• Simon (10/5): - Lovely modern little apartment in walking distance to the city centre. Alessandra was a very nice host. Would definitely come back again. Minor detail: The city tax needs to be paid in cash. It would be nice to have it included in the price to avoid having to get change.

• Francesco (10/5): An excellent, homely apartment close to the station and centre - A beautifully welcoming apartment, close to the train station and historical centre of Arezzo. Tasteful decor and nice little touches made the place homely and very relaxing to return to after a day sightseeing. The balcony was a pleasant addition for morning coffee or an evening drink, overlooking the park. Alessandra was a very helpful host.
• Kerstin (8/5): - Moderne, großzügige und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu Vermietern, ca. 13 Minuten fußläufig zum Zentrum, preiswertes Parkhaus in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr schön und es ist nur ein kleiner Grünstreifen zwischen der Wohnung und einer großen Straße und der Bahnstrecke. Insofern war es weniger ruhig, als erhofft. Das war für uns jedoch der Hauptgrund, nicht direkt in der Altstadt zu wohnen. Die Wohnung heizt sich ziemlich auf, es gibt aber eine Klimaanlage.

• Evelina (9/5): - Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Feels very modern and new. Equiped kitchen with everything you need. An easy walk from the train station and into the old town.

• Koen (9/5): - Modern appartement (good bed, airco, kitchen, large bathroom and living space) located in a modern building just outside the city wall. Train station and cheap parking very close. Good information about restaurants and bars. In general Arezzo is an enjoyable and beautiful city, with nice things to see and many bars and restaurants with typical food. This appartement makes it possible to explore it with ease. Flexible check in and easy communication.
• Jakub (10/5): Amazing place to visit Arezzo! - Close to historic center and cheap parking lot (3€ a day). Nearby good restaurants and bars. Room is new and very clean, well equipped. No issues with AC or WiFi. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice balcony with park view. Very communicative and helpful host - also gave us a lot of great recommendations for restaurants and other useful places. Can't wait to come back here in the future. The only little thing could be a noise in the morning from neighbors, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
• Alexandra (7/5): Good stay to enjoy the nice city. - Very modern and well supplied. Close to the city center approximately 15-20min and located next to an affordable underground parking nearby (3€/day). A small note to make that the isolation is not very good and you could hear everything from outside: the construction next door, birds singing in the morning, cars and motorcycles all the time. Noises from above neighbours as they were next to you. Unfortunately while we were there for 4 nights, people kept on ringing at our door during the night (min2-3 times) and it was enough to keep us awake. Either they wanted in the building or just to disturb, but it made our stay less enjoyable. Just to mention that this was out of the control of our host, but it did happen. Other than that, we could recommend the apartment. As mentioned, the apartment was not well isolated and it was very noisy.

• Ivan (10/5): AWESOME! - Everything. The location, the cleanliness and especially the way Alessandra and Alessio treated us. Just like family. We liked everything.
• Liam (9/5): Nice big studio apartment, great location - Spacious, comfortable, recently furnished studio apartment with large balcony in a quiet building, 10 mins walk from the historic centre. The area seems safe and has several cafes. We found free street parking a minute away. The manager Alessandra has very helpful when we had an air conditioning question. We would be happy to stay again. Nothing
• Torben (10/5): Very tastefully furnished and well located - A beautiful apartment furnished with great taste. A short walk from the train station and the old town. Communication was good and I was even given an early check-in. Thanks again for the hospitality shown!
• Betiel (4/5): Besides the unsanitary towels. The apartment is beautiful and located very close to places in Arezzo - There was no breakfast. There was only a coffee machine and we had coffee, which was nice. We didn’t like that the towel smelled musty/moldy. The smell gets activated after they get wet. We washed our face and it was aweful. After that we didn’t take a shower because you will smell bad if you dry yourself off with the towels. Whoever washes the towels need to make sure that their wash machine doesn’t have any mold growth inside. This happens when you leave your wet towels in the machine too long or you don’t leave the machine door open after finishing washing in order to prevent moisture to stay in and mold to grow in the interior of the machine. Therefore we are glad we only booked one night.

• Mikhail (10/5): Clean and charming stay with a very helpful host - Incredibly clean room and very thoughtfully designed with everything we needed without it also feeling cluttered. The host, Alessandra gave clear instructions with how to access and was happy to answer all questions. Also a very quiet part of town. Loved it!
