We also asked for the refund and the management of the Hotel started arguing and refused to give us the refund and we raised the issue with your organisation. However, your organisation has refused to entertain our concerns, which is uncalled for and strict action is required to be taken not only against the Hotel but also against the your organisation had to vacate the hotel at 4:30 AM in the morning and even after calling the customer care of your organisation they have refuted from entertaining or even acknowledging our issue and therefore I call upon you to immediately refund the entire amount, otherwise, I will be forced to take action against you. Beat civil or criminal act.

• Hemalatha (10/5): It’s girls trip for us , The property owner Puneeth is so humble and genuine we felt very safe ,it’s a supper choice to - It’s located in centre of Hotspot called Baga north,and it’s very to easy to teach Titos lane and beach, other things like shopping,bike rent,Medicals etc all just walk by It’s all good may be the ventilation could have been better

• Ayush (10/5): Pleasant Stay - The rooms were very clean and comfortable for the stay. The staff was so polite and cooperative. Staying there was fun. There is nothing not to like, you're gonna like everything at the hotel.

Once we got there only 2 rooms as shown in the picture was allotted, the 3rd room was in the adjacent building which was very pathetic. There was no reception no particular person to take care when we called when the ac was not working. Moreover there was no sign board or hotel name to locate this place. Very bad place to stay with family. They have not displayed the building picture.

• Siddharth (4/5): - The location is good. Beach is just behind the property. 1)If you are travelling by the car, please be ready to bear the additional amount of 300+ rs for the parking. As hotel doesn't have parking, one needs to park the vehicle at govt parking space which will cost 50 rs/ 4 Hrs. 2)Hotel doesn't provide any toiletries. Please carry your own soap, shampoo, toothpaste, even the tissue paper. They don't provide the basic tissues paper in the washroom. On asking you will have an ans of " baga mai koi nai deta".
• Prerak (9/5): Pleasant stay - Prime location. Super close to Baga Beach. Room was good, clean and comfy. Bathroom was also great. Ample furniture As it is a pretty new establishment. Room service was almost non existent. But I believe that can be improved upon in the future.
