• Andreas (1/5): Eine einzige Katastrophe und Enttäuschung - - das WLAN in der Wohnung stand zeitweise nicht zur Verfügung - die Waschmaschine/Wäschetrockner waren mit Handtücher gefüllt und nicht leer geräumt - in einem Badezimmer fehlten Teile der Duschabtrennung - die Spülmaschine in der Küche war mit Geschirr gefüllt und nicht ausgeräumt - in der Beschreibung in Booking.com war nicht aufgeführt, dass eines der Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat und auch keine Lüftung oder Klimaanlage. Aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen mussten wir bei geöffneter Zimmertür schlafen und hatten daher keine Privatsphäre. - in der ersten Nacht waren die Abwasserrohre in beiden Bädern verstopft und am nächsten Morgen die Duschen und Böden vollständig mit Abwasser und Fäkalien überschwemmt. Die dadurch entstandene widerliche Verschmutzung und die stinkende Geruchsbelästigung hat dazu geführt, dass beide Badezimmer und die Küche in der ersten Nacht und am darauffolgenden Vormittag nicht benutzbar waren. Es war nicht möglich, auf die Toiletten zu gehen, sich zu waschen oder zu duschen. Wir mussten am Morgen in eine Bar in der Nachbarschaft auf die Toilette. Seitens der Vermieterin kam kein einziges Wort oder Geste des Bedauerns oder der Entschuldigung. Trotz Einbindung von Booking.com hat sie jegliches Entgegenkommen oder Kompensation verweigert.

• Lina (3/5): Insgesamt entspricht die Wohnung aufgrund der Sauberkeit nicht unseren Erwartungen. - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Turin – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung umfasst zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder; eines der Schlafzimmer sowie das zugehörige Bad verfügen über kein Fenster. In einem der Badezimmer waren die Duschschiebetüren stark verkalkt und innen verschmutzt. Auch das Waschbecken zeigte klare Gebrauchsspuren. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war unzureichend: Es waren Staubablagerungen vorhanden, und der Boden wirkte seit längerem nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Betten waren mit Polyester-Bettwäsche bezogen; der Matratzenüberzug war verschmutzt und wies deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Außenseite der Backofentür war stark schmierig.

• Anna (7/5): - Posizione ottima super centrale Camera da letto e bagno entrambi senza finestre. Pulizia mediocre , assenza di base d appoggio di armadio di attaccapanni. Dovevamo ammucchiare tutto nell unica sedia della camera.

• Luca (9/5): Ottimo appartamento tra stazione e centro - Casa molto pulita. Fondamentale lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ottima posizione. Sempre pronta la proprietaria a rispondere alle richieste Qualche pentola in più sarebbe stata utile! WiFi non funzionante

• giuseppe (8/5): - Posizione assolutamente impagabile, appartamento per 4 persone molto comodo asciugamani per doccia troppo piccoli, sono in effetti da mani e non da corpo, alla richiesta mi è stato risposto che quelli erano, in dotazione alla casa solo due saponi liquidi per mani, gli ospiti gradirebbero anche qualcosa per la doccia ed un sapone intimo, all'arrivo non presente nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua, è un gesto che per chi arriva soprattutto di sera sarebbe molto apprezzato,

• ElodieC (10/5): Appartement très bien placé et agréable. - L’appartement est propre et pratique. Et la communication avec l’hôte s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement de l’appartement est génial. On s’est garé à un parking souterrain à 2 min à pied et on a ensuite pu visiter le centre de Turin à pied.

• Martina (7/5): Good - the location was very good, and the access to the house was easy and not complicated. the apartment itself looked clean and has a nice modern look. the air conditioner didn’t work and neither did the wifi. so in general it was very hot to sleep especially with only two windows. also there wasn’t a great choice of kitchen utensils, they were very basic.
• Julia (5/5): Good location, no wifi - location is wonderful No internet access severely hampered my work. Furthermore, disruptive noise from one of the rooms made sleep nearly impossible. The host offered no solutions to these issues.

• Dmitry (7/5): Good - We like the location, the plan of the flat (two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms). It was clean and the hall of the building was very beautiful. Check in was delayed for two hours. We asked to leave our bags or to check out two hours later but the purpose was denied. Wi-fi didn't work at all! For tourists it's a great inconvenience. We informed the hostess but she said that everything worked properly. The problem wasn't solved. We wanted to use the dryer but it was full of staff after previous guests. The host was not always on call. There wasn't a kettle or coffee machine in the kitchen.

• Esheddy (8/5): Amazing location and newly refurbished apartment. - Amazing location...right in the heart of the old city. Good sized rooms and comfy beds. Also good value for money. It is a new apartment so a number of things were not working well and some basic items were missing such as a chopping board and sharp knives, powder for dish washer, etc.
