• Hallie (7/5): Great value. Excellent staff. - Property staff were very accommodating and kind. Location was perfect. Quiet enough. They had a whole menu of drinks and food available for free delivery. I’m not sure why they provided a used sponge for cleaning dishes. I thought that was kind of gross. And shower was strange. The only way to shower was by using a hand held hose with shower head. But water pressure was great.

• carlos (9/5): Fantástica villa en Uluwatu - La ubicación es muy buena para andar por Uluwatu. A 10-15 minutos de todo en moto, pero mucho más tranquilo que en el centro. No tienen cocina en el alojamiento.
• Getvanski (10/5): - Als ich angekommen bin hatte ich Bali belli. Hab mich schwach und schlecht gefühlt. Der Junge man an der Rezeption hat mir auf meine Frage nach der nächsten Apotheke von sich aus ein indonesisches Gelee geben welches die Einwohner Balis in dem Fall zu sich nehmen. Er wollte nichts dafür. Innerhalb von Stunden ging es mir besser und am nächsten Tag konnte ich wieder normal essen.

• Nataliia (10/5): Что то сделать с шумоизоляцией - Приветливый персонал, хорошая мебель и планировка. Сад и свой дворик. Очень сильно шумно. Слышно соседей через стенку и самое главное все ночи лаяли собаки и кричали петухи не умолкая.

• Danica (6/5): - Clean. Basic. Good location. Staff were good and helpful. Literally in the middle of a construction site. Diggers and drills from 8am-7pm. Not comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again until the construction has been finished. 8am drilling when in Bali is not fun!!

We got told that there would have been constructions right next to our room just when we arrived. The accomodation is spacious but the furniture is rather cheap. There were many insects in the room and a lot of ants.

• Pim (4/5): Vies en veel schimmel - Weinig beviel. Hygiëne is erg slecht. Overal schimmel. Op elke muur wel vocht en of schimmelplekken. Daarnaast ook over het algemeen veel viezigheid in de kamer. Locatie is in een bouwput wat nu heel veel overlast en geen fijn/veilig gevoel geeft. Mijn lakens zaten onder de vlekken. Ik heb op een handdoek op het bed geslapen. Echt heel vies.

It was raining and the ceremony - the taxi could not arrive, I was late for the event, so the whole family helped me and took me there themselves. Place was so new and clean. Jay became a true friend. Because of such people and places I want to come back all the time ❤️ Everything was amazing

Feels very private and quiet too. The location is okay but not ideal. You have at least a 10min drive to any of the good restaurants or sightseeing of Uluwatu. The road to access the property is also messy and difficult with lots of construction going on
• Wilson (9/5): Happy about the stay. - The place was new, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some good conversations with him (son of the owner). It was also close to Uluwatu Temple where we could see Kecak Dance. Could not find food to eat nearby. The food (some pasta) from the recommended kitchen which we ordered on the phone was ordinary. The ordering process could have been better too.

The apartment is so spacious, super clean, bright and I felt 100% safe with the private garden. Jay, the owner/manager of the property was so friendly and helpful and available on whats app for anything needed. I would definitely return to stay if back in the area. Nothing - it was perfect

• Florina (7/5): Not ideal value for money and a lot of insects, but comfortable and clean - It was clean and comfortable. Like all the other accommodations we had in Uluwatu, the door was not perfectly closing which allowed insects to get in and woke up with some (dead) ants in the bed. There are no mosquito nets, but at least they do provide a pluggable mosquito repellent - but not sure how effective that is. Also it is quite pricy considering the location (maintenance work going on during day) and no breakfast included.

The stay itself is amazing: modern, clean and spacious. Jee is a very kind, dedicated and helpful host. I had a great time here and would come again.

• Hayk (10/5): a good place - a welcoming place, very pleasant and polite staff, ready to help. Very large, comfortable room, close to the beautiful Broken ship beach, Melasti beach, convenient location, nearby there is a cafe and everything you need. there were a lot of different insects, including ants that bothered us, there were a lot of them. The room was not cleaned even once during our stay, so there were more and more ants every day.

The owner and the family were so friendly and good people. They also have good scooters for rent. WiFi is strong and reliable. AC is very cold. Comfortable bed. Recommend. This is not a social place as there are only a couple private rooms and no common social area which is also great. I liked everything.

• Jenteb (9/5): Perfect stay for Uluwatu - The room was spacious and pretty. The airconditioning worked very well. The host was very very friendly and nice. Helped us with all we asked. It is run by a family and you feel really welcome. You have your own kitchen and front yard. You were pretty much in the center of Uluwatu where you can easily reach everything. The scooters are very good and well serviced. The future looks promising for this resort. Everything is still new and new plans are being made! One small thing: The bathroom might need some extra finishing touches.
• Teri (8/5): Very good - Friendly host, spacious apartment with separate kitchen and sitting area, good plumbing. nice lighting, wardrobe, drying rack, scooters available. A few minor things already suggested to host (more hangers, hand towels). Bed a bit hard, a softer mattress topper would help. Reading lamps are dim, I travel with a clip on so not a personal issue. Guesthouse is secluded but there is still some noticeable street noise and neighborhood dogs that bark at night. Depends how sensitive your hearing is. I had to use earplugs the 2nd night. Very little within walking distance. Get a scooter or use Grab/Gochek.

• Andrei (10/5): Perfect calm and comfy mini villa. - Stayed here for a week in April 2024. Clean small houses with clean bathrooms and AC in the comfy main room. Fridge, cosy terrace with inside garden. Good location, close to Uluwatu temple and main restaurants. Beautiful long fast road straight to the temple entrance. You can find small shops and good restaurants with local food in 2 min by bike. Big thx to guys from the reception desk for advices where to go and amazing service through all the stay. Nothing bad i can say. Best deal for the buck
