• Garac (10/5): Moja preporuka za ovaj udoban smještaj na predivnoj lokaciji. - Predivna lokacija, uredan i cist smjestaj. Jednostavan ulazak, dobra komunikacija sa domacinom.

• Marija (10/5): - Besplatan parking je velika prednost, a s vlasnikom se sve može lako dogovoriti. Komunikacija je bila jednostavna i bez ikakvih komplikacija, što je dodatno olakšalo cijeli boravak.

• Malic (3/5): Prekid sna, kotlovnica, bojler tutnje do jutra - Objekt je čist i bogato opremljen. Ručnici, šamponi, sapuni, fen i sve nešto. Svijetla u hodniku sobe se pale na senzor, ali i na senzor stubište rasvjete. Prvu noć sam spavao sa otvorenim vratima od sobe kad su susjedi kasnije došli senzor je upalio svijetlo u hodniku pred sobom i normalno sam se probudio ne znajući što se događa. Buka iz ventilacije u sobi je grozna, nema spavanje a da se ne probudiš nekoliko puta. Katastrofa , nikome ne bi preporučio sobu dok se kotlovnica nekako ne izolira da se buka u sobi ne čuje kao i klokotanje vode u cijevima. Tokom noći sam mobitelom snimao četiri puta kako buči u sobi. Da bi zaspao držao sam prste u ušima. Jako loše.

• Vedrana (10/5): - Fenomenalna lokacija doslovno 5 minuta od jezera Jarun. Parking je free okolo, bilo ga je. Apartman je dosta velik, divna terasa, opremljen jako dobro. Udoban, uredan. Sigurno se vraćam!

• Hrvoje (10/5): Obavio privatne obaveze u ZG; Pristojno se odmorio nakon angažiranog tempa. - Jednostavnost. Apartman za prenoćiti Tuš kabina velika, parking besplatan, uvijek dostupan. Udoban krevet, miran kvart. Dečki bili malo 'veseliji' poslje utakmice, ali ipak u granicama. Utičnice bi bilo dobro malo jače stegnuti uz zid.

• Matej Rodošek (7/5): - Lokacija, brezplačno parkiranje, udobna postelja, velik tuš, hladilnik v sobi, balkon, enostaven check in. Kopalnica je bila umazana, malo vtičnic, ki so visele iz stene, balkonska vrata se niso dala zapreti.

• smij (10/5): - For 1 night it was just what is needed, the balcony was beautiful as well. Could do with a tv in the room, and the plugs all see to be loose from the wall.
• Balázs (10/5): Szép lakás, kellemes környék. - Viszonylag új építésű, többszintes házban vannak kialakítva ízlésesen berendezett és jól felszerelt lakások / apartmanok, amiket kiadnak. Földszinten közös helység / konyha. A legfelső szinten (3. emelet) volt a szobánk, ami egy lift nélküli házban kissé nehézkes volt a fájós lábú feleségemnek.

• Hristos (10/5): Перфектно място със сигурност ще повторим! - Имаше от всичко по много, кафе, чай, всякакви тоалетни принадлежности, удобна климатична система, любезен и усложлив домакин, чисти завивки, всичко беше перфектно до най малкия детайл! Локацията също е страхотна има къде да се паркира свободно и е на 5 минути от езерото. Няма нещо което да не ми хареса.

• paweł (10/5): - Obiekt jest praktycznie nowy. Jest dobrze wyposażony i jest w nim zaskakująco dużo zasobów. Wszelkiej maści płyny do higieny, do mycia, płatki kosmetyczne, szampony, kawy, herbaty. Jeśli czegoś w podróży zapomnieliście to na pewno tam jest. Jest też mały plac zabaw/patio na zewnątrz i całkiem sporo miejsca do parkowania. Ktoś palił we wspólnym pomieszczeniu na parterze. Zakazy powinny być widoczniejsze.

• Agoston (6/5): Apartment with great potential but basic things does not function. - Nice apartment, very close to lake Jarun. Heating was very bad, when I arrived it was 17 C, and until the next day morning I managed to increase it to 20 C. In the bathroom it was even colder. Water pressure in the shower was extremely low, I could not have a normal shower. And the bed was uncomfortable, mattress in bad shape and the bed was creaking at any move.

It's 3 min walking from the house and ideal to cool down With the Zagrebcard it's easily connected by tram from the city center and central bus station If you're looking for a quieter place not too central or hectic, this is the one

• Diana (10/5): Great stay - It was a really nice apartment. Very quiet area. We were just passing through Zagreb and was exactly what we needed for a relaxing evening. Everything was clean, bed comfortable, quiet, relaxing. We had a big balcony, perfect for breakfast. We also had great parking spot in front of the building. It has AC, which was exactly what we were looking for. The Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was working, but was weak even though there was a router outside the room. But for someone that has roaming in EU it was not that disturbing.

• Teodora (7/5): Good - The host was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, offering a tranquil atmosphere. Everything in the place was new, which was a pleasant surprise. One thing to note for future guests is a reminder for the host to register them at a local address with the police, as it caused a minor issue during our border crossing.

• Chetan (8/5): A decent place for a night's stay - I liked the location as there is a beautiful lake and the neighborhood is quiet. The concept is just your ensuite room with a bathroom and for fridge and microwave there is a common area (kitchen which is not fully equipped) Since the kitchen is still being put together there was no sink to wash dishes and few items missing

Totally need to solve water draining from shower.

• Salkica (6/5): Pleasant - Very helpful staff and we had no problems with late check-in or early check-out. We stayed here only as a layover for our next destination so we didn't mind about the location (outside of city center). Place was clean with all toiletries provided. Very poorly equipped - no water kettle, silverware or anything similar. Bit pricey for what it offers.
• Olosutean (10/5): Exceptional - This is a new business, and they obviously still have a lot of work to do, but it already looks very welcoming and nice. The host was kind and friendly! Great value for the money! Good luck with the new business! I highly recommend it.
