• Stuart (5/5): Ruined by the terrible beds and generally uncomfortable place. - Location Terrible beds. Hard as a rock and cramped in the room- way too small for two people. We had to move to the couch (also hard but better than the bed) to get a night’s sleep. Four small rooms on four different levels. Rooms were made way too small by the bathroom that was crammed into each of them.

• Andreas (9/5): Superb - Very beautiful traditional house, in a good location and perfect for a group of friends. I know is an old house and not so spacious but the beds are too small for two people and the covers even smaller, we had to fight every night for them. The Airconditions in the rooftop make a lot of noise and to be honest they don’t do such a good work warming the house. You need to find a new way for storing luggage and closet cause in the room you have zero space to leave your luggage.
• Sarah (9/5): Highly recommend. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and a 16,15 and 10 year old) and we loved our stay at Casa Emily. The h - The location was excellent. The decor and authenticity was so charming. The beds were slightly hard and small but we got used to it.
• Alison (8/5): We loved our roof terrace with a view of the old town, the sea and mountains. The location of Casa e - I know the town of Chania quite well and chose this location in the old town to be close to friends staying nearby and to be close to restaurants/shops and other facilities. I found the bathroom and bedroom on the first floor to be very small, and had particular issues with using the tiny bathroom. It was good to have an ensuite, but it was hard to leave any toiletries in the bathroom as there was no shelving or other space to put things. The bedroom was cramped - very little floor space.

• Séverine (9/5): Superb - Super location and everything went super smooth with owners. The apartment is nice and the roof terrace a very nice touch and place to be. Parking the car could be a hassle from time to time, depending on time of day, day of the week. And the beds were quite hard.

• Renata (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartament in a quiet area of old Chania. Just a few steps from various restaurants and cafeterias. We loved the place very much. Highly recommend Townhouse Emily.
• Amenie (10/5): Perfect - The location was absolutely amazing, easy access to everything, including a small supermarket literally just around the corner (2 minute walk). There were two wonderful coffee shops very close to the house. We’re vegan, and we found the catering for vegans in Chania to be brilliant, both with stores and restaurants. We fell in love with a restaurant called the Sailing Club, which we actually ate at 4 nights over the 10 days we were there! The house was beautifully decorated!! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!
• Nadja (10/5): Exceptional - Staying at Townhouse Emily complimented our stay in Chania. It is located in a very quiet location yet close to the centre and the port area. Property was very clean and nicely finished. Our boys loved the concept of one room on top of the other and the terrace was a huge bonus. The host was super too, suggesting things to do nearby and was also very kind to accommodate our late checkout. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect
• Liida (10/5): Lovely, relaxing - The house was excellent! Better than we thought and we were super excited. Loved the upper balcony, it was our favorite thing about the stay, really cool views and quiet atmosphere. Three bathrooms were such a good surprise 😊 The beds were a little bit hard.
• Martina (9/5): Superb - Great location close to all the attractions and the harbor. Very nice host, fast reaction when we had a minor problem. The terrace was lovely and the washing machine very convenient. A/C not needed in May. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are rather small but that did not bother us. Having big bags could be a bit of a nuisance.
• Nancy (8/5): Very good - Great location and had an interesting decor and authentic feel about it as you are in a neighbourhood. Great outdoor area on the rooftop. That was really fun to read in the morning. Has a Laundry facility. Little corner store very close. Near everything. The beds were too firm for me. My husband could sleep on a floor so he was fine. Lots of steps, and, as adorable as it was, that was hard after awhile to climb 3-4 flights. Fourth is the top. The toilet and shower in lower bedroom was extremely cramped. So, this all sounds negative, but it was still a great stay and a memorable one. I wouldn’t stay again just because of all the steps and I’m having some hip problems. But, we really did like it. Perhaps it was a bit more expensive than some places on booking.com.
