Danielle (10/5): Exceptional - Clean The stairs as we was on top floor
Pamela (1/5): Dreadful - Pretty much everything it was falling apart, shoddy and disgusting. The only good part was it was close to the O2. There were bits hanging out of random places, vomit on the door step stood next to a rat while opening the door and upstairs sounding like animals doing the unmentioned. We got a taxi and went home. No place to take kids will not be going back there.
Phil (1/5): Very disappointed. Terrible hosts. - The process for checking in should be simpler. I was expected to wait 1hr 30 mins and then asked to pay a £100 deposit. Ridiculous.
Livia (5/5): Skeptical at first - The location was through an alley behind a food shop, we were a bit taken aback by it but as we ascended the stairs to the flat that was allocated to us we could see the place itself was alright. Everything was as it looked in the pictures and it was what we expected The kitchen was out of use for us as they placed the washing machine right in the middle of it but all in all it was fine.
