Booking.com needs to take responsibility when they are posting hotels to have a audit team verifying the facts. Bcos we are paying customers and the hotel is getting business thru pics n reviews posted. Needs a major upgrade or atleast honest present conditions.

- SHAILENDER (5/5): I might not prefer to stay there again. The only plus point was it is located at a walkable distance from where we had t - The location is good. The staff is very friendly and pleasing. The property is not maintained at all. It’s not untidy and many unused stuff are thrown away everywhere collecting dust and insects etc., The intercoms don’t work, the staff isn’t trained properly to take care of the property.

I had made a booking online through booking.com had paid through the app. But when checking in the staff did not accept the online payment and made me pay again at the reception. The next day the receptionist said they would issue a refund for the double payment but I have still not received it

- Gaurav (5/5): Good location. But, disappointing rooms and amenities. - The staff was helpful. There were a few basic necessities missing from the room (which the hotel does not provide). The staff were gracious enough to get them from a nearby store. Room wasn't very clean. Bathroom was even more shabby. Basic necessities like soap, toothbrush, tooth paste, bottled water, etc., were not provided. At the price they ask, one expects these things to be present.

- Paulina (7/5): Good - The location, it’s a safe hotel, the receptionist was nice, no one bothers you, the room was big My room looked like it hasn’t been properly cleaned for 10 years. It was a nice room, but the hotel gave up on maintaining it. It smelled badly, there were stains everywhere, a lot of mould in the bathroom. It’s scary to think if they ever clean the AC. Mould is hazardous to health, so I wouldn’t stay there for a long time.

- Sharang (7/5): It was good and comfortable stay. - There is no breakfast included nor available. But location is best as it is next to Metro Station and adjacent to main road. Very close to Koregaon park, Dholepatil road etc. They should provide at least South Indian Breakfast or Bread Butter and good tea or coffee. They are charging almost 2400 per day so as compared to it facilities should be more.

- Anjali (4/5): Unhygienic bedding and upholstery. - Location Pillow cover, duvet cover were unwashed. Pillow and duvet were not in good condition, hotel needs to invest in new pillows and duvet. Chair upholstery was stained.

It was perfectly peaceful and allowed me to relax deeply in the cosy, well-appointed room. The cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel added to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a quiet, comfortable getaway. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so enjoyable - I will definitely be back! The locking of the office chair for the back was defective and the fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy
- Kerr (3/5): awful hotel - not much to like where does one start, horrible location - busy road, couldn't see through the windows - dirr, mosquitos everywhere,, bed looks had a serious dip in the middle, sheets may have been clean but didn't look it -same with pillows, bathroom door close couldn't be closed and stay closed, extractor fan in bath was filthy, fridge wasn't cold, all in all awful experience - booked 2 nights only stayed the one, how others thought this was a good place to are lying - hotel/room looks nothing like the picture, really booking.com you need to buck up your ideas
