• Mia (10/5): - Me and my bridal party stayed at this venue for 2 nights, it was a very clean and a well maintained house! Everything we needed was there and the location was convenient to our venue and cafes! We had a very lovely stay and made lots of fond memories.

• Delwyn (8/5): Lovely house. Very modern clean and handy to shops - Close to my event location in Clevedon Lacked kitchen supplies like salt, pepper and cooking oil. Although minor it would have been nice to have those small items when cooking.
• Sebastiaan (9/5): Clean, spacious and quiet. - Spacious and clean. We had just arrived in NZ so we were quite jet-lagged. Not really focussed on anything other than resting. No possibility of watching TV without logging into an own account.
• Michael (9/5): A great stay! - Really great stay - I used to live nearby. Great to bring the family back to where I used to live. The accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Hassle free process. It was a positive experience overall, only two minor things: 1. Ants in the kitchen seem to be an issue. 2. A washing machine would be a bonus!
• Farah (9/5): - Beautiful house. Clean and tidy. Great location. The lounge with the AC was able to be cooled but the rest of the house did get quite warm. There were no drinking glasses in the kitchen.

Good space for our family group, comfortable lounger area with generous sized bedrooms. Sea views are distant and couldn’t be seen from inside the property. Travel from Auckland city centre was much further than expected.

• Emma (7/5): - The house was well decorated and had high quality fittings and facilities. It was quiet at night and was a good base from which we could explore the area. There was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen/living area, which was clearly ongoing because of traps laid for them. The pillows on the beds were very thin/flat. The sheets were a bit tired looking.

• Crystal (8/5): - Spacious, comfy, tidy, the floor was very clean and soft carpet. There was no microwave and no complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine, and the coffee machine was dirty. There was also toast crumbs on the bench from the toaster, I don't think the trays had been emptied. And it was very very cold.

• Raseed (10/5): Great ! - the accomodation was well located and very easy to access. the place was very clean and new. there was parking space at the back helped securing our valuable cars off the main road. one of the double beds downstairs was very springy and uncomfortable. we couldnt check in earlier than 3 00 PM which meant we werent able to unload our belongings before heading to our plans for the night.
• Janet (10/5): Family down time close to beach and amenities - Property was modern clean and very welcoming! Beds were comfortable, showers were walk in and huge so felt luxurious and kitchen had everything you needed! Great property and would highly recommend 10/10 👍🏽 The only thing I would suggest (not a complaint) is to have an air dryer to hang towels and togs on after swimming at beach (no clothes line and no washing machine) and a washing basket in huge bathroom downstairs and upstairs for ease of laundry (we were a family of 5 with 3 kids who stayed for 3 nights) some plastic glasses would also be good in kitchen so kids don’t use glass, just my suggestions as a mum but overall great home which we would definitely visit again, it had that home away from home feel 👍🏽

• Hovell (10/5): My family and I loved staying at the villa thank you - I liked how Private it was and the home itself was beautiful downstairs where the kids slept had no heating as the heater that was provided started smoking the tv wouldn't work. When I booked it said we had access to laundry ? But couldn't find it? Otherwise everything was good.
