• Sweety (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very convenient location. Easy check in check out. The owner is always responsive if you have any questions or need any extra requests. The room was very clean. Just walking distance to many markets, food and walking street. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again when we are in Ho chi Minh city
• Diễm (8/5): Good location and nice room - Clean room and good location. I ended up staying here for 3 nights Some other guests are noisy and unconsidered for other people. They checked out late, or got back to the accommodation very late throughout the night and I could hear their suitcases noise, their heavy footsteps and they shut the gate noisily. Would be good if the owner included in your welcome email to tell them to be aware of it for other fellow guests.

• Stefan (8/5): Convenient place hidden in the small alley - Small quiet alley, close to Ben Than market. Clean room with comfy bed. They provide toiletries, kettle (no coffee/tea), TV with youtube. There is no lobby with receptionist. They will send instruction about check-in about one day before you will arrive. Before entering you need to ring the bell and then after entering the house, the owner will talk to you through the camera in the corner under the stairs. Quick and easy check-in. In the entrance hall, you will find small common kitchen and big table with chairs. There is no elevator, it can be problem for some. Also, next to the building, is construction site. They start working 7-7:30 and finish around 21:00. But if you are most of the time outside during the day, the construction does not bother you.

• Ying (10/5): Very pleased with my stay & how value for money this place was. 100% recommended! - Convenient location, & I could walk anywhere I wanted to to explore. Tucked away in a back alley off a busy main road. The back alley is a residential area & I didn't feel unsafe walking back at night. The neighbour directly opposite has 4 dogs which are friendly & adorable (they might jump on you, but I only encountered them once in the 4D3N I stayed) Super affordable, clean & hygienic. Fairly spacious room (compared to what I remember of HCMC accommodation from 9 years ago). Mattress is hard (great for my terrible back) & pillow is fluffy - I slept super well all nights. Air-conditioning is strong & cools the room down very quickly. There is also a wall fan available for use. Toiletries & bath supplies provided: Shampoo & shower gel (in medium-sized pump bottles), 2x toothbrushes, a large tube of toothpaste, 1x razor. Ample toilet paper. Shower water pressure is good, & hot/warm water is consistently available. The water on the floor dries up really quickly as the drainage system is good. Wall charger comes with a multiplug universal adapter, which is super appreciated. Cold drinking water is available via the water dispenser in the living room (ground floor). One of the days, it was running out ~10AM as I left. By the time I returned at 6PM, it was replenished with a new refill. Payment is by cash & made after you check-in. This isn't a negative point, more like gentle reminder to have sufficient cash to pay. My room (2B) was 3 floors up from the ground floor living room. If you want a lower floor, pls let them know in advance. Wasn't an issue for me as I only had a backpack, no heavy suitcases. Check-out is promptly at 12:00PM; there was a knock on my door at 11:58AM to remind me of this.
• Pablo (9/5): Good stay - Good stay, conveniently located. Had to walk up 4 floors without an elevator, which can be inconvenient if you're packing much.

• Trung (5/5): Passable - It's close to the Independence Palace and other tourist places. There was a cockroach in the bathrooms. Ants on the floor. The floor wasn't carefully clean and I saw long hair near the refrigerator. It was hard to know how to enter the house. You need to press the bell, someone will instruct you how to enter the house.
• Lisa (9/5): Perfect! - Spotlessly clean, comfortable, clean bedding and fresh towels each day, nice hot, powerful shower, good AC and great location across street from the big market and easy to get around all the main sights on foot.
