• Anita (10/5): Goed uitgeruste prive villa met zwembad - Een fantastische plek dichtbij het strand, Puerto Viejo en het national park. 3 ruime slaapkamers, een mooi groot zwembad en een mooie buitenruimte met volledig uitgeruste keuken en zithoek. Veel dieren. De buitenkeuken was een beetje smoezelig (slaapruimtes waren wel heel schoon).

Kuchnia i salon znajdują się na zewnątrz co wieczorem w połączeniu z okalającą dżunglą daje super klimat. Blisko do plaży (krótki spacer). Gospodarz bardzo miły, kontaktowy. Pani która opiekuje się domem również cudowna. Naprawdę szczerze polecam - było to najlepsze miejsce z całego pobytu w Kostaryce.

• Benjamin (10/5): A MUST stay in Cahuita - perfect - This villa has absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the large rooms make it ideal for bigger groups. The pool is lovely, and the outdoor area is beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Housekeeping of both the rooms and the outdoor areas is a great bonus and really adds to the overall experience. The WiFi is excellent and works perfectly throughout the property. The nature around the villa is simply stunning. We saw howler monkeys, toucans, iguanas, and countless beautiful birds during our stay — it truly feels like being immersed in nature. This was a fantastic stay for 8 people, and there would easily have been space for 10 without any issues. Even though we experienced unusually heavy rain for the dry season during our stay, it did not take away from what was otherwise a perfect holiday in a perfect place. There is almost nothing to complain about — only two very minor things. The roof is constructed from metal/plastic, so when it rains (which it did during our stay), the noise can be quite loud and may wake you up at night. Additionally, the pool is missing a few tiles here and there, which results in a bit of dirt collecting in those areas.

• Carolin (10/5): - Sehr schöne und moderne Villa, riesige Räume, mitten in der Natur und doch zentral. Sehr gute Betten. Sehr ruhig Das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber was gefehlt hat: ein Wäscheständer, ein Besen, vom Schlafzimmer getrennte Toilette.
• Annette (10/5): Für uns der absolute Favorit! - Es war für uns die beste Unterkunft die wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Das Haus ist riesig und für 2 Personen eigentlich viel zu groß, aber wir hatten uns schnell an den Platz gewöhnt, am besten war die Terrasse. Wir konnten Vögel, einen Leguan und Brüllaffen beobachten. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Auf dem Grundstück lebt eine junge Frau, die wir aber kaum bemerkt haben. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg ist man an einem schönen Strand mit zwei Bars in denen man auch was essen kann, schöne Atmosphäre. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt. Schön wären kleine Lampen am Bett gewesen, um abends im Bett zu lesen.
• Veronika Andrea (10/5): Wunderschöne private Unterkunft mit Nähe zum Strand und zu Supermärkten - Wir haben es sehr genossen den Pool für uns zu haben und die Aussenküche hat uns besonders gefallen. Es war sehr sauber.
• Sem (10/5): Top locatie, lekker zwembad en goede schone en grote kamers. - Geweldige accommodatie! Perfecte ligging op loopafstand van het strand. Waar je overigens ook gelijk een lekker restaurant hebt direct aan het strand. Zwembad was lekker groot en je kon vanuit het zwembad lekker dieren spotten in de bomen die overal rondom het huis staan. Kamers waren lekker ruim met allemaal een goeie eigen badkamer. Al met al echt een geweldige tijd gehad hier en we hadden eigenlijk nog wel wat langer willen blijven! Niks
• Fabien (10/5): - Villa extra, nous devions y séjourner 2 nuits mais nous sommes restés 4 nuits, plage magnifique à 10 minutes à pied, réveillé par les singes hurleurs qui sont à quelques mètres seulement, moment authentique et unique. Je recommande fortement ! Rien

• Michelle (10/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft - Die schönste Unterkunft während unseres dreiwöchigen Costa Rica Urlaubs. Die Unterkunft sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles sauber. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Abends ist es auch traumhaft schön, wenn die Lichterkette automatisch angeht. Wir konnten auf dem Grundstück auch Agoutis beobachten Außerdem kamen an einem Tag eine Horde Brüllaffen von etwa 20 Tieren mit Babys über das Grundstück und hielten sich circa eine halbe Stunde dort auf. Auf den Bäumen konnten wir auch mehrere sehr große Iguana beobachten. Nichts
• Melanie (1/5): Plus que décevant ! - Mon fils s’est ouvert le bras dans la piscine à cause d’un carrelage tranchant. Résultat : première soirée à la clinique et 3 points de suture. La chambre Gata n’est pas utilisable. Elle dégage une très forte odeur de moisissure. Dans la chambre Romeo, la TV ne fonctionnait pas, l’égout dans la douche était complètement bouché et l’eau ne s’écoulait plus du tout ,l’évier lui fuitait de manière à devoir éponger tous les jours une grosse flaque d’eau. En général l’équipement était pauvre,usé et sale, cf. machine à laver, séchoir ( odeurs et rouille) Le prix de la location est bien trop élevé. En ce qui concerne la gestion de la réservation , on nous a demandé de payer une deuxième fois alors que nous avions déjà réglé la facture.

• Charlotte (10/5): - Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und der Pool einfach nur toll. Man kann in ca. 6min zum Strand zu Fuss laufen, und Restaurant/Bar ist auch in Laufdistanz. Wir haben viele Tiere in den umliegenden Bäumen gesehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We stayed in the Gata room, the other two rooms looked just as amazing with two queen size beds which were very comfortable. The outside kitchen and pool area was tastfully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need if you want to prepare a large dinner or party. The pool was clean and water clear and perfect temperature. And the nature, wow! Woke up to howler monkeys every morning and the variety of birds was entertaining as well as other jungle animals, iguanas, etc. Nothing to dislike

• Tina (10/5): Secluded paradise - We booked the villa just for the two of us. The house is very modern, aesthetically built, and it was very clean. It was such a luxury to have the spacious outdoor area and pool to ourselves! It's very secluded and, thus, a great place to chill in private. Having 3 separate rooms (each individually lockable), the house is perfect for a family or group of friends. We spent a lot of time in the generous pool and, from there, observed the wildlife around. We were visited by the friendly neighbour cats, several tucans during the day, and multiple cute frogs at night (they tend to want to go to the washer/dryer room - make sure you check for them before locking the door 😆). We also saw an Aguti as well as monkeys closeby. The beach (Playa Negra) is about 7 minutes of walking away, with the closest restaurant options. All in all, it's been a wonderful stay! Thank you! As previous reviews have already stated, there can be a foul smell from the bathrooms, from time to time. But given that everything else was awesome, we didn't mind at all!

• Carolina (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very good quality and comfortable rental. We booked the whole property and used all three rooms. We liked the indoor - outdoor lounge and kitchen and found the pool a delight. We enjoyed the birds and animals in the surrounding trees. The property caretaker was helpful and charming. We highly recommend this property.

• Johannes (10/5): Modern elegant house in wonderful surrounding - The house has an unusually modern and elegant design. The open design is ideal for the hot climate. You are surrounded by nature all the time. Only the bedrooms are lockable and equipped with air conditioning and very good beds. The pool is fantastic. Rarely have we experienced such a pleasant lighting concept in a house & garden in Costa Rica. Nature is very close: you can see lots of birds, butterflies and monkeys. We also liked the fact that it was only 10 minutes to a beach where you could swim safely. This house is highly recommended! Nothing

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - La Lola is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was super clean and new, the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, with extremely comfortable beds, blackout curtains and A/C. It was magical being surrounded by the jungle, we got to see monkeys and toucans in the trees while hanging out in the pool. It’s completely secluded, yet in a very convenient location. The beach was about a 5 minute walk away from the house. Our kids took a surf class while my husband and I drank margaritas at one of the beachside restaurants. I highly recommend the house and the entire experience. If I ever come back I will definitely stay here again. I have no complaints about our stay here.
