- Rebika (5/5): Not a good place for family. Just quick stay it's ok but rate is too high - The price was too high. They do not even offer the basic things like tea, or biscuit or just the welcome itinerary. Basic item like glass or stuff has to be call and asked to give. With the amount we paid. They could have given breakfast also but it was not there and said they have no kitchen. Too much high rate for the basic stay. Overall I was not very happy with the stay. Tehre was no proper parking space also.

- Arvind (2/5): Nothing to say staff was fine but the value for money was not there. - Location was fine thats all. The main thing was it was not clean. For 2 days stay no room service came to clean the room. There was no hot water. Bed covers were not need was very dirty . for two days stay just two water bottles were provided. Room service order wait time is more than 1 hr does not justify the payment we could have paid 1 k more for a much better place which had breakfast included as well. Lot of insects including cockroaches and slug in the bathroom it was not at all a good experience.

- Gopinath (7/5): Room rate was okay but no restaurant and no tea/coffe in the room was a big issue. - rooms were neat and clean. Staff were very humble, soft spoken and helpful. Food was very tasty. Room rate was not high. No restaurant. Though there was an electric kettle, no coffee or tea sachets were available. Though I had complimentary breakfast, it was limited to Dosa and Pongal . No Tea or Coffee was provided free with the complimentary breakfast. Had to wait long time to get Tea, Coffee, snacks , lunch or dinner. No chairs or table in the room.

- Amar (5/5): Needs Improvements - 1. Location 2. Room and toilet very clean 1. We were not welcomed with a smile on their faces 2. The staff were not well groomed. 3. They were shabbily dressed. 4. They insist on ID proof of all guests which is really surprising. In all my years of traveling for decades, nowhere else has it been asked. 5. They can't communicate properly because of language problem. 6. No TV channels available. Only YouTube is available. 7. No chair. They have put a small stool instead. 8. I asked for an extra blanket. The staff said he'll get it but never returned. At least, he should have the courtesy of getting back and letting us know whether they can give or not. 9. They have to remove the many motorbikes parked inside the parking lot so that another 2 cars can easily park their vehicles. Preference should be given to customers.

- Rajender (1/5): Bad choice. - what they promised online is not the same. we booked deluxe room for three adults but the room shown is a smaller one with queen size bed and the third bed they said will be an additional bed on the floor and tgd room is not that big to accommodate 3 people. however the cost they put is very high got this. absolutely nit recommended for group travels. we have to cancel our booking immediately and booked another one immediately. this experience is very stressful aftera long journey from bangalore. the staff is not helpful at all. same as above. not as it is rated with 8+ online. The manager or owner wasn't helpful also they were ready to cancel and refund our advance amount rather than accommodating our request withr very blunt response

We have to.sit down and eat Dont book by seeing photos. Worst responce from staff. Very very small room. The room.worth is less then 500 rs. Lodge is better then this. Dont know how they rated as 3*. Breakfast time is 10am. By the time people may vacate. Even you can order only fried rice. No other options. There is no table to eat. Need to sit on the bed and eat

I stuck in Lift in the middle of the floor due to a power problem. the automatic power lift safely landed on the floor. I was impressed. I feel like I am staying in 5 star hotel. The impressive things are Good comfort mattress & Android tv with wifi connection, hair dryer, sweet and drinks, a large wall mounted mirror beside Bed, balcony view!! The heater wasn't working promptly. I have waited for some time to get hot water.
