• Verest (7/5): 4 noce w Bella Italia Mazzini - Bardzo łatwe zameldowanie. Właściciel przesyła mega dokładną inteukcje jak to zrobić więc mega super. Każdy sobie poradzi. Blisko jest też przystanek autobusowy, metro z 12 min pieszo. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Poza lekkimi hałasami przez okno, w obiekcie było dość cicho. Bardzo blisko jest duży sklep spożywczy, dosłownie po drugiej stronie ulicy. Niestety miałyśmy problem z toaletą. Zepsuła się spłuczka bo toaleta ma już swoje lata. Kontaktowałam się w związku z tym właścicielem z samego rana, który miał sie tym zająć. Lecz gdy po całym dniu zwiedzania wróciłyśmy do pokoju, toaleta nadal nie działała. Na szczęście dzięki video rozmowie z tatą, udało nam się ją samodzielnie naprawić. Właściciel niestety nie odpisywał w ciągu dnia na moje zapytania, czy już naprawili. No i niestety jeśli ktoś lubi się kąpać w mocno ciepłej wodzie, to tu takiej nie zasatanie. Nigdy nie leciała gorąca woda. Jedynie ciepła i to nie jakoś bardzo, nawet jeśli dlugo się tą wodę spuszczało w oczekiwaniu żeby zrobiła się ciepła. Choć nie wiem czy na to ma wpływ właściciel.

• Mariano (9/5): Una joya estratégica para descubrir Roma - Sin duda, lo mejor es la ubicación; es el punto de partida perfecto para recorrer la ciudad a pie sin complicaciones. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, especialmente considerando lo cómoda que era la habitación. Además, la atención del gerente fue impecable: tuvimos un inconveniente menor con las pilas del mando de la televisión y su disponibilidad fue total, solucionándolo de inmediato. Da gusto quedarse en sitios donde se preocupan tanto por el huésped. Por poner un par de detalles a mejorar, se echa en falta tener un microondas y una nevera propia, ya que solo contábamos con un hervidor de agua en las zonas comunes. También notamos que el agua de la ducha podría salir un poco más caliente; para los que nos gusta el agua hirviendo, se quedaba algo tibia.

• Neritan (1/5): Stay away of this property - If I could give a zero , I would give it. Worst experience with the host. Everything was a fraud and they are super rude. I won’t recommend it to anyone. Be careful and think twice if you want to book here.

• ANNA (7/5): - Τέλεια τοποθεσία δίπλα στην αφετηρία όλων των λεωφορείων, 15’ περπάτημα από το Βατικανο , κοντά σε εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ . Ευρύχωρο φωτεινό δωμάτιο. Εύκολο και οργανωμένο check in /check out. Το Wi-Fi δούλευε τελεια! Η καθαριότητα στην ντουζιέρα δεν ήταν τόσο καλή όπως και κάτω από το κρεβάτι υπήρχε πολλή σκόνη. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε επίσης μούχλα στον τοίχο που θα ήταν καλό να είχε συντηρηθεί.

Das Viertel um die Unterkunft hat sehr schöne Cafés und Restaurants. Man kann zum Peterson in 15-20min laufen. Alles so, um Touristen mit möglichst wenig Aufwand viel Geld abzuziehen: Bad total verschimmelt, Klobrille kaputt, keine richtigen Bettdecken, angeblich kein Trinkwasser aus dem Wasserhahn (aber sonst in Rom überall Trinkwasser (!), … Man kriegt zum Check-in per whatsapp ein Haufen Regeln, was man alles nicht machen darf, aber es wird nicht mal gefragt, ob alles okay ist bzw. ob beim Check-in alles geklappt hat. Man bekommt nur eine Nachricht, wenn es um Geld geht… Bei dem Preis hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

• Debora (8/5): BELLISSIMO - La posizione di Bella Italia mazzini è ottima, sia per raggiungere il centro di Roma a piedi o con i mezzi. I parcheggi sono presenti e si trova sempre dove posizionare la macchina. La camera era confortevole, graziosa e spaziosa. Dotata di tutto. Il letto e i cuscini erano eccezionali davvero comodi. La pulizia della camera era buona. Il prezzo a notte pagato davvero eccellente per il servizio e la camera avuta. Sebbene non conosciuto di persona, il proprietario è sempre stato presente via whattsapp fornendoci tutti i dettagli anche per il self check in, che è stato davvero comodo. Lo consiglio.

• Irene (7/5): Così così - La posizione è comoda, collegata alle fermate del pullman Lo scarico dell'acqua del water era praticamente rotto. Per un po' ha funzionato scaricando poco, poi l'ultimo giorno non ha più funzionato e abbiamo dovuto usare una bottiglia di acqua ogni volta che andavamo in bagno. Nonostante segnalazione fatta al gestore, lo scarico non è stato riparato perché a suo dire il pezzo sarebbe arrivato il giorno dopo. Noi siamo rimasti in giorno intero con il water guasto.

Afortunadamente alguien iba saliendo y nos permitió entrar al edificio. No hay cocina, ni una mini nevera, ni personal, me pidieron dejar el impuesto en efectivo en la habitación, no había nadie para recibirlo

Complesso abitativo situato in zona tranquilla e servita da diversi bar ristoranti e supermercati. Il proprietario molto preciso nel fornire informazioni utili al nostro soggiorno e check in/out molto comodi ed efficaci. La pulizia va migliorata (coperta copriletto macchiato, pavimento da aspirare e perimetro piatto doccia da pulire approfonditamente).

• Fabiana (10/5): - A localização é excelente, ao lado de um terminal de ônibus que fornece acesso à todos os pontos turísticos. Ao lado de um supermercado, uma fonte de água potável e alguns cafés. Os ônibus podem ser pagos com cartões de débito ou crédito, pesquisem por Tap & Go, basta encostar o cartão no leitor que fica na parte traseira do ônibus, não precisa validar na saída. O ralo dentro do box do chuveiro não possui uma boa vazão de água e empossa, acredito que pode ser resolvido. Os papéis higiênicos não foram o suficientes, talvez a quantidade seja pensada para quem possui o costume de utilizar bidê. Tivemos que comprar papel higiênico extra.

They could have created a shelf or two to help with convenience, especially in the bathroom. The toilet flush mechanism was not working well.

There was a good bus connection to the train station and I would definitely choose this accommodation again. The entrance to the accommodation was easy, communication with the host was good and the host provided a variety of help. The bed (pillow) was a bit uncomfortable for my habits.

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — a quiet, green, and peaceful neighborhood, offering a calm retreat after a day of exploring the city. Despite the tranquility, the metro is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to reach Rome's main attractions. It’s truly an ideal place to stay when visiting Rome. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again!
• Yuriy (9/5): Superb - The location is very nice, just 20 min walk from Vaticano. Easy to reach. There is a supermarket just opposite the house. The house itself is nice, the room was clean. Everything worked well, including wifi. Smooth and clear check in process. It might be nice to have one more shelf in the wardrobe.

The owners sent us the information necessary for entry and exit as agreed. They gave a lot of useful information about transportation, restaurants, etc. regarding. It was very cold in the bathroom, the radiators on the wall were just lukewarm, but the heating in the room could be solved with the air conditioner. We really missed the microwave and refrigerator, but we obviously solved it ingeniously. of course, it was not in the offer, but it would have been good if it had been included. You could hear the neighbors a lot, and when they got home at night they woke us up.

• Mauro (7/5): We had a very pleasant stay - Safe, clean place to stay. Good location, convenient to public transport. On a busy street but quiet inside the room at least. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. No coffee / tea making facilities or fridge in room. Except for hand soap, no toiletries in the bathroom. No staff on site, which some people might like, but we missed the personal contact.
