• CAMILA (6/5): Okay - Its an amazing apartment, really big, so nicely decorated, owner was kind to give me a late checkout, location was great No trash bags in the apartment. There is some limit to the water temperature around 30-35 degrees which is nowhere near warm enough in the winter, even in the summer it was a bit cold and don't bother using the bathtub, it doesn't get hot enough and the boiler is set to have about 10 minutes of lukewarm water so shower quickly. Also there was air conditioner but no batteries on the controller to make you not use it. Average greedy landlord that doesn't wanna spend on bills. Also the building kinda needs a cleaning, it smells like wet dog in the hallway when you enter

• Federica (7/5): - L’appartamento era bello e spazioso. Molto comodo ai trasporti e allo Stadio Olimpico. Il boiler dell’acqua calda ha poca capienza e non essendo stato accesso con anticipo, siamo rimasti con l’acqua fredda. Inoltre la doccia risultava molto stretta mentre nella vasca non si poteva appendere il soffione dell’acqua. Il letto di una delle stanze non era molto comodo.

• Alex (10/5): Excellent stay - A very charming and spacious two bedroom apartment. The host is very friendly and did her best to make our stay seamless and pleasant. Will definitely return when I am back in Rome.
• Endora (9/5): It was a great stay, using the time to venture around Rome and the neighbourhood we were. - It was a lovely apartment for our family, with a great location. Irene provided a file with useful and helpful information about some small cultural stsuf and also restaurant recommendations and other activities one could consider doing. I found that it was useful being new to Rome.

• Michael (10/5): Greate stay a little outside of the city center. - The apartment has been just remodeled, very well-equipped, and very comfortable. The bathroom/shower has great water pressure and immediate warm water. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. Plenty of storage space. The beds in the second bedroom can be configured either as a double or two twins. The elevator is old school with manually closing internal and external doors, which adds to Rome's vibe :) The building is pretty, clean and well-maintained. A supermarket is within 3-minute walking distance. An excellent, very helpful host, who helped us with all our needs. I wouldn't say it's necessarily negative, but you should be aware that the apartment is not in the city center. it's in a nice and safe neighborhood and has a great bus station immediately across the street. The buses will take you anywhere in the center (1.5 euros per person), but the bus travel takes 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the destination. The taxi will be more like 10-15 minutes, but it costs around 15-20 euros. Uber, which is more upscale in Rome, would be 25-40 euros. Metro is a 15-minute walk from the apartment and pretty rare in the center, so it is not very useful.
