L'indispensabile come servizi lo trovi Nei pressi ci sono punti di interesse come supermercato, farmacia, bar Orario del ceck IN: troppo tardi. Divano letto al posto del letto è poco utilizzabile Climatizzatore e Tv in camera da letto non funzionanti

• Margaret (8/5): Bologna is a great city with good transport links to other cities. Good food, good wine, excellent company. - Large spacious rooms very quiet location on 30 minute walk from centre.
• Cristian (5/5): In my opinion, this place is not worth the money at all. - Hard to say as I didn’t like anything special, maybe the spacious bedroom.. Host was quite fine and communicative. Too many things: - location, more than 30min to city center; - cleaning very poor, quite dirty on the floor, rusty shower; - late checkin ( 4PM ), while early checkout ( 10AM ), but we accepted, however, even though we agreed to that, and we were with a 2 years baby, the host notified us 2h in advance, that cleaning will be longer than 4PM;

• Gonçalo (10/5): The perfect place for a getaway weekend - The location of the property was very good, 20min walk to the city center; The property was in excellent condition with all the amenities.
• Wolf (7/5): Good - Big apartment, got all you need in the kitchen and stores around it. The location is far from the center and in a bad neighborhood (not safe to walk at night). It's an airb&b so you can see someone else was just there - used soaps in the bathroom, used tooth paste, old magazines... (we didn't expect to see that). Not very clean - stains on the towels
