• EROL70 (9/5): Huzurlu ve Modern bir Villa - Oldukça yeni, modern ve güzel döşenmiş bir villa.Salon oldukça geniş ve güzel, Mutfak yeni , geniş ve donanımlı ,Balkon ,ve teras manzarası harika.Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Yatak odaları biraz daha büyük olabilirdi, Kalabalık gelindiğinde tek banyo sıkıntı yaratabilir. Bulaşık makinesi yok.
• Pekcan (10/5): - Burada degerlendirmenin ne kadar onemli oldugunu bilerek; villa cok guzel cok konfrolu, havlular nevresimler tertemiz, sakinlik isteyenler icin konum harika merkeze cok yakin gonul rahatligiyla tercih edilebilir. Terasi, balkonlari disari cikmasinizda vakit gecirebileceginiz konforlu bir Villa, sahibinin teslim ederken yaptigi aciklama yardimci olusu samimiyeti 'biz'gibi. Deniz zamani tekrar gelmek uzere tercih edecegimiz bir yer.

• Süleyman (10/5): Özellikle mimarıma villa çizdirsem, ancak böyle bir ev çizerdi. - Ev çok modern ve kaliteli inşa edilmiş. Konforumuz için çok şey düşünülmüş. Havlular, çarşaflar çok temiz ve çok güzel kokuyorlar. Ev çok temiz. Buz dolabındaki ikramlara kadar çok ince detaylar ile karşılaştık. Modern mimari ve iç tasarım sizi şımartabilir. Teras muhteşem hem geniş, oturma grubu rahat ve deniz manzarası. Mutfak önünde bir veranda daha var. Ayrıca biz kullanmadık ama bahçede bir barbekü ve ekipmanı bulunuyor. Bahçe meyve ağaçları ile dolu. Ev sahibi çok ilgili, eve varmadan defalarca benimle iletişime geçti, geliş saatimizi teyit etti ve bizi evin önünde karşıladı. Ev ve çevre ile ilgili bilgiler verdi. Hemen yürüme mesafesinde bir plaj var. Çok memnun kaldık. Yine geleceğim. Evin mimari yapısı gereği iki tuvalet, birinin içinde duş var. Yeterli mi? Biz 5 kişiydik ve bize yetti. Her oda da tuvalet olsun beklentiniz varsa, beklentinizi karşılamayabilir.

• F (10/5): Highly recommended ! - Our trip to Villa Niki was very good. We might have stayed at the most well-prepared home ever. We were so happy while spending time at home. Location of home is also very good, you can easily go to beach and city center. The homeowner is the nicest person you can see in the world. He shared all needed information regarding the city and home. While check in was at 15.00, we asked for early check in order to leave our stuff, but they helped us and made the villa ready at 10:00. You can not find better home and homeowner in Alexandroupoli. Highly recommended !
