• Kateryna (8/5): Good value for money, good location - Nice flat close to the beach. Everything was clean. I loved to sit on a balcony. The main concern is communication. My electronic key to the building and to the apartment didn’t work and I called during nearly 3 hours on several phone numbers that they send me before for communication - nobody answered. It was fixed later Another problem is a shower - it’s enough of hot water only for quick shower, if you have a long hair - it’s becoming a problem.

• Antoniya Petrova (8/5): - It was difficult to enter the apartment. We had difficulty unlocking it, which created stress and tension. We called the contact number provided for assistance and help, but no one answered. The first time we entered the apartment - it was difficult, even though we followed the instructions that were sent to us. The most worrying thing was when no one answered the phone at that moment.

• Andrea (5/5): - La posizione Il terrazzino La pulizia (il bagno era molto sporco, capelli nel bidet e doccia, water con tracce di escrementi)
• Luca (8/5): Piccolo studio in buona posizione - Ottima posizione, che permette di raggiungere a piedi buona parte dei servizi in centro. Vicinissimo alla stazione degli autobus e ad un supermercato. Locale piccolino ed accogliente, utile come appoggio per la notte. Grazioso il terrazzino privato. Pulizia e manutenzione del locale da rivedere. Peccato, perché se fosse tenuto meglio sarebbe un gioiellino di locale.
• ferezin (9/5): Lo recomiendo ,vale la pena... - De puerto de la cruz todo..la playa a 5 minutos,estacion de guagua a 2'...supermercado tambien muy cerca..osea todo al alcanse de mano.. La unica cosa che non mi piaciuto.che la lavatricce non funzionava...per il resto hanno sempre cercado di essere prensente nel momento dal bisogno...hanno risposto sempre ,staff sempre molto gentile...

• Evgeniia (10/5): Very nice apartment and location - It was great that it was very close to the bus station, a supermarket and the sea. Also, it was quite close to the centre, maybe only 10 minutes away. We liked that there was everything we needed in the apartment, as well as a great balcony. The shower water pressure was a bit weak but not too bad.
• Oleh (1/5): Bad - The impression of the beautiful island of Tenerife was ruined by the rude behavior of the landlord. It was an absolutely disrespectful and negligent attitude on the part of the landlord. We were offered to open the main doors using an electronic key activated via a link on a mobile phone. My wife and I were unable to open these doors. For two consecutive days, we had to wait by the main entrance for someone from the building residents to let us in. When we complained to the landlord that we could not freely access our accommodation, he replied that it was "our problem" that we could not use his links. If we didn’t like something, we could leave at any time, and supposedly, the rest of the money would be refunded. At the same time, he had promised us a physical key on the first day. He suggested that we go to his office ourselves to collect the key. We found it unreasonable to waste our precious vacation time on this. After several arguments and a lot of wasted nerves, we were finally given the key. I do not recommend dealing with them to anyone!

• Pilar (7/5): Good but improvable - The location, the facilities were not bad in the beginning The curtain bar fell on my head and they didn’t fix it after we asked (we tried to fix it ourselves but a drill machine was needed) so we had no privacy for our whole stay because of that as you could see the whole apartment from the building in front of our balcony
