. The pool is a great bonus, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away.
