• Liana (4/5): Mult sub asteptari. - Apartamentul foarte bine gandit, din punct de vedere al confortului.Comunicarea anterioara sosirii cu gazda. Este nevoie de curatenie generala, inlocuite sau reparate cateva piese de mobilier, inclusiv reparatia geamului din dormitor care nu se mai inchide.Astfel, zgmotul din curtea interioara este deranjant!

• Nemanja (8/5): Ukoliko želite veliki apartman, na dobroj lokaciji, čist i uredan, moja velika preporuka! - Apartman je veoma čist i prostran, u blizini se nalazi metro i bus stanica, market, privatni parking (nije u sastavu apartmana). Sve je jako lepo, krevet izuzetno udoban, terasa velika i prostrana. Preporuka za ovaj apartman! Jedina zamerka je to što vas prilikom dolaska niko ne dočeka, već dobijete upustvo za check-in i sve radite sami. Takodje, imao sam malo neprijatno iskustvo na početku s obzirom da nisam dobio transparentnu informaciju. Javljeno mi je par dana pre dolaska da će u toku našeg boravka doći tehničar kako bi popravio slomljenu roletnu. Medjutim, nije pomenuto da izlazak na samu terasu nije moguć zbog roletne. Nakon 2 dana majstor je došao i sredio sve za 5 minuta, nije zamerka ali preporuka vlasnicima da budu transparentiji ubuduće.

• ZivaF (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a nice, calm location - Very calm, quiet building and neighborhood, which was very important to us. Beautifully decorated apartment, very practical and comfortable. The terrace is great, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of utensils. Good location, next to public transport, stores, 20-30 min walk to city centre and attractions. The lights are very extra, there is like 10 different ways to turn on the lights in the main room. This is probably the fault of the cleaning service, but we found two visibly dirty blankets in the closet. We washed them in the washing machine to use for ourselves. There is a waching machine but we didn't find any detergent so we had to buy some ourselves to wash the blankets. Just a minor inconvenience.

• Sherlyn (6/5): Cute apartment but could have been better - The apartment itself is lovely and spacious. Having the outdoor space in summer is great. The check-in process was very disappointing despite the fact that I have been communicating with the staff regularly. As pointed out by some of the previous reviews, they don't accommodate early check-in and send through the instructions only just before the check-in time. In our case, our apartment wasn't ready at the advertised time (3pm) and we were advised about it only an hour before. Had we known this information earlier, we could have amended our travel plans. I find it strange (and off-putting) that we receive a check-out reminder email in the evening 2 days prior to actual check-out, for a moment I thought I'd book the wrong dates. It also makes me wonder why our apartment wasn't ready if they have all these measures in place to make sure they have ample time for the cleaning and turnover. The amenities are great, but bear in mind that consumables like toiletries and detergent are not included. There's a clothes iron but no ironing board. The apartment itself is lovely, but the check-in experience has tainted our holiday and by the time we've gone to the nearby store to buy the supplies, I can't help feeling that it's not actually that great for value.

It was very quiet and located close enough to walk to a variety of public transport hubs. As the weather was cold we didn’t use the garden area, but this would be lovely in the summer. Everything was in good clean condition, very comfortable bed. The photos on the site are very accurate to what it is like. It was ideal, can’t think of anything that could be better. Main entrance door to the building may put some people off but this is something out of the control of the apartment.

• Piotr (10/5): Highly recommended! - Communication with the owner was very good. They responded very quickly and accurately to inquiries before the stay. All information related to accommodation and departure was provided on time and was very accurate, so there was no problem finding the place and the apartment itself. The apartment is completely consistent with the description. Very good location. The area is quite OK, it feels safe. There is even a park nearby, shops (LIDL, ALDI, etc.), public transport within a 5-10 minute walk (metro, trams, also close to the train station if someone arrives by train). Easy access by car. We were there on the weekend, so parking - plenty of places - free right next to the apartment or in the area. (outside the weekend, there is a paid zone - or the option of guarded parking ).To the center / important attractions directly about 20 minutes - by metro (station 5 minutes walk) or tram (stops 5 minutes walk). Equipment - spacious, very good standard, clean and pleasant, air-conditioned (which saved us during almost 35-40 degrees of heat), comfortable beds, full kitchen equipment as in the description. Additionally, the possibility of going out to a small terrace in front of the window. I fully recommend! please do not take it as a disadvantage but as a recommendation: lighting - very good but there was probably a bit too much and too bright 😊 and there were no small lamps next to the beds. It might also be worth "freshening up" the shower place
• Cassandra (10/5): Recommend :) - Communication with the owners was 10/10, they were very friendly & helpful and kindly indicated where we could park our car after calling the help line. The apartment was fully equipped, comfortable & clean, and most importantly (as we arrived in Budapest with 35 deg. Celsius weather) the AC was working amazingly and probably saved our lives ;) Thank you once again for an amazing long weekend!

• Anna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very beautiful and suitable for a family with 2 children. It had everything you need, the kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped, nothing was missing! The bed mattress was very soft and comfortable and we slept very well!! The communication with the owner was very good, he answered our messages very quickly and his instructions to find the apartment and the key were very accurate! We didn't have any trouble at all!! The area was very quiet, next to a big park to take the children for a walk and 4 minutes by foot from the metro station! It was very easy to go everywhere!! I would unreservedly recommend it to couples and families! We were very pleased!!

Kitchen had anything needed, although we hardly used anything. * Believe it or not, we had a small garden :-) * In general things are in good condition, but better not looking too closely. * Super Market is close (Lidl, G'Roby) * Around 10 minutes walk to Keleti-Payudvar * The check-in information came on the check-in day, which is a bit late for my taste. I like to sort my things the day before and not on the travel day, when I am busy elsewise. * Late check-out was not possible, not even for 30 minutes later. I must admit, I did not like this. I worked in a hotel eight years on my own, and we always fulfilled a customer wishes. It's also the first Booking.com accommodation, where it was not able to arrange anything. * The cleaning staff already rang our door bell at 9 o'clock and asked if he can leave some items already, which he needs later on. In theory not issue, but not a single late checkout minute and giving pressure at 9 already, that you need to be out at 10. This might give a wrong look on things and not really welcoming. * Check-Out reminder for the next day came already shortly after midnight. I was worried, that I made a mistake at booking the rooms. I understand receiving something like that on daytime noon/afternoon...
