• Carla (9/5): Molt reconable. Tranquil i encantador - És un hotel rural molt bonic. Es tracta d’una antiga masia o casa de poble restaurada. Instal.lacions cuidades i molt net. Veniem fent el GR11 i la noia que ens va atendre va ser molt amable i diaposada en tot moment. Atenció molt personalitzada i es veu que volen tractar amb carinyo al client. Li vam demanar si ens podia donar d’esmorzar més aviat per no passar calor i ens van dir que cap problema. Li vam demanar si ens podia oferir entrepans i no ens els va voler cobrar. Molt contents amb la estada. 100% recomanable

S'agraeix el barnús i les tovalloles de piscina a l'habitació L'aire condicionat costava de refredar, també hem agafat un cap de setmana de calor extrema. La dutxa no refreda gaire i té poca pressió. L'esmorzar té marge de millora, però el cafè bó. Ens hagués agradat prendre una copa a l'arribar de sopar a les 23, però el bàrman tanca a aquesta hora.
• Brian (9/5): For an amazing quiet get away few days to discover this part of Catalonia, its a must....... - An amazing hotel, the owner and her staff making you feel as though this his your home. Extremely friendly and kind. This hotel has been created from a family home by the architect daughter ( I hope I have this correct ) it has a contemporary interior within the structure of the old buildings, it is well designed, imaginatively thought out and comfortable. The staff are there to help with any request not forgetting the bar and the good selection of wines and cocktails, great after a late afternoon swim. The suites are very comfortable and ours ( Noir ) on an upper level had the most superb terrace overlooking the roof tops and distant countryside around Espolla. Breakfast served indoors or on the terrace was continental style with fresh cheeses, meats and fruit, again you only had to ask if you required an egg or anything else and they will supply it....as it was a holiday weekend we had their local speciality cake for breakfast.....A lift was also a nice welcome addition to this old building. A young team who are very professional in being efficient yet discrete. This is an amazing place to stay for a few days to discover the delights of this region of Catalonia...not to mention some superb restaurants in the surrounding villages ( there is no restaurant at Canaleta Heras ) but they do have a lovely modern kitchen....I would love to cook in, perhaps next visit.....XX Nothing not to like....no sign on the entrance found us driving around the tiny village streets trying to find the place., but no problem once found.... The interior is beautifully designed ( the owners architectural expertise ) we felt the main reception room could benefit with a slight update and simplification but this is being very very picky, as a designer myself of course, I'm perhaps more aware that many...

• Goncalves (5/5): - La propreté et l agencement de la suite ainsi que la bâtisse et le caractère de l hôtel doit être très agréable en été en espérant qu on ne sente pas le purin comme on le sentait à l extérieur de l hôtel. Le chauffage n été pas en marche dur à faire fonctionner et encore va qu il y avait des couvertures chaudes. Pour moi ça vaut 0/10 . Le petit déjeuner pas assez de choix ni en quantité le pot de beurre de cacahuète quasi terminé et dur comme de la pierre . Des flocons d avoine mais de fromage blanc ou de yaourt . Le jus d orange été pas à disposition vuennoiseries disposer devant la dame qui gère l établissement donc pas très agréable de se servir en ayant un œil sur vous. Charcuterie en chiffonnade et pas en quantité. Pas fruit frais . Le petit déjeuner devrait être repensé. Et dommage qu on soit obligé de faire 18km pour mangé au restaurant

L’Esther (gerenta) és una excel.lent amfitriona i es preocupa molt perquè els hostes estiguem a gust. La piscina exterior és un luxe i permet que les tardes xafogoses s’afrontin millor. • JOSEP (10/5): Si la glória vols tocar a l´Hotel Canaleta has d´anar. - Petit hotel al cor de l´Albera des de on és poden fer excursions de curt recorregut per coneixer aquesta zona de l´Alt Empordà. Tant les zones comunes del hotel com la habitació decorades amb molt de gust i al minim detall. Grandiós espai ajardinat amb piscina d´aigua salada per gaudir de la calma que es respira. Esmorzar servit a taula amb productes de la zona de primera qualitat. Tot això i molt més gràcies a l´Esther, anfitriona que ès desviu perqué et trobis com a casa.. No tinc cap comentari negatiu.

• Ana Segovia (9/5): Bonita escapada al Alt Empordà. - Es una casa antigua con encanto en el centro del pueblo, está muy bien restaurada y decorada con muebles de diseño muy confortables. Las toallas y ropa de cama están impecables y son de buena calidad. La atención por parte del personal fue personalizada y eso es de agradecer.

L'exterior amb la piscina és fantàstic per a passar un dia de descans i desconnexió. La propietària és molt amable i en tot moment es preocupa de la teva comoditat. Tot i que l'esmorzar està bo, amb productes de qualitat, vam trobar a faltar alguna cosa salada.

• Dolors (10/5): Un oasis de paz. - Elegante hotel en el centro del bonito y tranquilo pueblo de Espolla. Un lugar en donde todos los detalles están cuidados, desde la mantelería hasta toda las estancias. Carles i Ester son dos personas encantadoras, muy cercanas y tranquilas, que te hacen sentir a gusto y están disponibles para ayudarte en lo que te haga falta. Bonito y amplio jardín con una piscina, que invita a estar y disfrutarlo. La habitación estaba muy limpia, de tamaño suficiente y la cama era amplia y confortable. Sirven un desayuno tipo buffet, muy bien presentado, en un salón muy agradable, con todo lo necesario para un desayuno completo y variado. En el hotel reina el más absoluto silencio y tranquilidad. Su ubicación es inmejorable, es fácil encontrar aparcamiento y a poco distancia hay un restaurante que recomiendo totalmente. Ideal para conocer la maravillosa zona de la Serra de l'Albera, descansar, disfrutar del silencio y la tranquilidad. Muy recomendable. Si buscas atracciones, bullicio y un hotel con todos los servicios, este tal vez no sea el tuyo, en caso contrario no dudes en hospedarte.
• ALBERT (10/5): - Qui vulgui trobar un lloc amb molt d'encant per relaxar-se i gaudir del descans, l'hotel canaleta és el lloc adequat. Tot està fet amb molta cura i carinyo. El Joan i l'Esther són molt amables i sempre molt disposats a ajudar-te. Repetirem! Tot estava perfecte

• Yolanda (5/5): No tan buen hotel como aparenta en fotos. - El desayuno bueno. La situación difícil para aparcar. La nevera no funcionaba. La bañera hidromasaje no estaba limpia. Creía que sería más lujoso y exótico.

• claire (10/5): - Best Hotel I've been (and I have been to places). We loved everything : the setting, the absolute calm, the decoration, the spacious rooms, the breakfast, the village of Espolla, and the owner Esther ! A little gem !
• Anna (7/5): - La casa molt comoda Ambient molt tranquil. Ubicació inmillorable Esmorzar molt pobre, desorganitzat i impuntual. Preu excessiu pel servei ofertat.
• Irune (10/5): Unas vacaciones para descansar - Nos gustó todo! La decoración del hotel con mucho gusto, original y cada espacio único. El jardín, precioso. Estar allí en las hamacas, disfrutando del entorno, del silencio únicamente interrumpido por el sonido del aire, se vive como un bálsamo de paz y tranquilidad. Además al tener pocas habitaciones, existe la sensación de tener el hotel casi para ti solo y de exclusividad. También nos ha encantado poder conocer y charlar con Esther y Carles, amables, educados y buenas gentes. Realmente nos sentimos tan cómodos como si estuviéramos en casa. Por otro lado el pueblo, un pueblo muy pueblo, para nuestra sorpresa también es bastante coqueto, con sus calles y casas de piedra, es ideal para huir del bullicio de la costa, y además las playas, en coche, no quedan demasiado lejos. Tener que irnos!
• BONNET (10/5): un séjour dans le calme et l’authenticité. - situé dans un charmant petit village, cet hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de soin. La propriétaire est très agréable.
• Malena (10/5): Espectacular alojamiento de diseño con aire local - Alojamiento muy recomendable! El hotel es espectacular, con un diseño muy lindo y un jardín encantador. Los hosts fueron muy amables y atentos. Fue una gran experiencia quedarnos allí y salir un poco del circuito turístico y adentrarnos en algo más local.
• Maria Dolors (10/5): - El lloc es encantador, l'esmorçar excel lent, servei també. Un lloc de 4 estrellas sens dubte. L'entrada a l habitació és a les 16h tarda .
• Jordi (9/5): Per repetir! Tornarem! - L'hotel molt maco, ben decorat amb bon gust, l'espai exterior sensacional i amb piscina. Tant l'Esther com en Joan, super macos, amables, simpàtics i atents amb tot. Lloc molt recomanable per anar a descansar. Gràcies per el sopar més que bo!!! Us desitgem que vagi tot molt bé! Fins aviat!
