• Henar (10/5): Comodidad cerca de la ciudad - Tenia todo lo necesario y Julia nos dejó varios detalles, estaba muy limpio y nuevo, cama cómoda. Se aparca bien y de manera gratuita, supermercado enfrente y bares y comercios Hay unos 15’ andando hasta la mezquita aproximadamente, el barrio da sensación de inseguridad aunque nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema
• Jose (10/5): Apartamento bonito y bien equipado. - Julia muy atenta y agradable, nos informó de todo. El apartamento está muy bien distribuido y tiene de todo, con separación de habitaciones y con detalles que nos dejó para consumir. Por poner algo el barrio, un poco sucio, pero decir que hay cerca de todo, farmacia, super, parada de bús, asistencia sanitaria y bares como el Mis Niños, que se desayuna y come muy bien.

• PASCAL (10/5): Que du bonheur ! - Le merveilleux accueil de Julia, toutes ses explications, sa gentillesse, son sourire, sa joie de vivre et la qualité des prestations. Rien à dire, tout était parfait, accueil, propreté, équipement, facilité de parking gratuit ! TOP ! Rien, tout était parfait et si certains pourraient dire que c'est un peu loin du centre historique ...prenez le temps de parcourir le chemin le long du Quadalquivir et de découvrir le matin la belle lumière sur la mezquina et la vieille ville...que du bonheur avec la fraîcheur du matin. De plus, vous disposez de toutes les facilités sur place : parking gratuit, boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie, containers à poubelles à 50 mètres et vous êtes au coeur d'un vrai quartier de Cordoue ! Merci Julia pour ce beau séjour de 4 nuits ! :-) !

• Alessandro (9/5): - Julia est très accueillante et sympathique. Elle nous a laissé du café, du thé et des croissants. Mais on a gouté aussi à des churros magnifiques dans un bar à coté... Facilité de se garer dans la rue. Le centre ville est accessible à une vingtaine de minutes de marche (sinon en bus). L'appartement est très confortable et assez grand. L'isolation acoustique pourrait être améliorée, on entend bien les voisins.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist. Zudem sind ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden, die kostenlos genutzt werden können. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

• Sebas DD (6/5): - El departamento muy cómodo para dos, algo justo para 4. Julia muy buena anfitriona, muy atenta con todo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Está a unos 20 minutos caminando del centro histórico y el barrio en si no es muy agradable para psearae de noche. No tiene calefacción en el baño por lo que es algo fresco.
• rufino (8/5): - La atención de Julia y los pequeños detalles que favorecen la estancia más agradable. Está relativamente cerca del casco antiguo pero el entorno no me dió mucha confianza. Aunque todo ha estado muy bien y no hemos tenido ningún problema.

• Глухов (10/5): - Nos recibió la propietaria del apartamento, muy amable y cordial. Nos mostró todo y nos explicó dónde se puede ir de compras o comer en restaurantes cercanos. El apartamento estaba limpio y acogedor, con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para una estancia cómoda. También queremos destacar un bonito detalle: la propietaria nos dejó un pequeño obsequio en forma de dulces, lo cual fue muy agradable. Nos llevamos solo impresiones positivas y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Se llega caminando a la mezquita en solo 20 mins paseando por el rio El apartamento está una zona un poco sucia y oscura, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema de seguridad de día o de noche.

• Mariana Grafeuille (10/5): Excelente - El piso todo nuevo,cómodo,Julia es un amor,nos recibió explico y mostró todo el lugar ,cada cosa, había café,te,leche, cerveza,pan de leche,y hasta le dejo un detalle a mi nena,las camas muy cómodas,la ducha espectacular,hay aire acondicionado frío calor, la ubicación si bien no es en el centro es un barrio humilde pero es muy tranquilo y hay parking siempre,cerca del centro a 20 min andando o en bus a 10 min.

• Javier (10/5): Un apartamento acogedor en Córdoba - La casa está decorada con buen gusto y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Camas buenas y calentitas, aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, cafetera, horno, frigorífico, microondas, horno, vitro, calentador de agua,etc. Julia nos dejó unos mantecados, café y unos bricks leche. Está a unos 15-20 minutos a pie del centro de Córdoba. Al lado del apartamento hay varios comercios (supermercado, frutería, farmacia etc.). Hay una churrería riquísima en el barrio y una de las pastelerías Roldán. El barrio es tranquilo y se puede aparcar sin problema. Hemos estado muy a gusto y tranquilos. Volveremos. :) El puente se nos hizo corto. No nos dio tiempo a ver Medina Azahara porque estaba cerrada el lunes.

• Ayu (10/5): Lovely flat - Clean and well-equipped flat - We could see her effort to make sure her guests feel comfortable in her flat. Walkable distance to the centre. We felt a little apprehensive in the local area. Several people were hanging out drinking and talking loudly in front of the apartment in the evenings until midnight. Earplugs helped me to sleep well.
• alice (9/5): Tutto perfetto! - Bellissimo appartamento, pulito, moderno e completo di tutti i comfort inclusa la lavatrice. Cucina ben attrezzata, spazi veramente sfruttabili. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. Bagno completo di phon e asciugamani, oltre che di sapone, shampoo, latte detergente, dischetti struccanti e cotton fioc. Julia ha pensato proprio a tutto! Un bellissimo soggiorno! L’appartamento è perfetto ma è situato in un quartiere sporco e che dà l’impressione di non essere molto sicuro… magari però è stata solo una nostra sensazione. Comunque è molto comodo per raggiungere le mura, si trova a meno di un km dalla zona dei parcheggi e c’è l’un comodo bus che passa proprio nella via a pochi passi dall’alloggio.

The apartment was really tidy and well equipped (really positive that we have some coffee). The parking is free. The neighbourhood can be a little bit noisy (community life is very active).

Rien . Le quartier paraît déstabilisant car quartier populaire mais aucun soucis, population safe , calme , familiale.

The apartment is close to supermarket and the are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. It's about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Cordoba.

For me, I liked most the neighbourhood where it's situated. There is people on the street all the time socializing, having a good time. Still, we slept well at night.

In front of the apartment there is a community life with families and interesting people who are singing their favourite songs. But only in daytime, the night was calm and quiet. • Tamara (10/5): Beauiful apartment in a local neighbourhood - The apartment was beautiful, new, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, with lots of little details (welcome beer and milk in the fridge, cold water, butter and croissants, umbrellas etc.). The wifi worked well. Julia was very kind, she came personally to give me the keys and to explain everything. Communication with her was also excellent before arrival. I found (free) parking easily in the street. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to the historic centre. There is a supermarket on the other side of the street and many popular bars in the neighbourhod. One is directly under the apartment, so I was worried about the noise at night, but it couldn't be heard in the bedroom at all. The neighbourhood didn't seem particularly attractive on first impression, but in fact it was nice, a typical Mediterranean place with lots of people on the street at night (including families with kids),

Also there was a free street parking near the apartment. A little bit noise from the street, however you can't hear it from the bedroom.

The windows had shutters and the apartment has sound proofing. There were people drinking in the street but this isn't the apartments fault. I just needed ear plugs one of the nights. Bathroom pipes had a bit of a weird smell at times.

• Jeremy (10/5): Great Apartment to explore Cordoba from - Lovely apartment easy 25 minute walk to the historic centre and regular and cheap buses also an option. Julia met us on arrival and the apartment was spotless with lots of thoughful touches, breakfast items, Nespresso coffee pods, beers, toiletries etc. First impressions of the local area were a bit off-putting but actually it was ok. Lots of people including families with children out socialising in the area beneath the apatrment each evening but it all quietened down by 10pm.
• Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - Fully equipped apartment 15 min walk to the city center. Just cross the famous bridge. If you're lucky, you can park your car on the street nearby for free. Perfect for a short stay.

The beds were comfy and we felt at home. The location is good, you can find parking on the street/ neighbouring streets. There's a Lidl a couple minutes away and corner shops just outside.

Some beer, water or snacks in the fridge as a welcome gift. Local bar below good for breakfast, coffee or beer. Few restaurants in the neighborhood. Kitchen full equipped. No problem with the parking.

Complementary water and beer in the fridge was a lovely touch. The flat is modern with everything required for a nice stay. It was a lovely stay. Nothing to do with the flat. The area might be a little run down for some people.

Showed where to find everything we need plus - Everything ., looks brand new., everything is white, shiny and super clean. Little too far from the main attractions but it was not an issue because we had a car. It took us about 10 minutes to find the apartment once we got to the building. It would help to give more directions on how to get to the apartment and have apartment number clear at the door.
• Mark (8/5): clean and comfortable can recommend 👍 - it’s a lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable rest would stay again if in Cordoba parking is a bit hit and miss , but did find somewhere , it could be a problem though as none is reserved specifically for the property , it wouldn’t deter me from staying there again though

• Rowan (10/5): Perfect to see Cordoba - The owners are clearly people who travel a lot or have experience in the hospitality industry. Every detail was taken care of. We had little packs of butter and milk so we could have coffee and toast as soon as we arrived. There was shower gel and detergent to wash our clothes. Just what every traveller needs! Julia was a fantastic host who explained everything very well, met us on time, kept in touch via WhatsApp, told us where local attractions were, and even helped me a little with my Spanish. The apartment was newly fitted and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable The location was also excellent for the price of the accommodation, its about a 15 minute walk to the centre and next to many local shops and cafes. Nothing
