• Grace (10/5): - We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our holiday here. The property was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the pool area and appreciated the complimentary items provided — it really added to the experience and made the stay feel extra special. Aside from those minor things, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only small feedback we had was regarding maintenance visits during our stay. A maintenance worker entered the house, and the pool maintenance person entered the backyard, without prior notice or knocking/announcing themselves first, which was a little confronting and unexpected. A quick text or heads-up from the property manager beforehand would have been greatly appreciated. Also, the mop provided appeared to be broken when we tried to use it, so that may need replacing. Aside from those minor things, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

• Felicity (10/5): Spacious adult, child and pet friendly beach haven - The location was perfectly tucked away in a quiet street less than a 10 minute stroll to the dog off leash beach. We liked that the accomodation was child and pet friendly, with beach toys for the kids and bowls for the dog. The house was extremely clean, well styled and the pool area was ideal - it was such a calm space to enjoy. We really appreciated the welcoming touches too, it really put the icing on the cake. Nothing.

• Emily (9/5): Perfect location and fabulous amenities - Great location with short walk to beach, pool was lovely, house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and would love to come back. Thank you for accommodating for pets as that made it all the more special. Cushions on the couch could probably do with a bit of a clean. I would’ve also liked to know the pool man was coming as that was a bit of a fright for me and my dogs one morning.

• KAREN (8/5): Very pleasant place to stay with young kids with lots of room for them, short drive to the beach, shops and take away. - It was clean, close to everything we needed, extra towels which came in handy with the kids, very very quiet, plenty of room, plenty of kitchen utensils, a few snacks which the kids enjoyed, felt like being at home, easy pick up and drop off of keys, friendly staff, the kids loved the pool. It was a relatively hot weekend so would have been good to have air con in all bedrooms, some of the internal door handles didn’t seem to be fitted properly and the whole handle moved slightly when you opened the door (spare toilet door handle), apart from it was all good.
• Ye Na (8/5): home-like holiday accommodation - It was very clean and spacious. Swimming pool was big enough for family. We were given enough towels and toiletries. All facilities were high quality and worked well nothing much. It would be better if there is a parasol or an Umbrella in the swimming pool area.

Just wanted to let you know that the shower drain was blocked however, we fixed that, no issue. The hand towel holder in the bathroom fell off the wall, I put it on the vanity. Otherwise, we absolute loved the house

Just a very minor thing could you pass on to owners to put oven mits in - Location was good. 5 minutes walk to doggy beach The reason we booked property was the pool but was told a week before that it had a bad leak and was unusable. Was offered $150 off or could cancel, but was so close to weekend so we still went. If the poll was in action we would've given 10/10.
• Shelby (6/5): Lovely home, just would have appreciated better communication. - The home itself was very comfortable with modern furnishings. It is in a great location, handy to the beach and shops. Great that toiletries and basics were supplied. Unfortunately when we arrived, the pool was green and not functioning. We were not advised prior to arrival that there was a problem. Tried to contact the agent but no one contacted us until the following morning. The pool people came and sorted the problem but we were not able to use the pool until halfway through our visit (5 night stay). Offered $100 refund for the inconvenience. Disappointed as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property.
