- Francesco (7/5): - Wonderful location and hosts, kindness, availability and nice dutch atmosphere. Nice house and pets. Centralized heating was ok. Kitchen with a lot of tools. We loved the place and the atmosphere. We had some problems with the electronic lock of the door and we had to use the side glass door to enter and exit. Then the lock battery was replaced and it worked correctly. The shower pipes loses a little bit of water.

- Rakesh (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, location and facilities. Surrounded by water and farms. Close to P+R Noord and bus stop. Has all the kitchen utilities, oven, toaster, cutlery, coffee machine, bed sheets, pillows, towels etc. Bring your own TP though. The bathroom could use some brighter lighting. It's too dim.
- Alex (7/5): Good - The location is really beautiful and close to Amsterdam. Kris was very welcoming and double-checked if everything was good and we could have a nice chat with her and the children. We could park just in front of the house. We could made breakfast and dinner. Quiet place with amazing surroundings and neighbors. Great for animal lovers. There wasn’t enough blankets ready for the three of us and the house could be a bit dark during the night as the lighting system was not great. One lump didn’t work so they had to replace it. These things could have been double checked in advance. I had to informed the hosts about it. I feel we would not have been welcomed by the hosts if I hadn’t ring the bell as we were provided with the door code. As a spaniard it felt a bit odd but I agree it is a cultural thing. So no big deal.
- Tijana (10/5): The whole property is very charming, comfortable and clean. We had a great time, especially hanging out with their cute -
- Elena (10/5): Tiny cosy house in the prettiest little village - Exceptional House, comfy, stylish and cosy, unbelievable beautiful area, the absolute nicest hosts one could imagine.
We felt absolutely welcome and could experience not only a trip with a little boat but also so much more, specially for our kid ot felt like paradise! We will come back for sure! Nothing to complain
- Henriette (9/5): Beautiful Landscape, Peaceful Acoomodation. Everything you need. - Super cute tiny little house in the beautiful countryside of waterland, just 15 minutes by bus (that goes very regulary from Amsterdam Noord). Perfect after a strolling in the city day for relaxing. The owner even lend us his boat and we went around the beautiful landscape, it was very peaceful and calm. Yes it is tiny, but it has everything you need. A shower, a kitchen, two beds, a table but even better a table on the landing stage at the canal just in front of the house. what a great place for coffee and to start the house. Unfortunately there were no matches or lighter in the kitchen, but a gas oven which we only discovered when we wanted to start cooking. Also there was no soap in the bathroom and we missed a spatula in the kitchen... Also, the house is very close to the next one, you share the garden. We didn't mind the cute children playing around but we didn't like that the dog was entering our apartment. Also the door to the bathroom does not close properly.
- Lily (7/5): Grateful - I liked how friendly the host was. The 4-5 minute walk to the airbnb from the bus stop was nice because you can see the sheeps/cats/ducks and the sunset after a long day. The neighbourhood is also friendly too. The airbnb was a bit too small and cramped. It gets too hot inside in the mornings as there is no aircon but they do give you a fan to use. The bathroom is small the toilet is really close to the shower door.
- Martin (9/5): Superb - We were cycling so the easy access to all the cycle routes was excellent. The family lives next to the property and were really friendly and helpful. We could easily store the bikes overnight in the house and also to charge (EBikes). We could also use their canoe to explore the canals. This was such a friendly place to stay, would highly recommend. It would have been nice to have AC but a large fan was provided which did the job. There really wasn't anything to dislike.
- Andreas (9/5): Superb - It's great, very cosy as the name suggests. Great public transport link to Amsterdam and a lovely NL village to relax in after. I would go again it's been a nice experience.
- Ivamar25 (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay! Just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam, the bus station is 5 minutes walking distance. The location is really special, real Dutch spirit. The host was great and available for any questions. There is even a small boat which you can use!
Highly recommended! 10/10
