- Roberto (9/5): Una decente estadía - El lugar está increíble, la ubicación espléndida y el personal genial. El cuarto que me tocó “esperanza” estuvo bueno y se descansa muy bien en la cama. Para entrar al cuarto es con chapa de código y para entrar a la propiedad hay un portero. Las áreas comunes son geniales. Hay una cafetera a disposición aunque el café queda mucho a deber. Tomar en cuenta que son varios cuartos dentro de la casa y otras personas estarán conviviendo en el lugar. El detalle está si pretendes descansar durante la noche quizás debas pensarlo ya que a mí me tocó personas que llegaban muy noche, madrugada y hacían ruido y terminaban despertándome.

- Monica Lopez Amin (10/5): An unforgettable stay at Casa Amari—charming, comfortable, and made even more special by thoughtful - I loved everything about Casa Amari—the location couldn’t be better, the space felt cozy and full of character, and the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. A special shoutout to the porter on our last day—it was raining, and he kindly brought us trash bags to cover our shoes so we wouldn’t get wet. Such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture that really stood out. The only small downside was that our first set of towels had a slight damp/mildew smell, like they hadn’t fully dried—but everything else was wonderful.

Perfect for a wedding party or reunion. - Gorgeous place, the back courtyard had a rain cover so when it was raining we could still sit outside or go out onto the small balcony in my room. Amenities are delightful. Hershey's chocolates or tequila, were out in the upstairs lobby for those that would like it. Take your pick! No hot water pot in the room, I kind of expected that. The tile grout in the bathroom shower/tub need some attention, but besides that, the room was spotless. The security guard is the same man 24 hours a day. I was a bit bothered by that. No bed, just a chair in a small sentry box. And he was a lovely man.

The front gate guard on duty when we arrived was very polite and helpful. Our room was ready early, so we were able to come in and get settled as soon as we got there. The neighborhood is safe and very high-end. Endless options for great food (and luxury shopping, if you're into that) within walking distance. Some of the other guards during our stay were not very pleasant. The rooms have names that we could not remember, and some of the guards asked for our room name whenever we left in the morning, and told us what time check-out was, despite the fact that we weren't leaving for another few days.

- Josh (9/5): Stunning building, excellent location, great value, comfy bed, quiet street, kind staff. - Excellent location- close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and near a lovely park. I was debating about Polanco, but my daughter and I loved our morning walks on tree-lined streets and evening wanders with all the people out at restaurants and cafes. There is no reception per se, but the person at the front gate and the cleaner were helpful and kind. It was an easy walk to the Anthropology Museum, with a coffee and croissant in hand. Snacks, coffee, and tea were made available. Very clean, quiet, and calm, and the building, an 1900 home, is just beautiful. Our local friends said many such buildings were torn down as Polanco was developed in the 1930-1940s. So glad this one remains! Our air conditioner didn't work well, and we were warm a few nights. That's my only complaint- it was wonderful otherwise!

The staff was friendly, and neighbor was safe and clean. I would stay here again but choose a room on the first floor as our staircase was a tad tough to go up. The staff was great and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Very much appreciated!! I would recommend. The slim swirl staircase was a tad tough to go up but we made it work.

Safety and the guys at the gate (Nestor and Carlos) were great. Room clean for sure and bed cozy. we had just come from an very lovely place in Oaxaca so the place felt like a let down vs. what you see on line. Better coffee in the morning.
- Hood (9/5): Have visited Polanco a few times and this is one of the best places to stay. - The accommodation itself is a very beautiful, a grand staircase and lovely rest areas to work or just soak up the vibe of the house. Lots of storage space in the room itself. Great location in Polanco, surrounded by an excellent choice of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Lincoln Park and Chapultepec just a short stroll away. Unfortunately there is no elevator so getting your heavy luggage up the stairwell can be a challenge. Some of the rooms were being renovated and the noise was quite loud (typical of Mexico). No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There is a room for making your own brew but this was not explained to us when we arrived.

- Alonso (8/5): Tranquilidad y belleza - La arquitectura de la casa es PRECIOSA, los espacios ínteriores son hermosos, el arte de las obras que los decoran y que tienen a la venta, hacen muy especial el espacio. Un lugar muuuy bonito y tranquilo. Ubicación inmemorable. Hay cafetera, pero no hay los insumos para preparar los cafés qué ofrece la cafetera. Las galletas podrían ser de mejor calidad. Sé que quieren ahorrar, pero de plano las galletas que dan son muy básicas. En la habitación no servían dos lámparas. En la habitación falta un mueble para colocar la maleta y un bote para la basura.

Tiene sala, comedor y cocina a disposición de los huéspedes. En las recámaras podrían ya renovar sus colchones y mobiliario.
