• Lee (7/5): Great location - Location wise it was great for us, for the O2 and DLR to Tower of London, apartment had everything needed. It’s a shame as it has potential to be a great accommodation, but the basics need to be met, three lights that don’t work, rubbish in bin from previous people, stained carpets, shower doesn’t work properly.

• Deborah (3/5): Disappointing - Great location for exploring London. Ideal transport links. This is the first time I've had to write a review like this which I feel sad about. We've stayed in London many many times and like to try out new places each time but this was the absolute worst! When walking into the apartment there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke. The bedding was all crumpled and the 3 scatter cushions on the bed were stained and dirty. There were no hand towels ( only a bath towel each) and no toilet roll which had been mentioned in the inventory, otherwise would have brought some with us . Thankfully there is a well stocked shop just a few minutes away. In the kitchen area all the cutlery and crockery were dirty and food left on some items. We washed the items we needed for our stay and only used those. The dish cloth and scourer were filthy it was unbelievable!!! Luckily I had brought my own plus a tea towel as one wasn't provided. The kettle was disgusting full of limescale ( a quick de-scaler pack would have sorted that out in no time) just no excuse!! Everywhere needed a thorough vacuum and the bath needed cleaning as there were bath scum around the bottom of the bath and plug hole. Also there was a part used food pot behind the drawers at the side of the bed and the smoke alarm was hanging open on the ceiling. Luckily we had a very busy itinerary and didn't need to spend much time there. Needless to say we would not recommend staying here.
• Samantha (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm. It had everything we needed. It was ideal as right next to east India DLR station and shop close by. The view from the balcony was lovely. I would definitely stay here again. There wasn't much I didn't like but it would have been nice if we have tea and coffee. However there was a shop close by so wasn't a real issue.
• Hannah (6/5): Pleasant - When we arrived we couldn't get in to the building to get our keys, we had to wait until another resident came out of the building. And then when we did get in, the apartment had a smoker smell and there were stains on carpet and sticky things on surfaces . After a trip out we then also couldn't get back into the apartment as the fob didnt work and had to call the help concierge of the building and explain that we had booked through booking.com, the host replied nicely and tried to be helpful, but being told to wait until people come and go from the building to get in isn't acceptable especially when we were 2 young women alone late at night. However the facilities were good once in the apartment and bed and sofa was comfy, also the balcony had an amazing view of London and the o2.

• Paula (10/5): GREAT! - I liked how well equipped the apartment was my boyfriend and I stayed for Christmas we cooked and they had everything we needed. It was warm and clean and area was simply lovely. We felt safe. The location does not have the best transport links honestly (I mean east india station is 5 min walk from the place but it takes forever tp get to central). But honestly the place is still AMAZING for the price it makes up for the transport links.

Very romantic ! - Here's a short message you could use: "I really enjoyed staying at the apartment! It was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities (gym)that we made full use of. Plus it’s right next to the DLR I don’t have any complaints. I should have book a few more nights but they were completely booked.
