- Jianhua (9/5): 交通太方便了。 - 住宿位置就在地铁口步行二百米处，房间大，有厨房，二十四小时前台，去哪里都方便，住宿左手十米处有取款机，方便取款。 应该每天免费发一瓶饮用水，入住两晚第一天有一瓶，第二天就没有提供，让我们付费了。

- soad (5/5): للاسف بسبب اخلانف.السعر بين البوكينج والفندق لاارغب بالاقامة مره اخرى - الموقع اختلاف سعر الغرفه في البوكيكنج 470 ريال عن السعر الفندق 600 حيث فرق 130 ريال والسبب على حد قول الموظف مشكلة بين ادارة البوكينج وادارة الفندق في عدم اظهار المبلغ كما هو في نطام الفندق مما ادى الى دفعي مبلغ الفرق لان الوقت متاخر و رفعي شكوى في وزارة السياحه

- Rana (1/5): سيئ جداً - لم يتم تجهيز الشقه المطلوبه على الرغم من اني وصلت بعد وقت تسجيل الدخول بأكثر من ساعه !! بالاضافة إلى أنهم أعطوني غرفة مخصصه لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه ومن ثم تم تغييرها الى اخرى فيها مشكله في المكيف ولما طلبت تغييرها ردوا بانه لايوجد غيرها وطلبوا مني دفع المزيد للترقيه لشقه أكبر ولما رفضت فجأه توفرت شقه بنفس المواصفات المطلوبه .. المضحك في الموضوع انهم تواصلوا معي قبل الوصول لتأكيد الحجز وتوضيح ما اذا كان لدي طلبات معينه ليتم توفيرها !!! أسوأ تجربه

- Samer (9/5): - نزل اشبونة مكان ذو موقع مركزي في الرياض يمكن أن تنطلق منه لأي غرض داخل الرياض سواء للتنزه أو للعمل ... لكن ما هو مميز في هذا المكان هو المدير الاستاذ حازم ايهاب .... بفضل إدارته الاحترافية و ضيافته الكريمة كانت إقامتي انا والأسرة رائعة ... كل الاحترام والتقدير له ولأدائه المتميز. صعوبة التواصل مع بعض الموظفين الذين لا يجيدون اللغة العربية على الاطلاق.

- Faisal (5/5): كانت تجربتي سية حيث انتظرت في الاستقبال لمده ساعة ونص ع بال ماتنظف الغرفه - لاشي أعجبني لاشي أعجبني فندق لايوجد فيه قلم ولا غلاية ماء ولا شاهي ولا ظروف ولا افياش بالصالة والنظافه سيئة ودورة مياة متهالكه والموظف المصري لابد ياخذ دورة روم سيرفس صراحه ماعنده أسلوب ولا لباقة تجاه النزلاء
