• Olcay Derici (6/5): Silent room, needs some improvment - Location is good for those who are going to use the train. If you have a rental car, it is easy to find a parking spot in the street just out front, but the apartment does not have an own parking space. The apartment is close to the center, but the center is not like the 'old towns' in all over Europe. The bed had many layers, not easy to describe, but like it was made from whatever they found over. There were only one very thin pillows for each. There is not even a kettle to make tea or coffee; first time we hadn't have the oppurtunity in many of our trips. The hot water is only enough for one to have shower, then you have to wait for some time in order to have more.

• Bertola (8/5): - La ubicación está muy bien si viajan en tren, queda a dos pasos de la estación. La atención es correcta y respondieron rápidamente para hacer el check-in. Estaba todo muy limpio y acogedor. Buena ubicación para ir caminando al centro histórico. La cama es bastante dura, si no tienen problemas de espalda como yo seguro es un golazo en relacion precio-calidad.

• Katharina (7/5): - Tolles modernes sauberes zimmer, abwicklung mit Vermieter war sehr freundlich und problemlos. -EXTREM laut durch das unisolierte Fenster, und die große Hauptstrasse direkt neben dran. Ab 6 morgen ist schlafen unmöglich. -es sind KEINE Parkplätze inbegriffen, obwohl das bei booking so angegen wurde. Es gibt vielleicht theoretisch öffentliche parkplätze an der strasse, aber in realität waren die alle dauerhaft belegt, so mussten wir am ersren abend über 1 Stunde um den Block fahren und einen Parkplatz zu finden. Habe das extra bei der Suche als Kriterium eingegen weil ich schwanger bin und nicht weit/ schwer tragen kann. Diese Angabe "parkplatz inbegriffen" ist einfach nur eine irreführende und freche Lüge.

• Elisa b85 (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Vicino al centro e comodo per chi arriva dalla stazione Maniglia rotta dal primo giorno e anche se il proprietario ci ha detto che l' avrebbe fatta riparare così non è stato. Camera mai rifatta in 3 giorni. Scala stretta da fare con valige pesanti.

Cuando entremos en la habitacion olia demasiado a tabaco, hasta las toallas. El aire no enfriaba nada . Las sabanas tenian pelotillas de lo usadas que estaban. La cama incomoda . Y el ruido de la calle , se escuchaba mucho . El mando de la tv no funcionaba nada bien .La verdad que calidad precio no es, hemos pagado 80€. Yo no volveria . No me gusto nada

The location around the train station was loud at night and the pipes in the bathroom smelled very badly.

• Natalie (5/5): The price is good and location is great, but it has things to improve. - The location is really good, 5 min walk to center. The bed is very uncomfortable, the mattress seems like it’s 10 years old. There was a leak in the bathroom and one of the drawers was broken.

Room itself is very spacy, has nice comfy double bed, little fridge, air-conditioning and nice bathroom with shower. Communication with the owner is amazing, always answered all my questions and even went the extra mile to recommend me places and informed me about events happening during my stay - perfect! ❤️ N/A

• Christiane (7/5): Good - The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and in a good condition. Pricing of the accomodation is fine, but dont expect any extras. The house is in front of two very busy streets. Within all rooms you can hear the noise day and night. Its not really possible to close all the windows completely. Its located close to city center which is good. Car parking is complicated. There is only public car parking available. If you park not correctly you receive a fine immediately.I also missed at least a water cooker.

The kindness of the owner (he is a real model of how the owner should treat a tourist!), the cleanness of the room (very spacious, too!), the central position (1 min from the railway station and 2 min from the cathedral). In the room you have plenty of space for putting your things (many drawers, large wardrobe, etc.). Easy check in and check out, easy communication with the owner. • Gerard (8/5): Its cleanliness and location made it an enjoyable stay. - The en-suite room was spacious and comfortable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent for access to town and railway station. The host was most accommodating and informative. A table in the room would have been nice for writing.
• Alex (1/5): Good for dead people - Room is extremely budget inside with absolutely nothing you might need, so, it is looking like a cheap hostel with hosts "doesn't care at all". They don't even pay for wi-fi to provider, so, you will never have wi-fi in this place. Don't ask them, they pretend doing something, but just waste your time. No aircon, really. But don't open the window at nighttime. Hundreds mosquitos will attack you even with switched off light. Neighbor's children playing football and screaming in the middle of the night right above you, so, don't expect to sleep. They want payment in advance, of course, the only way to earn the money, if not, nobody will pay after.

• Diana (6/5): Pleasant - It was a great location and very friendly and helpful host. Our car was taken away from the police as we parked where we shouldn't have and Paola and her husband went above and beyond to help us in this situation. Firstly, at the entrance of the building, there were some dead cockroaches almost every day. Not a big problem, but is not pleasant to see either. Also, there were some stains on the bedsheets, and the bed was not too comfortable. If you turn off the exhaust in the bathroom, it will start smelling very bad - we had this problem every morning during our stay. And lastly, one of the reasons we picked this place was because of the free parking. The free parking meant parking anywhere you can find on the street. So you kind of have to guess where you can park around especially if you're not a local. Our car was taken by the police and we had to pay a 160 euro fine. Not that free after all :) There are not that many places available around the apartment, so if you rent a car, this is something to keep in mind.

Great place to stay at when visiting Sassari and surrounding beaches. - Good location for travelling by car and still be close to the city centre. Spacious rooms, a lot of storage and clean. Host is very accommodating and gives good guiding tips. (Some very good restaurants) We traveled as two pairs and booked both of the rooms, so we lacked some socialising furnitures between the beach and the evening. An extra good thing would’ve been if there were some simple cutlery or glasses in the rooms. Plenty of parking options but most days there were only a few spots free.

Shower runs out of hot water quickly. Bed is uncomfortably soft and feel the springs, should get a new mattress. Green light in room is annoying, we covered it. Also the curtains are not proper darkening. Lots of mosquitos in May.
