You have to be quite tall, or at least taller than me to open and close the windows, but otherwise all great and Dan was fab! Plenty of free parking outside and surrounding streets for limited hours. NCP car park right next door requires download of app as does not accept any other form of payment. All good :)
• Amy (10/5): Enjoyable, clean and comfortable stay, property had everything I needed - I enjoyed my stay, the property had everything I needed - it was clean and comfortable, also very close to Coventry rail station. The owner welcomed me on my arrival and showed me the property; he was friendly and helpful. There wasn’t anything about the property that I disliked.

• Roz (9/5): Great location, sensibly equipped and good host. - Well equipped studio with microwave, toaster, kettle and hob, fridge with small freezer section - perfect for self-catering for few days. Toiletries and washing up equipment provided too. Plenty of easy to access parking, but also very close to train station and supermarket (Aldi) and just a short walk from all the main facilities of the city centre. Despite being so close to station, the area (and building itself) was relatively nice and quiet.
• Rositsa (10/5): Great find! - The studio is quite spacious, looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again! Dan was also a great host, very welcoming and quick to respond to questions and requests.
• Tianyi (10/5): Excellent - The location is the best! Two minutes walk to the station. Near bus stop. The room is large and the facilities are nice. Great experience overall. A little bit cold
• John (8/5): Excellent- will be back again - The host Dan was very helpful and polite. He met me and my partner outside and gave us a full tour of the room before handing the keys over. It was exactly what we were looking for! The room was almost immaculate with lots of new looking appliances and furniture. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. My only criticism is the kitchen could’ve used a few more glasses and pots. Apart from that everything was perfect!
