• Guest (6/5): Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für ein Wochenende in Verona braucht. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und der Preis sehr in Ordnung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für eine Städtereise braucht. Schlüsselübergabe ist nicht überlegt. Man wird aufgefordert den Schlüssel in der Wohnung liegen zu lassen, kann aber bei der Haustüre nur mit dem Schlüssel hinaus. Es wäre besser man würde den Schlüssel am Ende wieder in die Schlüssel Box geben!!!!! Wir hatten Glück, dass gerade ein anderer Mieter nach Hause kam.

• Dr. H.U. (8/5): Zentral in der Altstadt gelegenes nettes Apartment, aber nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. - Apartment liegt in einer kleinen und ruhigen Seitenstr. im 2. Stock mit kleinem Aufzug in der Altst adt von Verona. Ausstattung ist für den Preis okay, für 2 Personen alles soweit vorhanden, kleine Dinge wie z.B. Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrhandtuch wären ganz nett. Betten sind gut und es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sehr gut für 1-2 Nächte, da zentral gelegen, aber schwierig mit größerem Gepäck. Der Anbieter läßt sich sehr viel Zeit bis man erfährt, wie das Checkin funktioniert. Es war niemand vor Ort. Man muß das gesamte Gepäck und ggf. Verpflegung zum Apartment tragen, da das Apartment in einer autofreien Zone liegt. Macht bei >30°C Tagestemperatur nicht unbedingt Spaß. Die Beschreibung des vorgeschlagenen Parkplatzes außerhalb der Altstadt könnte für Ortsfremde besser sein. Der Parkplatz "Parcheggio arsenale" ist teuer (45 € für 24 Std.). Empfehle das Parkhaus "Ciutadella" unweit der Arena. Von dort sind es ca. 750m bis zum Apartment. Im Ciutadella kosten 24h Parken 22€.

Note hardly any ATM’s around we really struggled and sort of got sent round houses nothing to do with apartment but just maybe beware to have enough euros this was last leg of our trip so was pain but our own fault would most deffo stay here again it’s great Nothing

Decorado con muy buen gusto tiene absolutamente todo lo que uno necesita...hasta lavarropas!!!! El dueño excelente...nos habilitó entrar antes, ya que estábamos con las valijas y faltaba mucho para la hora del check in, gesto que valoramos mucho. Super recomendable!!! Todo excelente!!

• Charlotte (8/5): - An excellent base for exploring Verona and area. Extremely comfortable bed and very good bath towels and bed linens. Perfectly clean. The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the old city centre. The room layout and furnishings are efficient and practical. No printed info in the apartment at all except the WiFi and tax info; it would have been nice to find something welcoming like a map. Unclear whether the built-in washer can dry clothes and, if not, where we could go to get them dried. Some minor items missing, some of which were delivered promptly after messaging the contact person. The outlook from the windows is just other walls and windows, but window placement allows for good cross-ventilation.

• Natalia (1/5): unfortunate customer service - Let me start by saying that the apartment itself was perfectly fine and the location in Verona is excellent, and Verona is beautiful. That’s the only positive thing I can say about my stay. Now, about the "details": for a booking with four people, they provided a small packet of shampoo and one of conditioner, just 1. Because, clearly, a four-person stay deserves a single-use amount of toiletries. How thoughtful. But let’s get to the real reason why I’m leaving this review: the host. If you’re looking for a warm welcome and professional service, this is NOT the place. On the last day of our stay, I contacted the host to arrange payment for the tourist tax. I was traveling with only a credit card and no cash, so I offered to make a bank transfer. Instead of a polite response, I received a rude and threatening message saying that next time I would have problems in Verona if I didn’t pay the €14 immediately. Really? Over €14? I’ve never encountered such aggressive, unprofessional behavior in my life. The message was a complete embarrassment to customer service and showed a total lack of social grace or basic decency. In summary, the apartment is fine if you don’t mind basic amenities and being treated like a criminal for trying to pay your bill. A 1-star rating is for the location, and that's the best I can do. (The other person who wrote to me during the stay and for the keys was always friendly) I have all the WhatsApp messages saved, in case they need to review the unfortunate comments from this gentleman. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place unless you enjoy poor customer service and a good dose of unnecessary stress.

• Luigi A. (1/5): Mai Più ! - Posizione scomoda per chi ha una vettura poiché si trova in una zona ZTL, ti dicono di parcheggiare al parcheggio più vicino (900 metri) ma ti diranno 300 metri. Quindi se piove vi fate un bel bagno. La casa è molto piccola ma ha tutto quello che serve, unica pecca che è congelata, termosifoni spenti, quindi se arrivate di sera preparatevi ad una notte gelida perché nessuno vi farà trovare la casa calda. Attenzione a non dimenticare 3,50€ di tassa di soggiorno o sarete denunciati dall host. Insomma esperienza da evitare meglio dormire in macchina

Solicitamos o kit de higiene de boas-vindas, bucha para cozinha e sacos de lixo, a administração deixou no apartamento no dia seguinte. Solicitamos a troca do varal para estender roupas, pois estava quebrado, mas não foi trocado. O apartamento está com mofo no banheiro e no guarda roupas, nos ocasionando alergia. É necessário subir escadas para acessar o elevador e saindo do elevador tem mais alguns degraus para acessar o apartamento, essa informação deve constar na descrição para evitar surpresas nos hóspedes com problemas de colunas e locomoção. Deve ser avisado também da reforma que está sendo executada no apartamento do piso superior, devido aos barulhos.

• Andrew (8/5): Modern apartment but needs better cleaning - It is a great location in the heart of the city, and it is also on a quiet and safe street so it isn’t noisey at night. It was fairly modern and well equipped too. The main issue of this property is the cleaning, for example: The toaster / grill machine had bugs crawling on it and was not clean. The sofa bed was not made for the third person so we had to make the bed ourselves. There was a lot of dust in some areas, and mould on the ceiling.

Die Heizung ist gut regulierbar und es wird schnell warm. Das Schlafsofa in der Küche ist zum Schlafen sehr unbequem. Die nachttischlampe war defekt. Die Parkkarte gab es nicht (aber wir haben trotzdem schnell einen Platz gefunden).

L’abat-jour destra non funzionava, l’armadio della camera non era ben fissato al muro inoltre in cucina non c’era un bollitore o un pentolino per scaldare l’acqua per una tisana. Ho dovuto usare un pentolone.

• Axel (8/5): - Very good loction because it is in the center of the old town and quite aria, nice to have a lift but one upper floor with the stairs not for whealchair. Would be nice to have two peices of bath towel on the floor because water run out every time when we took a shower, one small garbage bin in the bathroom, place holder for shampoo and shower stuff in the shower box, kitchen gloves and one more kitchen towel, kitchen towel paper roll, opener bere bottle and remote control for TV was missing. Dishes was derty we have to clean it before we use.

• Janet (1/5): NOISY APARTMENT - Location. We checked into the apartment at 14:20, slightly early which was good. On checking in, the building lift, truck etc outside should have set off warning bells. Unfortunately, soon after unpacking we had hammering and drilling that sounded like it was in our apartment which was so loud we could not hear each other talk. We sent a message to the owner via WhatsApp who claimed no knowledge of such works but would get back to us. We sent an audio recording of the noise to them and soon after got a response. They stated that it was not their problem, that we should contact the property manager as it was outside their control. We told them they should be contacting the property manager not us. They then messaged to say that all works would stop by 1800 and around lunch periods, clearly unsatisfactory. As a result of experiencing 2hrs of constant drilling and hammering with no end in sight, we decided to check out and try to find somewhere else to stay, at 16:30 it was a stressful time and not a great start to the relaxing holiday we had planned.. We asked for a refund as it was clearly not suitable as a holiday rental. They refused! This is now the subject of a complaint with Booking.com who so far have been on the ball. Avoid this property. We can't give less than one star but would if we could

• David (8/5): Great location, some details need fixing - The location is outstanding. The bed was comfortable though lacked a mattress protector. The apartment was clean and warm and the plumbing works. The rooms are spacious. The communal spaces were immaculate and the lift is invaluable. It's nice to have a washing machine but we would much prefer a dishwasher. Anyone less than six feet tall could not reach some of the kitchen storage. The living area lacks comfort. The sofa bed is covered with a thin and uncomfortable throw. There is no arm chair or side table. The bedroom would benefit from a chair. Instructions about access to the apartment including the need to supply photocopies of our passports were left till the last minute. We did not receive them until we were in transit - an unnecessarily stressful experience. The worst feature of the apartment is that it is overlooked at close proximity by the neigbouring apartments and thick voile blinds are permanently in place. There is no view from any window although the apartment does receive plenty of light.
