All amenities like washer/dryer and kitchen facilities useful for those traveling extensively Nothing really, but you should be aware that other rooms (3 on my floor) are in close proximity and people aren’t always considerate with their noise

• Avtaar (1/5): Not happy at all - Very disappointed was advertised as 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, Sofa bed was for a child and broken! Staff was not helpful
• Kushal (7/5): A good experience - The room was nice, a little tight to move around. The amenities were all there as described. The host also accommodated a last minute request which really made us feel more comfortable by arranging a fan in the hot weather. Plenty of free parking as promised. The cot for the kid was small and it didn't really solve the purpose. There were spiders in the room and it needed a bit of dusting, maybe because it was a busy time.

• Neil (6/5): Review of accommodation - The room was comfortable and provided us with tea, coffee, etc, and it was adequately sized for us with modern furniture. The room and kitchen had not been cleaned when we arrived. The room was cleaned within the hour once informed. The kitchen area didn't get cleaned until the day after. The communal hall area needed a vacuum as bits on carpet. ( First impressions). Pillow cases not matching

• Taras (10/5): Great location, nice view, good experience, and there are some things to improve - Clear instructions and a transparent process) Kitchen presence, dining room - enough to have food) Hot -hot water, comfy mattress. Hair dryer, Iron. Litter has not been split between recycling and non-recycling. No freezer. Some blurs on bed linen. Once you go to the kitchen, you are passing by the washing machine with the things, you might not need to see. No paper towels, lack of kitchen tools. only one additional towel.
• Orlando (6/5): Make sure to read the details, was misled. - Well maintained, matched the pictures online. Very misleading "you have the whole apartment to yourself" : the 3 person bedroom came with an un-made chair-bed which was thoroughly unsuitable for a fully grown adult, and didn't warrant the additional cost. Location was far from the sea, and facilities (ensuite excluded) were shared with around 5 other "apartments".
• Howard (7/5): It was ok - large room with en suite Parking could be hard as it was street parking. Shared kitchen very small with too many other people trying to use it more like a hostel. No toiletries as advertised. Washing machine dryer hard to use as they do the laundry for all the units also for the place next door more like a commercial usage.

• Kerry (1/5): Very poor and disgusting - This is our 4th time there, however this time was a complete letdown, the kitchen was terrible and dirty, out of date Mike and food left inside the fridge, it wasn’t cleaned whilst we were the 6 days, never again the owner wasn’t interested when we complained.

• Martine (5/5): Misleading Listing, Uncomfortable Stay & Not Ideal Location - I booked this property when it was listed as an entire apartment with a private kitchen, but upon arrival, I discovered that it is actually a private room within a shared house, with a communal kitchen and lounge. I am glad to see that the listing has now been updated to reflect this more accurately for future travelers. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had expected. The property is located in Upperton, Eastbourne, which is an okay area, but as I have verified, it is not close to restaurants, shops, or the beach. Getting to the main town center or seafront requires transport or a longer walk, so it may not be ideal for those wanting easy access to these facilities. As for the room itself, while the decor is nice and the space is well-kept, I personally found the bed very uncomfortable—I could feel the springs and had trouble sleeping. The small sofa chair is beautiful and stylish, but not comfortable for sitting or sleeping on for long periods. Due to these issues, I filed a dispute with Amex and escalated the matter. I hope this feedback helps future travelers make an informed decision.

Pillows were poor quality No coffee or spoons in the room Would have been good to have a little info in the room re wifi access or taxi services, locality etc.
• Moore (9/5): Superb - The place was immaculate and provided everything. Good bed, great walk in shower, kitchen if one needed it. On the road parking. We had to wait 3 hours to get into the property. Booking.com service in trying to get this resolved was slow and did not come back to me. I messaged the property 5 times, and finally, I received a message from them yo say they had given me the wrong entry code. They offered £30 compensation which they said Booking.com blocked???? Not happy

Nothing of significance. Just by unfortunate timing I couldn’t manage to get the washing machine free but not an issue.

• Andrew (8/5): This was the best accommodation for me I have found in Eastbourne. - Use of the kitchen area was a major factor for me. Also everything else was clean and spotless. Never used the microwave in the bedroom but it was there should have the kitchen been busy. No off road parking and I couldn’t always park directly outside. Had trouble with the key lock but I had been given the wrong code.

• Shabana (9/5): Aqua nest Eastbourne - The room was lovely, clean & comfortable. Great quiet location. It was very close to the Eastbourne Seafront. Free off-street parking which is ideal. It was rather warm in the room and unfortunately there was no fan.

• Hc (9/5): Ideal for a short break - I liked the location, only a short walk to the beach. The room was spotless, handy having nice walk in shower. Parking was ok, we got a space, just. Ideal for a few days. Would have liked tea/coffee/sugar sachets to welcome us after a long journey! Not just 2 biscuits! Tv in room isn’t terrestrial. Not the owners fault but we were there on the hottest day of the year with no fan! Had windows open but had noise from gates to allotments opening and shutting.
• Hish (10/5): The perfect home away from home - We had a wonderful stay at Aqua nest Eastbourne. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the decor created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The flat was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay very comfortable. Perfect for work from anywhere on the weekdays and venture out on evenings and weekends. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Eastbourne Pier and the Towner Eastbourne art gallery. It's also conveniently close, just a 10-20 minute drive, to the local castles, which added a nice touch to our trip. Overall, this flat is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located “home away from home” in Eastbourne. Highly recommend. Keep in mind opening times of the nearby attractions! We got burned because a couple were shut!

• Michelle (9/5): Superb - This was a well equipped, shared space of kitchen, laundry and lounge was well equipped. Room nicely furnished. Bed a little soft. Parking is first come basis.
• Colin (7/5): Comfortable and very clean and neat but needs above issues to be addressed. - A very clean and obviously recently decorated room. Parking was easy and walk was about 10mins from town. There were a few technical teething problems with the room such a broken wardrobe door, shower screen which leaked onto bathroom floor at base. Biggest issue was no premises information( ie. contact phone number and NO Fire or emergency information on display). We had to ask other occupants where kitchen etc. was as no labels on doors or premises info.

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Spotless! Brand new refurb in calming neutral tones. Comfy mattress, great facilities and nice and quiet. A 15 min walk to the beach rather than being close to the beach was the only negative.
• Terry (9/5): Great place , but other guests ruined it for us. - The place was spotless and you had everything to hand. The shower was huge with 2 shower heads to choose from, also a great selection of high end toilet products. The kitchen was clean and we cooked a few meals and prepped a few picnics in there. The bed was a little soft for my liking . Even though the property is 10/10 I wouldn't stay here again, see the cons for reasons why ! The telly doesn't have terrestrial channels ( F.A cup was on live that day !) also the internet was a little hit and miss so the TV did drop out now and again. Our main gripe was the communal kitchen, we had our food opened and eaten by others, plus cans of drinks taken from the fridge. The other moan was the couple who stayed next door, they had their music blaring til 9.45 pm then TV went on til 12.04 am , with it not being a b&b or a hotel there's no point of contact to resolve the disturbance there and then. Finally, the last moan was the doors, they are fire rated doors and as such are heavy, there's no retainer to slow the door when being shut, so they bang, that's every door in the house !!!

• Nikol (9/5): Overall our stay was really nice, without any problems. - The whole hause has a really nice interier. We liked the small kitchen and the dayroom. For someone who would stay a bit longer we find the washing machine very handy. The room was really cozy and the location less than 20 minutes from the station was great.experience. Great thing was also easy check-in and check-out. What we missed during this stay were only small things: dishsoap in the kitchen and some oil and spare toilet paper in the room. We also found that the pan isn't suitable for induction hob and that shower in our room was leaking. These were only minor things that didn't have that big effect on our overall

• Devaki (10/5): This was a perfect, wholesome and cosy stay for a nice weekend in Eastbourne. We will be back again in the future! - I had such a lovely couple nights stay with my husband. The room and en suite bathroom are clean and beautifully decorated. It felt really cosy and homely and was perfect for us. It was quiet in a pleasant neighborhood, not too far from the beach. I really liked the fact we had a kettle and toaster too! The host was really friendly and helpful. We were recommended a nice couple of local restaurants by him which was a big bonus!

• Tor (10/5): Amazing stay! - Truly blown away with how incredible this ensuite room is. So clean, comfortable and convenient with all the necessities you will need. I was staying for business travel and this felt so homely, especially with the shared kitchen and lounge area which was beautiful and impeccably clean. A lovely space to unwind and socialise. The on-street parking near the property was a lifesaver! It made exploring the area so much easier and commute into work. The variety of free channels on the Roku TV made my evenings so enjoyable .Plus they had Netflix, Prime and Disney so I could just log on and catch up on my favourite shows! We will definitely be back on future business trips!
• Kayode (10/5): An amazing nest for a family trip - Visited for a family holiday and had a fantastic experience at Aqua Nest! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We specifically enjoyed the Single sofa bed in the room which provides a surprisingly great sleep and perfect to sleep 3 people,the incredibly large open shower and how convenient it is to all the tourist sites. Also loved the shared kitchen and lounge areas to hang out and cook if required! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and we will be visiting again soon :)
