- James (1/5): Terrible. We had to walk away - Location Staff didn’t answer the phone or answer the bell, property absolutely filthy: lots of trash at the door, half eaten kebabs etc. no carpet in foyer or on the stairs. There appeared to be no staff on the premises. We couldn’t face staying there so we stayed elsewhere.
- Dale (7/5): - Location is great Value for money
- Sabina (3/5): Atleast I grabbed a roof over the head - Just.a roof over the head and a t v there was brand new heater which was good shame about the smell and stains on carpets Smells carpets stains rotting smells old furniture
- Alan (1/5): 20 seconds of my life I won’t get back. Along with the £33 - Staff was friendly Absolute sh@t hole. Like a derelict property. I knew the minute I walked up the bath but thought I would have a look. Got to my room 20 seconds later walked out and posted my key £33 lost.
- LEANNE (10/5): Great budget option! - For the price paid it was great, great location put the way of noise but close enough to not feel the need for transport to the sea front. Was close to a bus route for aldi and the sea front. Room was tidy, had heating, a window that opened, kettle and tea and coffee, and a sink. All worked well and were clean. Shared bathroom was alittle unclean (mold along edging), the step out of the shower was bigger than average with nothing to hold onto when stepping out of the shower wet it was alittle worrying. Others may complain at it being alittle run down we however did not mind we are much happier paying a better price when we were mostly only there to sleep and eat a quick breakfast.

- Chris (6/5): - For £23 a night, I can't complain if it's just a place to chill and that's all it was intended for me. I didn't have any problems with the shared bathroom, it would be nice to have a privacy sticker on the top of the window in the bathroom upstairs. It felt a bit exposed if anyone could see from the opposite hotels behind. I think pulling all things that could change would just be unfair for what I paid . You get what you pay for a bed in a room . Remember it's somewhere to just sleep so if you're only there for a few hours then it's fine and does what's needed .

Couldn't get to see the owners only on check in to complain to them. Didn't like anything about the stay. I would of rather stayed in a barn yard it was that bad.
