Wir wurden zu einem griechischen Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse eingeladen. Während des Aufenthalts wurden bei allen Fragen immer geholfen. Jederzeit war jemand vom Team erreichbar. Die Lage des Apartments einfach genial. 10,0 reicht nicht als Bewertung. 😍

• Ewan (10/5): Fantastic accommodation supported by an amazing hosting team! - The view from the roof is exceptional, across to the Acropolis. The apartment was extremely modern and well kept with all amenities provided, including breakfast and some wine/ mineral water etc. The hosting team could not have been nicer or more obliging in advance, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend that you walk through Lofos park which is just a few steps away from the apartment (the views across to the Acropolis and across the city are exceptional). Nothing to note.

The apartment is very well decorated and clean. There are no views from the flat but there is a roof terrace where you can see the Acropolis. Nothing, all was very good

Vi välkomnades med vin, vatten och frukt i kylskåpet, hade kaffemaskin med mjölk på rummet och fick en liten grekisk frukost andra dagen. Gångavstånd till Akropolis, Filopappou-kullen, Plaka och Monistiraki, vi behövde aldrig använda lokaltrafik. Hjälpsamma värdar, snabb och smidig kommunikation via WhatsApp. Väldigt tyst och lugnt område.

• Claudia_v65 (10/5): Cómodo y con vista al Partenón! - El mejor departamento de estas vacaciones! Muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la Acrópolis y el Museo, el barrio es tranquilo. Nos recibíó una persona muy amable, nos explicó todo y nos gestionó el auto para llegar del aeropuerto y para el día de la partida. El departamento es grande, la cocina está bien equipada, cuenta con dos baños, dos habitaciones con camas muy comodas y dos sofás en el comedor. Cuenta con una terraza con mesas y unas reposeras donde descansar disfrutando de la vista del Partenón.

• Nancy (10/5): This apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the acropolis. Perfect location. - This was an awesome apartment complete with laundry. The welcome wine, fruit, cookies and welcome breakfast treat were a pleasant surprise. Every request was answered in minutes. The view from the rooftop was spectacular.

• Arta (10/5): - The apartment was excellent and made our stay in Athens really easy and enjoyable. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made us feel at home right away. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions we wanted to visit, so we could easily get around without any hassle. I traveled with two young kids, and they really loved the space, it was comfortable and worked very well for a family stay. It was also very well equipped, with a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was especially convenient for a longer stay. Everything worked perfectly, and the space had everything we needed. The staff were very kind and welcoming, they even brought us breakfast on the second day. There were also fruits and wine waiting for us upon arrival, which was a really nice touch. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a great choice and I would definitely recommend it.

• Mike (10/5): Very impressive facilities, cleanliness and great walkable location in Athens - Very well located in a quiet neighbourhood but very convenient for the Acropolis and for exploring other central parts of the city on foot. The property itself is incredibly well looked after, I don’t remember leaving the apartment and not seeing a cleaner somewhere 😁… the place is nicely decorated and you have a private balcony. The hosts are very hands-on and attentive, but also are polite and leave you to get on as required. We had a late check in due to a late flight and the host still met us in person to show us the apartment and how everything works. I was very impressed with that. There is not much to dislike. The roof terrace which shows the Acropolis view is a communal roof terrace, but it’s huge, I sat out there most days and (to be really honest) hardly saw anyone there. The only time another family are there it’s big enough you are not right on top of each other.

Kényelmesek az ágyak és a párnák, a tuhanyzóban jó a víznyomás és van - A szálláshely nagyon jó helyen van, már egy csendes környéken de csak pár perc sétára a nyüzsgő utcáktól, az Acropolistól és az Acropolis múzeumtól. A konyhában nem volt mikro. Mi gyerekekkel utaztunk és néha jól jött volna egy kis gyors melegítéshez.

• Joshua (10/5): This was by far one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had and the staff, location, and accommodations were incr - Perfect location, just close enough to walk to most attractions in the city but far enough where it didn’t feel super busy and loud. The staff were so hospitable and kind, offering additional services to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooftop is underrated and provides wonderful views and relaxation. The beautiful, kind hostess gave us the key, showed us everything and delivered us a Greek breakfast. Beautiful roof top terrace. A bit dark, shady. Perfect for hot Athen summers. There needs to be added a small light for the evenings in the living room, please.
• Mirjam (10/5): Perfekte Lage und Location für einen Städtetrip - Die Kommunikation war schnell, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Das Taxi vom Flughafen pünktlich und der Fahrer hat uns eine kleine Einführung für Athen gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel läuft über WhatsApp und für die Schlüsselübergabe wurde mit einer genauen Erklärung und Fotos gearbeitet. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt und die Dachterrasse ist magisch. Sowohl morgens zum Frühstück, als auch abends bei Dunkelheit ist der Blick auf die Akropolis umwerfend schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da die Metrostation Sygrou-Fix nur ca 5 Minuten entfernt liegt. Uns hat alles gefallen.

We loved the location - local neighborhood but close enough to all the sites and the metro stop was only few minutes away. The rooftop had views straight to the Parthenon which was great.

• Regina (10/5): Great place to stay in Athens! - It was a very spacious flat, tastefully decorated and the bedding was comfy. The heating also worked well. The price-value ratio was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others and would also return to this apartment if I visit Athens again. The communal rooftop terrace is also a very nice addition. The walls are not very soundproof, so there could be some noise from the upstairs neighbours and from the street. It was a little bit difficult to adjust the water temperature for showering. The location was very convenient and safe but the road there is a bit steep.

Die Besitzer und das Reinigungspersonal sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist grandios und der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Akropolis ist phänomenal. • Ernest (10/5): RE WE LA CJA :) - Wszystko mi się podobało i otrzymałem zdecydowanie więcej niż się spodziewałem, więc obiekt i Jego obsługa wywołały u mnie efekt WOW! Przede wszystkim obiekt w realu jeszcze lepszy niż na zdjęciach - super. Dwa dni przed przylotem założona grupa na whats app i kompleksowa komunikacja - jak dojechać, gdzie wsiąść i wysiąść etc. + wszystkie detaliczne informacje a propos kluczy. Potem pełne wsparcie, rekomendacje miejsc do odwiedzenia, knajpek, kawiarni, piekarni - dosłownie wszystko TOP! Na miejscu czekały na nas wszelkie możliwe udogodnienia: woda w lodówce, owoce, kawa, herbata, 2 butelki greckiego wina, płyn do naczyń, ręczniki papierowe, kapsułki do zmywarki na każdy dzień pobytu, kapsułki do prania (na miejscu pralko-suszarka!), no rewelacja! Potem z własnej inicjatywy zorganizowane greckie śniadanie - przepyszne :) Na koniec przechowali bezpiecznie bagaże ile chcieliśmy - super. Generalnie - rekomenduje niesamowicie!!! Nie było takiej rzeczy!
• Evy (10/5): Absolutely Comfortable and Cozy - This property was God sent! Can’t believe we stumbled upon it amongst sooo many in the center of Athens- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I am a very very fussy 40year old so when i give 5 stars I mean it. Clean, comfortable- central heating keeping the apartment warm 24/7- hot water 24/7, Water pressure! Clean Linen , fluffy pillows, Stock of clean towels everywhere. One use slippers. Electronic Shades that keep the room dark if you dont want to wake up early! Smart tv. Located right under the acropolis Hill. Beautiful Roof Garden with Acropolis View!! Super Quiet neighborhood but also a 15 minute walk to the center through the little streets that are full of Café bars and shops. Any questions we had were answered to in a matter of seconds. Very helpful in storing our luggages even after checkout. This trip can be summed up with the word EXHAUSTION- after walking EVERYWHERE 20k per day- and eating soo much 😅 so coming back to this apartment was the highlight of my days. Thank you !! 🙏 .

It was within walking distance to the Acropolis, restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was very comfortable with two bedrooms and bathrooms, nice balconies and plenty of space. The communication was excellent and helpful and we kindly received hand delivered mpougatsa breakfast pastries one morning which were fantastic!!

• Luis (10/5): We loved everything. - The apartment was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They stayed in close contact with us before and throughout our stay, making everything effortless. We were warmly welcomed with fruit, wine, and cookies, which was such a lovely touch. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, family-friendly places to visit with our children, and the addresses of the closest mini-markets. We also had a late departure, and they kindly stored our luggage free of charge. The view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. Everything was absolutely amazing. If we ever go back to Athens, we will definitely stay here again. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that having a hair dryer would be nice. They may have had one and I simply didn’t notice—I probably should have asked.

• Emily (10/5): Amazing property, ideal location, great host. - The apartment was beautiful and very well suited to the three of us. My sister and I both remarked that we would live there. It was a 5-15 minute walk to several restaurants and the Acropolis. The rooftop was amazing too. The host was very communicative and accommodating. If I every go to Athens again I will stay there. The only downside was that it is on a hill which made the walks home a little slower for my mom with mobility issues. However, most of Athens is on a hill and we knew this going in. She still loved the property and had no complaints. There is an elevator inside the building itself.

• Richard (10/5): Wonderful apartment in Koukaki! - Absolute Acropolis View was the perfect place to stay during my weekend in Athens. The apartment is super comfortable, quiet, well appointed, and the staff especially were so so welcoming and ever available to help. The apartment is on a quiet hilly street near Philopappos Hill (100m up the street you can walk straight into the park), and within easy 5min walk of all of Koukaki’s great cafes, gelateria, and restaurants. If you want a place that’s more authentically Athenian, but still close to the attractions and super comfortable and safe, this spot really is perfect. Not a problem but just worth noting for anyone with disabilities - the apartment has an elevator inside so really helpful for anyone with mobility issues. However the street outside itself is reasonably steep 😊

Además los anfitriones se desviven porque estes cómodo y te agasajan con detalles como vino, fruta, dulces y desayunos típicos.

Las atenciones del propietario, incluyendo vino y dulces típicos y siempre disponible para cualquier cuestión. Muy recomendable. Realmente nos gustó todo.

Terrific location for walking to all the must sees. The view from the rooftop deck was magical. Neighborhood was adorable and safe. Staff is wonderful and was so accommodating. 10/10!
