• Altynay Toksanbay (7/5): Нормальный вариант за свою цену - Снимала койку в двухместном номере. Сан.узел в номере. Так же там есть шкафчики с кодовыми замками. Есть стол и два стула. Номер только для ночевки. В номере нет окна на улицу, только форточка в коридор.

• 媛婷 (7/5): - 地理位置无可挑剔，就在市中心地段，商城内 也因地理位置，房间内没有一扇窗户，且整个房间都在室内，没有一点采光。如果有采光也有窗户，这里将是一个非常棒的青旅。

• Ertuğrul (9/5): - Daha önce kaldığım hostellere göre ortak alan çok genişti, personel güleryüzlüydü Oda içersinde wifi iyi çalışmadığını gördüm ancak bir mesafe katederek ortak alan dediğimiz yemekhaneye geldiğimde iyi çalışıyordu.

• Гузалия (8/5): Холодильник маловат, а так всё неплохо - Хороший хостел. В каждом номере есть собственный санузел . В хостеле предусмотрено место для курения в виде отдельного помещения с вытяжкой. Общее впечатление - чистенько, уютненько К сожалению не работал Вай-фай.

• uživatelské jméno (10/5): - hodně velký hostel přímo v centru města, vchod je uvnitř obchodního centra, pěkný čistý pokoj s koupelnou, pohodlná postel, na recepci mluví anglicky... nic mě nenapadá, bylo to asi nejlepší ubytování na mé cestě Kazachstánem a Uzbekistánem

I politely asked to briefly view a standard room before making a payment and finalizing my reservation. ​The staff refused this request, stating that I must pay first. This policy is completely unacceptable and absurd. ​Due to this lack of flexibility and transparency, I immediately booked elsewhere.

• Savage_Henry (9/5): - Very clean hostel, comfortable bed, good shower. I stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed dorm which I had to myself the whole time. No windows. The building is large and every small sound is amplified. Could be annoying with lots of noisy guests. A lamp in the room would have been a bonus.

• YINBO (2/5): Really unpleasant staff … Disappointed - Located well Most of staff are NOT friendly with a shitty face always. Sometimes rude even. I remember some girl in front desk named Aya( dunno how to spell ) , when I was doing check-in，she alerted me don’t do this and don’t do that in the room with a very bad attitude… it was like I made some mistakes. Come on , if you tell me about this , could u pls change a better attitude and at least with a polite smile? When I got into the room , the room was smelly and I was waiting for her feedback. But nothing happened , no one called and on one came. I feel like this Aya was not well-educated. She just doesn’t understand the least polite communication way with costumers.
• Ugo (10/5): Meilleur Hostel d'Asie Centrale - En plein centre-ville, très spacieux, matelas très moelleux, machine à laver pas chère, café, thé, eau chaude et eau fraîche en libre service, grand placard individuel sécurisé par digicode, parking avec un gardien pour le vélo... Le meilleur Hostel que j'ai visité en Asie Centrale ! Le genre d'endroit où je pourrais me reposer 10 jours. La seule chose que j'ai pu trouver de mieux dans certains autres Hostel était des rideaux individuels à chaque lit. Mais comme j'étais seul dans la chambre ce n'était pas gênant.

• Клименко (10/5): - Очень современный и продуманный хостел. Комнаты оборудованные всем необходимым. Лаундж зона, зона самообслуживания. Встречают гостей в любое время. Удобное расположение. И возможность позавтракать в соседнем отеле. Ничего лишнего, только отдых

• Friedhelm (10/5): Großes Hostel mit Hotelfeeling. - Alles war sehr geräumig und sauber. Man hatte viel Platz zum Chillen und konnte überall rumlaufen im Hostel.. Bus zum Bekzhan Busbahnhof fährt direkt von der Tür ab. Viele Supermärkte in der Umgebung.

• Xavier (8/5): RECOMMENDED. Nice and unique hostel with toilet inside the rooms - Spacious rooms Toilet inside the soom. Big toilet. Very clean. Comfortable, large building. Hostel with "character", different in a positve way from others. Location is perfect, central. There is no separation between beds, open space. At least a courtain would be appreciated. Common area is large, though no cutlery, water or microwave I could see. Price is good, but if you plan to stay with a couple it might not be so cost effective. OVERALL: RECOMMENDED
