• Guest (10/5): Stilvolle Unterkunft mit selbstbewusster Preisgestaltung - Stilvolle Unterkunft mit selbstbewusster Preisgestaltung in La Maddalena! Auf dem Balkon sitzend bekommt man den abendlichen Umschwung am Hafen bestens mit. Ausreichend Parkraum am Hafen. Die Kommunikation mit den Herbergsbetreibern verlief nur digital bzw. telefonisch. Zum Glück verwies der benachbarte Café-Betreiber auf die im Türstock hängende Schlüsselbox, für die der Code gilt. Mit dem Tippen auf dem Pad direkt neben dem Schild kamen wir zuerst nicht weiter. Für ein nächstes Mal weiß man jetzt Bescheid.
• Stephan (9/5): Modernes Zimmer am Hafen - Sehr moderne schicke Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Flures. Besonders geschmackvoll war das kleine zum Zimmer gehörende Badezimmer. Schöner Blick aus dem Fenster in den Hafen. Wir hatten nicht beachtet, dass der Hafen das Entertainer-Zentrum der Stadt ist. Es war also sehr lange in die Nacht hinein sehr laut.

• brigitte (6/5): Lieu très agréable mais environnement bruyant. - L’immeuble et les chambres sont très agréables et décorés avec soin. La literie est très confortable L’immeuble est en centre-ville. Stationnement facile à proximité. Notre chambre était malheureusement bruyante car elle donnait sur la rue principale du port, mais surtout un établissement à proximité a diffusé de la musique jusqu’à très tard.

Minuscule fenêtre avec persiennes bloquées parce qu’elle donne sur 2 clim, une terrasse-bar avec musique en boucle. Donc fin septembre, on a dû fermer la fenêtre et mettre la clim pour être au calme. La description est trompeuse car elle montre 2 beaux balcons qui en fait donnent sur un salon collectif que personne n’utilise… PAS DE PETIT DÉJEUNER CAUTION 80€ accès difficile sur 2 étages avec bagages, complexité informatique pour entrer et sortie…

• Markus (4/5): Sehr sehr laute Lage, keine Dämmung - - Bett gemütlich - Kommunikation gut - Modernes Bad - Verlangen eine Kaution, die über ein drittes Portal vorab hinterlegen muss. Ist das mit den Bedingungen von booking vereinbar? Habe ich noch nie erlebt…. - Die ganze Nacht durchgehend laut aufgrund der Lage im Zentrum. Um 2-3 Uhr kommen jede nach gröhlende Gruppen am Fenster vorbei. Um 5 Uhr wird der glasmüll lautstark entsorgt. Die Fenster sind wahrscheinlich einfach verglast. - Bilder zu 80% sowohl des Hotels als auch der Zimmer sind Bilder von allgemeinbereicheny dadurch wirken die Zimmer großer, sie sind in Wirklichkeit sehr klein. Auch den Aufpreis für das „Dreibettzimmer“ kann man sich sparen, max. 2 SQM mehr. Grenzt schon fast an Täuschung. - Couch im dreibettzimmer ein Witz. Wenn da wirklich mal eine dritte Person schlafen soll, gute Nacht. - Wasserdruck in der Dusche minimal - parken im Zentrum eine Katastrophe - Keine tägliche Reinigung. Zwei kleine Duschgeltuben für drei Tage und zwei Personen werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

• Katalin (10/5): I highly reccomend this accomodation! - The location was one of the best. We had the best host ever with whom the communication was easy and smooth. The accomodation is modern, very clean, spacious and comfortable.
• ALAIN (8/5): - The location and the common room with other guests. Missing two (small seats on the terrasse). Two high price (due to Magdalena location). Need to give a deposit through a internet link while booking is recommending not to click on any link. Booking should prevent such practices to be consistent . In addition asking for 80 euros deposit is ridiculous (much too small in case of damage) and is just irritating since the customer cannot assess if a link is at risk of data capture and the guest house cannot also. Just to notice that booking is regularly hacked with data collection from frauders . So the argument « my site has never been hacked is wrong and is not honest since when a credit card is hacked there no way for the owner of the card to know what web site was at the origin of the data collection. We understand the hotel want to be protected but the customer shall be first protected . Ad Orifnte and booking shall stop this bad practice. I travel a lot and I have been hacked 5 time (among which probably 2 via booking) , so I will never give a deposit via internet link anymore .

• Laura (8/5): Bon séjour je recommande - Petit appartement avec balcon en plein centre ville de Maddalena (nous avions pris avec vu mer) très confortable un petit frigo dans la chambre et une cafetière mise à dispo dans le hall principal Salle de bain spacieuse Pas de parking possibilité de se garer sur les parkings juste à côté (nous avons voyagé en septembre assez de places dispo) Manque un rideau opaque ou plus épais dans la chambre, les volets sont des persiennes et donc le jour rentre très tôt le matin dans la chambre ce qui réveil tôt … Nous étions en centre ville donc forcément nous entendons beaucoup les bruits de la route et des bateaux.
• Kath (7/5): Loved the location however if we were to visit again we would book a facility which is more self contained. We would for - Central location so easy walk to cafes, restaurant and retail, and great sea view. Lovely to watch the boats coming and going. It is noisy at night and the shutters/blind do not block the light. We stayed five nights - there were no wine glasses or facilities to assume a longish stay. There is a balcony however no seating on it. It is good, but not great for the price we paid.

Lage am Hafen und an der Straße, Verkehr und Lärm die ganze Nacht, schlafen mit offener Balkontüre nicht möglich. Kleines Zimmer, Koffer kann nur auf dem Bett geöffnet werden.

Totalmente equipada con muchos detalles como zapatillas de estar en casa, toallas muy nuevas y de calidad, crema para el cuerpo y secador con difusor. En septiembre encontramos siempre aparcamiento gratuito en las calles cercanas. Repetiríamos sin duda. Por poner alguna pega: Escaleras de acceso a la habitación muy empinadas, conviene tener mucho cuidado al subir y bajar con las maletas o con las chanclas/zapatos mojados. Se oyen los ruidos de la calle pero en nuestro caso, en septiembre, había ambiente pero no demasiado, con lo cuál no nos molestó.

Localização ótima perto de restaurantes, lojinhas, etc. gostamos bastante! Falta um cofre de segurança para guardar os pertences e mais um apoio para uma segunda mala no quarto. Achamos o colchão do quarto Caprera um pouco mole, poderia ser mais firme para não doer as costas, mas isso é gosto pessoal! No mais tudo em ordem!

• Rosalie (4/5): Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas excellent - L’emplacement est très bien pour sortir dans la ville, il est en plein centre. Alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la ville, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre avec seulement une petite fenêtre en hauteur donnant sur un mur à 1 mètre de la fenêtre. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. La porte d’entrée principale a été bloquée et une machine à café était bien présente mais sans capsules. Être en plein centre c’est très pratique, mais attention, c’est aussi très bruyant.
