• Meng Yun (10/5): - ⭐️追星女推薦⭐️ ➡️住宿地點離桜上水駅地鐵站很近，走路大約10分鐘以內可以到達 ➡️房東非常熱心 ➡️房間很單純，在二樓共有三間，雖然是共用衛浴，但是因為住宿期間沒有遇到其他組房客，所以也沒有搶著使用衛浴的情況發生 ➡️這次是和朋友一起住雙床房，比起一般日本的住宿來說，這個房間真的很大，還有更衣間跟化妝台可以用，空間非常足夠!! ➡️如果提早抵達住宿，也可以詢問房東能否寄放行李 ➡️房間跟公共空間都非常乾淨，房東每天都會上樓打掃 ➡️如果下次還要去Keio Arena Tokyo看演唱會的話，非常推薦住在這裡!! 不確定有沒有提供飲用水，我只有喝熱水壺裡面的熱水 沒有提供房間鑰匙，重要的東西要自己鎖在行李箱裡

• Tho Alb (6/5): Gepflegt und sauber in einer angenehmen Lage, jedoch einiges zu beachten. - Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit diversen Minimärkten in der Umgebung und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zu Metro. Ms Yumi hat uns freundlich begrüßt und unser Zimmer gezeigt und alles erklärt. Der obere Stockwerk wird mit 2 weiteren Zimmern geteilt. Unser Zimmer konnte man nicht absperren - auch wenn es sicher ist, meiner Meinung nach ohne großem Aufwand mehr zum Wohlbefinden beitragen würde. Auch wenn das Badezimmer geräumig war und das getrennte WC sauber war, hat es Hostel Vibes abgegeben, da man darauf achten musste dass es frei war und nicht all zu lang für andere Gäste blockiert.

• Iñaki Garrido (10/5): Excelente opción para estancias de varios días en Tokyo - Es una casa moderna de dos pisos, las habitaciones están en el piso superior. La dueña, Yumi, vive en el inferior. Hay tres habitaciones que comparten un baño pero que está en dos compartimentos diferentes, por un lado la zona de lavabo y ducha, ambos también independientes uno de otro y el aseo propiamente dicho. La casa está totalmente domotizada y vale la pena perder unos minutos en hacer fotos y buscar las traducciones con Google lens o otra herramienta de IA para poder utilizar todos los diferentes artilugios... La zona es muy tranquila. A 8 minutos caminando de la estación de metro de Sakurajōsui de la línea Keio Line (KO) con trenes hacia el centro cada pocos minutos. La mejor habitación con diferencia es la número 1. Grande, con dos camas, una zona doble de escritorio y un vestidor. La cocina-comedor-salon de estar es enorme y totalmente equipada Se puede utilizar y hay cafetera, cápsulas de café, té a disposición de los huéspedes. Yumi, la dueña, es muy agradable y dispuesta a ayudarte en lo que necesites. En definitiva, para una estancia medianamente larga en Tokyo es una excelente opción. El transporte en Tokyo es caro y tienes que utilizar el metro cada día para ir y venir de la casa al centro o a donde vayas. Desde la estación de Sakurajōsui al centro son unos 400 yen. Otro tanto de vuelta.

Yumi the host was great very helpful, attentive, well travelled and speaks great english. She Sent me to a great massage place. I found travelling around from this location beyond the 2 major stations quite time consuming and more expensive than staying at other parts of tokyo, as each train line is owned by different companies. And you might have to walk to different lines can be time consuming. However if you want to be close to shinjuku and shibuya area which is downtown then this is the great place to be only a few direct stations away.

• Ankan (10/5): Great (quiet) stay and feature-rich shared bathroom - One of the best affordable and feature rich places that we had booked in our Japan trip. Yumi was particularly very helpful and has kept the property in a very spotless manner. The bathrooms although shared had all the amenities including premium toiletries. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook your own food and they have stocked limited (included) noodles, coffee and chocolates. The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

• Brandon (10/5): Great place to stay while exploring Tokyo and even all of Japan. - I booked this room as a "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of Central Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Located just 8 minutes from Sakurajosui Station, it's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of character. The host, Yumi, is an amazing person. One of the warmest people I've met on my travels. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, a record player in the shared space. It was a great experience and the value for your buck is absolutely insane. I will say that if you do book here, try to do more than a few days. I felt like I was becoming a part of the neighborhood right when I had to leave after 3 days of being there. Highly recommended, everything was amazing, even down to the cool set of keys each guest receives for the house. Will definitely re-book in the future. Not really a complaint, but don't be like me and be afraid to ask Yumi for help with the washing machine. She will help you with everything you need, even an iron and ironing board. Again, not a complaint. Just a heads up.

• Cristiano (10/5): I'd like to come back here again! - This Bell house is very comfortable and the owner Yumi is so kind!She speaks perfect English and the service of this airbnb is very nice! I think this is the best airbnb of my experience in Japan!The house is near to the Sakurajyosui station which is easy to arrive to Shinjyuku. Near the house there are many tiny Izakaya or restaurants, so no problem to eat. And Yumi is always thinking of us and easy to contact. All the rooms are tidy and pleasant.

• 山上 (10/5): Excellent to say the least - I was able to cook for myself and do my own laundry, so I was able to live without any inconvenience. You can cook with what you have in the refrigerator, and there are plenty of shampoos and body creams in the bathroom. Close to the station. The owner is very kind. Drying it in the washing machine takes longer than expected (but if you ask the owner, he will dry it for you). I didn't even know where the cleaning tools were in the bathroom (I only used the shower, so I didn't check).
• Darby (8/5): Cozy stay conveniently located by west Tokyo - We spent our first nights in Tokyo here and it was a good choice as we were able to get there from Haneda airport without much hassle. Lots of conbinis close by and the Bell House has a lot of amenities for you to use. Yumi was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, she was very sweet and thoughtful! All three rooms within the property were booked so there were a lot of us sharing one bathroom and WC and everyone had different customs of shutting the doors/leaving them ajar when they weren’t in use so it was hard to tell if the bathroom/WC were occupied or not. This is more of a situational nitpick more than a guaranteed experience for everyone who stays here.
• Konrad (10/5): Exceptional - I has really surprised how this house looked like. It looked like brand new. All was in place and I was really happy to be there. The Host, she was really lovely person. There was a big fridge in the living room where you could drink beer for free, and eat for free. Besides that each rood had it's own fridge for personal usage. Sheets were changed once a week and new towels each 2-3 days. Host Lady was doing laundry each 3 days. The house was really close to the station. I do really recommend this place.

• Naybusky (10/5): A true Home stay from the heart ❤️ - Yumi our host is the heart and soul of this place. It really felt like you were at home. Her generosity and knowledge of the area were amazing. It was a little bit out of Tokyo the city but we found ourselves this devine little district with the best walking street with great food only a short walk away. Very close to 2 tran stations. Her directions were excellent. I will stay here again for sure. Also the beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby.
