Linda (10/5): Alles war perfekt 10 von 10! - ALLES war perfekt! (Urlaub mit 1,5 Monate altem Kind). Die Unterkunft ist eine 10/10. Die Apartments sind unfassbar schön und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Betten sind unglaublich gemütlich, tolle Kissen und Decken. Die Schlafzimmer haben alles was man braucht, einen Schrank, Ablage/tisch, Hocker, Nachttische une Fernseher ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind abdunkelbar, wir haben ein Babybettchen bekommen und jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Das Bad und Wc sind mit tollen Pflegeprodukten versehen. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäscheständer und Föhn. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Bademäntel sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche, das Wohn- und Esszimmer waren sehr schön offen und geräumig. Die Ausstattung und das Mobiliar wirklich sehr sehr schön und geschmackvoll und alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Unser Highlight die Terrasse mit Sitzlounge, Liegen und privatem jacuzzi. Zudem gab es noch einen wunderschönen Gemeinschaftspool, alles war sehr gepflegt. Außerdem gibt es eine Tiefgarage inkl. Aufzug. Wir kommen sicher wieder, denn es war traumhaft!

Katharina (10/5): Mega schönes Apartment mit Whirlpool, Pool und Sauna - Die Wohnung war komplett neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es wurden nur hochwertige Möbel und Inventar verwendet. Es war sehr sauber. Auch die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Unser Ansprechpartner Ante war stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung wäre toll gewesen.

Anna (10/5): - Nowy apartament, wyposażony w jacuzzi i basen z podgrzewaną wodą. Piękne wnętrza. Oddalony od starego miasta ale super widok na morze plus baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Do starego miasta warto wziąć Uber. Około 5 euro poza sezonem. Restauracje w odległości ok 10-20 min.

Beata (9/5): Cisza,komfort i spokój - Świetna lokalizacja blisko plaży i lokalu z jedzeniem .Apartament z dwoma łazienkami zapewnił komfort potrzebny dla pięciu kobiet .Wspaniały widok z tarasu na morze pozwalał się delektować poranną kawą . Dodatkowo na terenie kompleksu jest mały basen z jakuzzi . Brakowało na wyposażeniu szlafroków zapewniając komfort w korzystaniu z basenu. Woda w jacuzzi niestety szybko się wychładzała , ale masaże były moce .

Maria (10/5): Underbar och med en fullträff gällande boendet! - Läget, faciliteter, fräscht, modern utrustning, ac i varje rum, torkställ på balkongen, Rituals-produkter, nya handdukar 1 gång under 7 dagar, närhet till en bra restaurang och bageri, garaget, portkod till dörren så vi slapp nyckel, kaffe och te till de första dagarna, tvättmedel, diskmedel, kyl och frys, närheten till en underbar strand och självklart Mate som på ett trevligt sätt svarade snabbt på våra frågor. Då vi tittade på lägenheten via bookings hemsida tyckte vi att de såg väldigt fina ut men de var ännu bättre i verkligheten. Ska vi till Zadar igen så kommer vi definitivt boka detta boendet igen! Poolen var lite kall men det var så varmt i luften att det inte gjorde något.

We’ve stayed in various cities and different types of places before, but very few have offered the same level of cleanliness, comfort, and warm hospitality as this one. If cleanliness and service quality are important to you when choosing a place to stay, this apartment is undoubtedly one of the best choices you can make. From the moment we walked in, the impeccable cleanliness stood out. Every part of the apartment—from the bathroom to the kitchen, living area, and bedrooms—was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that great care had been taken in preparing the space for guests. The bedding was fresh, crisp, and smelled clean, while the floors and kitchen appliances were in excellent hygienic condition. Everything felt thoroughly sanitized and ready for a comfortable stay, even for a longer period. Another highlight of our stay was the friendly and attentive service. Even before arrival, communication was polite, clear, and helpful. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and throughout our stay, every question or request was answered quickly and with genuine kindness. Although staff weren’t present on-site, it felt as though the property was managed with the same care and responsiveness as a high-quality hotel. That level of professionalism gave us real peace of mind. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it an excellent choice for families. The apartment is just a ten minute drive from the old town, was very impressed. 'Mate' is an amazing host, you cannot go wrong with this apartment. It was a 2 hour drive to the Plitvice Lakes too, which are just beautiful, a little bit of paradise.

Myrthe (9/5): Fantastic stay in a brandnew luxury apartment - We had a fantastic stay in Adria Concept Suites. The apartment was great and brand new. Host was very friendly, communicated very clear and also showed us the apartment. We had to switch between two apartments (our choice) and the host helped us to do this as easy as possible. The hottub and pool were great. Although the pool is small, we had the pool to ourselves during our stay. The beach is within walking distance.

It seems to very new, and no cost was spared - high-end appliances, comfortable and stylish furnishings, large balcony with a view of the sea just one block away. Mate met us at the property showed us around and was very responsive with communication and providing us with items we needed. There is also a pool and a large hot tub for use. There are great markets, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. This place is perfect - cannot recommend more. Nothing - it was all great!

Dianne (10/5): Lovely getaway in Zadar - The host has been incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is modern, bright and spacious. We really enjoyed hanging out in the balcony as well. Location is very good, just 2min walk from the beach but 10min drive to the main town. Nothing really! :) Only detail that was missing were hangers for the towels in the bathroom.
Yvonne (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was immaculate all furnishings were to the highest standard. Excellent comfortable beds, the apartment throughout was exceptional. Our host Mateo was available and nothing was too much trouble. We took full advantage of the excellent pool and Jacuzzi. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend.
Antun (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. It was very clean and everything is still new. Jacuzzi and pool were open and available for us. The place is very close to the sea and view from the terrace is stunning. Host Mate is legend.
