- Danna (9/5): - The location to Oaklawn Park More meat choices at the breakfast buffet. Sausage patties were the only thing offered. Bacon or ham would be a good option. The noise between floors is very annoying.

- Jaquela (10/5): - The lady at check in was extremely helpful.. my son had just had teeth surgery and wasnt feeling good and she was able to help me do an early check in Pool was cold and breakfast was late... unfortunately we went for a wrestling tournament so we can't be late.. so of breakfast is late it sucks cause then we dont get to eat

- Kimberly (9/5): We will probably stay here again next year when we are back in town. - Plenty of parking. Quiet location on the edge of town. Rooms were very large. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Wish it would have had a hot tub and a bigger pool.

- Chong (4/5): Pleasant hotel but housekeeping needs better training and supervision. - Friendly staff, good customer service. Housekeeping was not the best. My room had two beds, for two guests. Routinely, only one bed was made up. We stayed a week and my linens were never changed. One day, after making up only one bed yet again, the door to our room was left unsecured. Luckily no one entered.

Kids running up and down hallways all night Saturday until about 1 am as well as out neighbors who had their tv blaring and kids screaming running around until 12am Saturday night. No sleep for me. The noise continued for hours even after calling front desk.

- Timber (7/5): very close to OSU & the walmart. - breakfast provided a good variety of choices. the waffles did come out overcooked for several people. the juice machine was broken but, juice was provided with small cups from a pitcher. the shower doors open where you have to step in to turn in the water which forces you to be in a cold shower before it warms up. not ideal. otherwise, all good.

- Andrew (8/5): Breakfast Disaster - No Coffee. - The comfortable bed, spacious room, nice bathroom and shower. I previously stayed at Springhill Suites in Stillwater and recommended the breakfast. This time around my family accompanied me and breakfast Sunday morning was a disaster in my opinion. No coffee at breakfast ("sorry, make coffee in your room"). Lukewarm, prepacked breakfast sandwiches (e.g untoasted English muffin egg and Swiss sandwich - had to disassemble and toast it) and prepacked waffles. No Eggs, bacon, or fresh breakfast items. Like day and night in comparison (a long cold dark night!).

Pool was small, but very clean and refreshing after a hot day. Such a comfortable bed! Breakfast could be extended to 9:30 —for those of us on vacation who would like to sleep in a bit🙂

- Lilly (8/5): Overall it was a nice stay for one night. - Location is a bit far out of town but overall private. Breakfast was good, it felt nice being able to subscribe to my Netflix there as well. Sink drainage was not the best. I found hair and crumbs that were not mine on the extra bed sheets and blankets. I may be a bit sensitive too smell but the smell of our room when we walked in, it did not smell so great.

One more mirror in the room would have been nice for getting ready/makeup. Sliding bathroom door allowed a lot of light into rest of room during the night.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely staff and facilities - Staff was excellent. They all seemed to genuinely care about customers and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Hotel was also very clean and felt new. The pool was freezing cold. Would have liked a little heat! Also there were frozen breakfast sandwiches but no instruction on how to heat them.

- Pierce (8/5): Very good - GREAT customer service. We were there four nights. Saturday and Sunday my guess the hotel was full, I think there was a baseball tourny (younger kids). I noticed the staff worked together to accommodate not only the tourney but all other guests. Staff had their hands full and did a great job working together to make all guests comfortable. We have been staying at this hotel since it opened. It's starting to show its age. Maybe an update? But, with that said what keeps us coming back, especially this time, was the customer service and how clean this hotel is.

A lot of light comes in from around door edges at night from the hall. Glass panel around desk rattled a lot from vibrations of walking by it.
