- Chandara (7/5): - Location Room a bit small

- Super zuvorkommendes Personal. Bad gleicht eher einer Nasszelle. Einmal duschen und alles ist nass. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit.
- Marharyta (8/5): -
- Adrian (10/5): Well worth a stay great value - Very courteous and helpful staff Location, good breakfast great staff and very clean.
- Kayleigh (8/5): -
- You (8/5): Great staffs, kind services. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks. - I would like to give credit to Mr. Chivv for trying to satisfy my requirements as much as he can and he really did. He was such a gentleman. The drain outlet was a bit smelly which affected the smell of the room. Hope it would improve in future. Otherwise, everything was good and I was very impressed.
- Lwin (9/5): Just good - Everything Nothing
- derya (5/5): Beğenmedim - Konumu şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesi Odalara değişik bir dekor yapmışlar ama oldukça konforsuz
- Thierry (7/5): - La belle piscine! Beau jardin.
- AJ (10/5): Wonderful - great value for money! - Staff are absolutely lovely, very helpful. Location is great - just a VERY short work to multiple restaurants etc. Beds were comfy, we loved the quirky set up of the 3 beds - one room but privacy for each of us! Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Pool immaculately clear. Would definitely stay again. Nothing - it was great value for money.

- Isamu (8/5): Relaxing - Relaxing, silent, hospitality, clean Fridge almost doesn’t work
- Lambert (10/5): Darling retreat with the friendliest staff! - The accommodation and staff were superb. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was so cute, with built in partitions between beds making separate sleeping areas, each with their own AC unit. Meals here were easy, delicious and inexpensive.
It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, the river and night market, with tuctuc drivers everywhere along the way. Siem Reap used US currency which made things easy for us.
- Haoua (10/5): My stay was excellent. - I would like to rate my stay at Tunnel Urban Retreat Siem Reap and give a special mention to Din Chhiv, the receptionist who truly made a difference during my visit. His professionalism, kindness, and exceptional support greatly facilitated my stay. The quality of his service was outstanding, and I sincerely appreciate his dedication and hospitality. I appreciated everything.

- Marcella (8/5): - Hotel molto carino e silenzioso.
- Jen (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff, free pick up from bus and unusual style hotel Bit out of the way and the bathroom/showers didn't feel up to date/clean/work properly
- Sara (10/5): Happy Customers - We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban. We loved: the look of the room, coming home to a pool, free desserts poolside, free rides into town in the evening, & the staff. Special mention to Chhiv, NIch, Mr Chea, Soksan & Kimlat. So helpful and sweet. Nothing - they went out of their way to make us feel special and to make sure we had everything we needed.
- Nicolas (10/5): -

- David (10/5): Brilliant hotel, must try if you are in Siem Reap - Brilliant hotel made even better by the staff. They are incredibly helpful. The free tuck tuk into town on an evening is a lovely touch and helpful as we travelled with 3 children. The breakfast is great and the complimentary fruit by the pool in the afternoon was great. Room was spacious and quirky. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t recommend enough. There wasn’t anything not to like.
- Claude (10/5): - I have stayed here several times. Quiet street. Staff is fantastic. Will be back and stay again. Value in property
- Kamaraju (7/5): It was good and worth the money - Did not opt for breakfast.. the location is near to main attractions in the city Rooms are a bit cramped. Could have left some space around the bed.
- Twigg (10/5): Amazing hotel. Come! - I think this is my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s a really cool concept with different units surrounding a nice jungle area, with a pool at the centre. The beds are very comfy and the pods are sound proof.
The staff are incredibly welcoming and made our stay a wonderful one We should have stayed longer
- Hannah (8/5): Very good -
- Melody (9/5): Superb -
- Samuel (10/5): Would be glad to go again. - Safe part of town for tourists and within walking distance for necessities. Don’t let me sway you; this is a wonderful place. But I should mention the shower would often malfunction and only use faucet which is waist high. They fixed it once but it happened again the next day. So I took showers out of the faucet a few times. Also, this is the Muslim part of town. They announce call to prayer throughout the day and into late evening. You can check Muslim prayer times online. If it bothers you, book somewhere else or simply go somewhere else during prayer times. It’s still worth it to stay here. The staff is most pleasant and will make your stay worth it.
- Trevor (10/5): The staff, particularly Din Chivv and Samong were brilliant, attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. - It was very different to a standard hotel. Very quirky but excellent. Nothing not to like
- Claude (10/5): - Staff was so gracious and helpful. Lived the different design of the rooms and the pool
- Inês (9/5): Great hotel - The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good. The all experience at the hotel was great!
- Claude (10/5): - Loved the morning breakfast staff. Always kind always smiling. Will stay again
- Enikő (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel was a good choice in Siem Reap. The staff is very nice and young, a good team. The room was clean. The pool was also fine. I can only recommend it. Thank you for the time spent here.
- Brian (10/5): Perfect , hotel staff so friendly and had their own Tuk Tuk driver who would drop us off in town in the evening. - Such a friendly welcome from staff there , given a refreshing drink and cool flannel on arrival and fresh fruit selection. Room was lovely and all that we needed . Pool was lovely to cool off in after a days exploring Siem Reap . Nothing
- Ghulamtz (8/5): Very good -
- Travelerz (10/5): Great place, would stay again - One of our kids chose this place because of the "tunnel" theme, it turned out to be great! The rooms are nice, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool isn't very big, but was still lots of fun to use. The kids loved the hanging beds to relax in near the pool. The food is good, but there are cheaper options nearby. Our room was full of mosquitos, like a mini jungle. We should have asked them to spray it the first night but didn't. Definitely get them too if you find even a few as there are more hiding everywhere.
- Bogdan (8/5): Once in a life time... - The concept is interesting, resembling with the capsule hotels of Tokio. Sure you have a room with bathroom not just a capsule but nevertheless. Location is OK (5-10 min walk to restaurant area) and swimming pool is inviting. If you have the bad luck of a room in front of the swimming pool (almost all are like this) you can be participate, for free, to all pool parties, high tone conversations, phone calls (some of the apparently private), early morning (4a.m.) Angkor Wat preparations of the group etc etc. The noise insulation of the rooms is non existent.
- Susan (8/5): Very good - The staff were quite helpful.
Pool area small but lovely Mosquitoes in the room if the door was left open.
Organised s day ttip with tuk tuk driver out front of the hotel and the hotel wanted payment because he was out the front of their hotel which we refused and paid the driver.
- Charlien (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff, always helpful with a smile. Did not like breakfast. Expensive and not tasty.
- April (10/5): - Amazing experience, good food, friendly and nice staff. Very accomodating
- Katrin (8/5): Nice small hotel with unique design - Small hotel away from busy streets but close enough if you like to walk. Because of the "tunnels" around the bed sound proofing is pretty good, even mosk nearby does not bother you a lot. We were afraid tunnel around the bed will be a bit claustrophobic but it was not, space was big enough. Decent breakfast and pretty good coffee.
Free tuk tuk to the center locations. Smell of bad water in the room (but that's a common in the area). Water in the pool was really cold which prevented us from using it. Biggest issue was payment - the terminal they used kept asking for pin when I tried to pay with credit card. I had to ask to drive me to the bank (near) so I could get a cash. For entire trip across few countries this was the only time I had this issue.
- Kristián (8/5): Very good - Staff was extremly nice and friendly. Hotel is just ten minutes of walk to the city center - pub street, patio with pool is calm and refreshing. It will be good to have more space for clothes and more place in bathroom.
- Zhen (8/5): Very good -
- Luke (8/5): Really lovely staff. - The staff were lovely, they were the best and really helpful. The pool is beautiful, the food is good. Lots of mosquitoes in the bathrooms. The road it is on is just a couple of hundred metres from the main areas, which isn’t too bad as you can get a tuk tuk, and the walk is ok, it’s just a little bit too far for the little ones.
- Burgess (7/5): Nice staff but not a great location - The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The courtyard and pool area were nice. It's not too far to city center and the restaurants there. The room was pretty small and the shower was very close to the toilet and sink. But the worst thing for me was the garbage incinerator across the street. I didn't like the smelly smoke when they were burning and they were burning quite often
- Sarah (10/5): Fantastic service, very happy - People Maybe the shower in the toilet but was ok
- Helen (10/5): The perfect place to chill in Siem Reap - The perfect place to stay while we adjusted to the time difference. We loved the quirky tunnel shapes in the wall for the beds! Staff were so brilliant, and helped us with everything we asked for. The free tuktuk into the centre was also useful. The pool was great too, and I enjoyed my early morning swims there! Nothing.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isaac (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing rooms, pool and lovely staff. Quiet, peaceful, short tuk tuk to everywhere.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area is nice. We liked our room and the quirkiness of having a bed in a tunnel. Nice shower, and we liked having a room so close to the pool. Our room was a bit small and we could have used more storage space for our cases. It's also difficult to see the TV from our bed due to the location on top of the wardrobe.
- Jasmine (10/5): - Excellent place. Quiet, peaceful & staff are just so friendly & helpful. Close to places to eat etc
- Angad (10/5): Exceptional - Small property but very good location and convenient. Great staff who were very helpful. We were travelling for our anniversary and Mr Hai and team had helped us with very nice decorations on the day. They were also very helpful with planning our day trips too.
- Morgan (10/5): - Wonderful stay in this lovely oasis. Very friendly, helpful staff. The pool is very accommodating and we had a great fun time. Nice uniquely designed room as its name, Tunnel.
Highly recommend and can't wait to come back some days
- Laura (10/5): Absolutely lovely hidden oasis! Friendly and attentive staff; great location + easy walk to town. - This resort was an absolute gem - we loved the environment and the jungle feel. The rooms were an absolute favorite with the kids - all the beds are built inside actual concrete tunnels! The pool was a great size and a superb spot - hanging beds and pool loungers all around. Kids also loved the fish, frogs and lizards in the ponds and bush! The rooms are quiet (solid concrete tunnel beds!) and private. We really liked the restaurant and had many different delicious meals there - kids loved the Lok Lak especially. The staff were absolutely awesome and friendly - even at crazy hours of the day when we were up for sunrise activities! Easy travel to temples and town but tucked down a quaint side street away from the chaos. The only issue would be that the plumbing in our room had some issues so there was a smell at times - but I know plumbing can be tricky in some places! The staff added scented oils which helped with this.
- Chitra (9/5): Superb -
- Wolfram (10/5): Just perfect - A very stylish place, with a wonderful garden and pool. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Good coffee, good breakfast. Everything was perfect. 10 out of 10 point from me.
- Stefanie (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean hotel - room and pool area. Beds are comfy. Staff is very kind and attentive. Close to city center.
- Stefanie (10/5): Clean, stylish room with pool access close to city center - Very clean and nice stylish rooms, the pool area being 2 meters next to your room is very inviting after enjoying a hot day doing sightseeing. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Moreover, the hotel is very close ( foot distanxe) to the city center - in the evening, the hotel even offers a free one-way transport by tuktuk to it.
- Elaine (10/5): feels like home - wonderful staff. Great location. quiet but close to the night market.
- Heather (9/5): Superb -
- Ramasubramaniyan (7/5): Good - Nice concept rooms Room size small, climbing in and out of the bed can be daunting sometimes, air conditioning needs to cover the bed area. Sitting chairs not very comfortable. Rooms were not cleaned by the staff,
- Ricardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (7/5): Unique room design, friendly and helpful staff - Clever bedroom and bathroom design. Great for Instagram photos!
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Great sausages for breakfast - best in Cambodia! Room had some maintenance issues.
Location is a fair walk from town.
- Todd (7/5): Great location and wonderful staff. We enjoyed the pool area it was lovely. - The property is in an excellent location within walking distance of Pub Street and Night Markets.
The Staff at Tunnel Urban are very attentive. We very much appreciated the boxed breakfast that was made up for us on the morning we left early for Sunrise at Angkor Wat.
The free tuk tuk into pub street was an added bonus.
The pool area is simply stunning and a welcome retreat from the heat after a long day at the temples. The bed is rock hard.
The bathroom is a bit tight and I especially did not like the shower being so close to the loo. It did dry quickly but I feel it is poor design. There is also no where to put your luggage except for the floor.
- Simon (9/5): Excellent boutique hotel, close to restaurants & bars - perfect for couples - Boutique hotel with wonderful staff, breakfast excellent and pool heavenly with heat & humidity Didn’t clean room without prompting
- George (10/5): Nice stay at Newly opened Tunnel - Lovely stay, nice unique room. staff is the plus
- Lhaden (10/5): Excellent - We did not eat anything from there as we were busy exploring restaurants and cafes. The staff are all very young and very kind. Everyone of them helped us with all the things we needed. They were very responsive and they treated us like their own. The location was just perfect, it was 2 mins drive from the main city. They have free drop off service to the main city. Everything was good.
- Chirag (7/5): Good -
- Adventuresoul (10/5): Two nights in the Tunnel Urban Retreat - The building design and decor is outstanding. The swimming pool is also a great feature shaded with lovely palm trees and a terraced lounge area.
- Shrikant (9/5): Short and Memorable stay - Excellent tapo with the staff Very optimum BF and convenient for Indian Vegetarian guests
- Alyssa (10/5): Wonderful place - Lovely peaceful place with nice room and leafy garden, very inviting pool. Lovely people is +
- Miaqueen (10/5): Hidden Oasis, highly recommend - The pool is very relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. The room is uniquely designed as "Tunnel", very good idea for environmental consciousness. The team of young newly trained staff is amazing, very helpful and engaging while it is quiet and peaceful, the location is out of transport service. it is good to have some local tuktuk/grab drivers around when needed
- Js1996 (10/5): Wonderful stay - Luv my stay here, nice pool, friendly staffs. Truly hidden oasis of siemreap city. Highly recommend
- Bdvvs (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cs_1996 (10/5): Lovely stay. Staff and pool are the big ++ - Fantastic, relaxing stay at this newbie Tunnel. Amazing staffs, great swimming pool surrounded by garden. The room is lovely, nicely painted and fully supplied. Really enjoying my peaceful time here and can't wait to come back
- Edward (10/5): Great option for family stay - unique design. We had an entire room with 3 separate bedrooms, very intimate room for family with young kids. quiet atmosphere in tropical garden, few minutes away from city centre. Very accommodating staffs though young and still on the job training na
- James (10/5): Highly recommend - Newly renovated and rebranded Tunnel Urban retreat. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay in uniquely designed room. Staffs are amazing, most young but energetic. They made so much effort to accommodate our trip from friendly, helpful service provided in hotel to outside activities to temples area by arranging the temples tours with tuktuk.
- C.g.murphy (10/5): A great last night in siemreap with newly reopened Tunnel Urban Retreat - Got great rate for newly opened. Helpful staff, though under training. Some area were still under work but soon will be finished. Highly recommend
- David (10/5): Newly opened. Highly recommend - Nice pool with tropical garden, very peaceful stay.
