Short dander to portbradden and lovely walks nearby, lovely farmer on the lane full of chat. Great location for a reset from the busy life. Nothing it was perfect and full of character and charm.

Non abbiamo incontrato Mary ma è stata super gentile lasciandoci uno splendido cesto di benvenuto. La casa in aperta campagna vicinissima ad un piccola baia è molto pulita e accessoriata. Raccomandatissima. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto...la scala interna un po' strettina ma è un particolare assolutamente insignificante.

The wonderful hosts had thought of everything. Basket with bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea bags, biscuits etc. Cupboard full of board games. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thoroughly recommend it.

• Minkamal (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful stay! The space was incredibly cosy, and each room had a delightful scent, creating such a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire home. It felt like a perfect escape. A lovely touch was the basket of goodies, which was such a happy surprise and made us feel even more welcomed. The bedroom downstairs was especially helpful for my 80-year-old mum, making it easy for her to access without stairs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! -

Perfect location for gaints causeway and rope bridge - Host left a fabulous welcome basket with bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal and goodies for the kids and adults. There is a lovely coffee shop across the road that we would also recommend. The house is fab, our girls had a ball. We had great fun with all the board games they supplied. We definitely recommend 😊 For families travelling with young kids.. three of the bedrooms are upstairs, one is very close to the top of the stairs. We put the towel rack on the top step to avoid our daughter falling. Other bedroom is downstairs across from the bathroom. Other than that we have no faults.

We liked the very useful basket of goodies the host supplied, they were really appreciated. For the number of beds it would've been useful to have another bathroom.
• Robert (9/5): Marine Team Stay - Mary made everything so welcoming - with a gift basket when we arrived and had left instructions to help us feel welcome for our marine team overnight for the Rathlin Sound Festival in Ballycastle. The location was absolutely perfect, not far from Portbradden Harbour where we went for a swim and enjoyed the sunset. Not too far from Bushmills for a bite to eat either. Nothing! It was all wonderful.

• Maike (9/5): Great stay in Portraddan! - Well equipped kitchen, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, very spacious house, easy check in, lovely food basket! It was a great stay overall! The Google maps location showed somewhere else. As we were walking to the house - after a long day of walking- this was quite the detour for us. Use the location shown on booking.com, not Google maps. Heating instructions would be helpful, the house was a bit too warm for us but we didn't want to turn the heating off as it was connected to the hot water.
