Joanna was a fantastic host who met us on arrival, made us feel welcome, had some fruit ready for us, and arranged transportation for us. The third upstairs bedroom has mobility concerns. The stairs are very steep, the bed is tightly fitted between two walls with no space for luggage, and the uneven flooring between the bed and bathroom makes nighttime movement unsafe.
• Hiroko (10/5): A beautiful villa with a perfect location, terrace views, and thoughtful hospitality. - The location is extremely convenient, very close to the centre of Fira, making it easy to get around. The villa was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Joanna was incredibly kind and attentive. She took great care of us, provided perfect recommendations, and helped arrange everything we needed. The scenery from the villa was absolutely beautiful. I especially loved the terrace with the hot tub, it was warm, cosy, and perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, delicious local sweets (cookies), coffee, and tea. Although we didn’t end up cooking, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. We had nothing to dislike. The only minor point was that the third bedroom was a bit small, but it was still great to have the extra room with a bathroom. My friend really enjoyed staying there.

• Maggie (10/5): Exceptional views, a truly memorable experience! - We absolutely loved our stay in Santorini! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, modern, and perfectly located within walking distance to the center, with stunning views of the sea. The spa was an added bonus. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host, Ionna-so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Since we had a rental car, she recommended various beaches, to visit the Akrotiri, the renowned archaeological site and various local restaurants within walking distance. The location was unbeatable-making it easy to explore the beautiful town, and to walk up the hill to view the sunsets. Enough bottled water was in the refrigerator and having coffee pods for morning coffee was a blessing. Ionna went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had the best time possible. Highly recommend this property! Nothing

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were amazing. Joanna was the most perfect host and went above and beyond helping us out. She arranged transportation for us and even a last minute transportation when the bus times didn’t work out for us.

Joanna the host went above and beyond for us It would have been nice to have a few more bean bags or sunloungers to accommodate all 6 adults. A full-length mirror is needed on the back of one of the doors or somewhere in the villa.

Shes available and prompt. sh arranged taxi for us on many occasions, always prompt and punctual. She also gave very helpful suggestions re where to go, sightseeing.....I just fell in love with Fira thanks to her there was nothing
• Parth (10/5): Exceptional - We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close enough to the main Fira Mrket. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Joanna were warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. There are few steps to get into this villa but it wasn’t an issue for us as host had organised a porter to help us out with our luggage.
• Veronica (10/5): Excellent stay, appreciated an amazing host and I will definitely stay here again. - Location was great, very close to all amenities and shops. We were not able to see the sunset from the facility but had an amazing sunrise and the sunset was a short less than 5 min walk away. Close to bus station and rental cars as well as restaurants. We were scare about the stairs, but there are only 28 steps to get to the parking lot / loft. My 80 yo mom was able to walk up to town without much problems as steps were wide. The host was amazing, very nice and help us negotiate some tours. The hot tub was nice and had hot water, very relaxing ! Kitchen was small but we did not spent a lot of time there
• C (10/5): Magnificent. Would definitely want to go again!! - Really enjoyed our stay. Host came to give us the keys to the villa and organised our airport shuttle and luggage porter. Host was friendly and always checked in with us to see if we needed cleaning, wanted help with tours,etc. very contactable and checked in with us during and after stay. thank you!! Rooms were clean. Provided us free welcome drinks and fruits. There’s coffee and tea and biscuits and some condiments for cooking. The view was magnificent. Hottub was clean and nice. Three separate bathrooms with the three bedrooms so no need to worry about waiting for bathrooms. About a 10-15 min walk to city centre and the bus stops to go to other areas. The villa itself was the highlight of our trip.

• Myra (9/5): Excellent except for a neighbour's invasion of our privacy via his drone - The host met us when our pre-arranged transfer arrived from the airport, and kindly provided a tour of the villa. She even left milk in the fridge as well as some breakfast pastries for the next day. The villa was clean, comfortable, and secure. The host was always so personable, friendly, contactable and helpful via WhatsApp, especially when asked to provide advice on the best Giros walking distance to the villa, or restaurants to dine in Oia, and made our restaurant booking. When we had the drone issue (as below) the host was immediately responsive and rang the neighbour immediately to investigate the incident; she then said they reported the incident to the Police. The last night of our stay a neighbour was flying a drone, hovering and looking into the Aleanna Villa terrace, which was disconcerting for three females. He became aggressive and combative towards us when we asked assertively for him to stop invading our privacy.

• Saharsh (9/5): A very comfortable and welcoming stay with the hostess making sure of it. - The host Aleanna was present herself to give us the keys and show us around the property. She kept checking on us regularly to make sure everything was upto the mark. She helped us with all local bookings and was super helpful :) She even had someone to help us with our luggage, both, during check in and check out, knowing there are many stairs (typical of Santorini) to go down to our villa. Some basic amenities like a microwave or toaster were missing in the villa but we managed during our stay using the stove or sandwich maker kept there.

There is a fairly steep climb up to the street. And one of the three bedrooms was extremely small and up a steep stair on the second floor.

At every point that we had an issue, or requested recommendations, not only did she respond immediately, but went above & beyond to provide us with everything we needed. • Mattison (10/5): Book this property. - Aleanna's property has it all. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, and excellent outdoor space with a great view. Aleanna is also the perfect host. She was open to providing recommendations, and also arranged for taxis from the airport and to the port. I would certainly stay here again, and look forward to returning! Everything exceeded our expectations. If you are looking to be in the center of the action on the caldera, the property is a seven minute walk away. That was fine for our group, but if you're with an older crowd just be aware you will walk a bit to get to the center of Fira.
• Taylor (10/5): Great cost benefit - The villa is exceptional, great view and extremely clean. It's very close to Fira downtown. The host is very friendly and gave us tons of suggestions. The mattress is really good, but it makes some noises when moving on the bed.

They were so kind and welcoming - The location and the cleanliness of the property There was nothing not to like but it would be useful to have a broom or hot tub squeezing brush as it was quite slippery from the water coming out and we had a couple of falls but there was no way of drying it up.
