• Estelle (9/5): Paradies under pines on a beautiful beach - Very nice location, quiet and the beach is one step away from the apartments. We enjoyed our stay surrounded by palms and pines very much and felt it like a small paradies. One day a fisherman picked us by boat and we snorkeled on the reef 10 minutes away. Highlight was the staff, every one of the team was super friendly and accomodating. We have nothing to complain about. But just for information that there are sometimes water outages.

• Klaus (10/5): Toller Standort, absolut empfehlenswert - Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, viel weißer Sand auf dem Gelände, schöne Liegen und Sonnenschirme direkt am Strand, kleiner sauberer Pool, an einem eher ruhigen Teil des Strandes von Kiwenga gelegen, aber der "Rummel"war bequem in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Nicht so viele Massais wie an anderen Orten. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen, 10/10 Der viele Plastikmüll außerhalb der Hotelanlage, der Afrika fürchterlich "entstellt".

Il ristorante è il più buono di tutti in quella zona inutile cercarne altri. Ne abbiamo provati due e poi siamo rimasti sempre in Hotel!

• Serena (10/5): - Le persone sono tutte gentili e sorridenti, il cibo buono, è bello fare colazione e pranzi e cene proprio con i piedi sulla sabbia! La parte della spiaggia è un totale relax, cin amache, lettini, letto. La piscina non è enorme ma è bella e pulita dove ci si può rilassare. Il mare è paradisiaco, idem il paesaggio. La camera potrebbe essere migliorata con l'aggiunta di un frigo, una luce sul comodino, le tende del letto non arrivano a coprire il tutto quindi se sono presenti le zanzare passano, idem la chiusura della porta principale e zanzariera lascia una fessura che fa passare insetti, come anche la zanzariera del bagno. Altra pecca non è presente un telefono per comunicare con la reception. Diciamo che la camera non è da 4 stelle.

• Veronica (10/5): 13 giorni come in famiglia - La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla della spiaggia di Kiwenga,(5 min a piedi dai resort più grandi )questo ti permette di godere in tranquillità la spiaggia lontano dalla confusione turistica e dai Masai(che sono veramente simpatici ma veramente troppi).La spiaggia privata del resort è una vera bomboniera ,un'oasi di pace e relax. La proprietaria Tina sin dai primi momenti della mia prenotazione si è resa disponibile nel darmi tutte oe informazioni di cui avevo bisogno con molta disponibilità, parla perfettamente Italiano e questo ha reso le comunicazioni molto veloci dall'Italia. Il resort si trova a metà della costa est dell'isola ,una posizione strategica per le nostre uscite in quanto ci ha permesso di visitare sia il nord che il sud dell'isola con facilità. Le stanze sono semplici ma dispongono di tutto il necessario (phone,prodotti cosmetici,ecc)le pulizie vengono fatte tutti i giorni. Abbiamo trascorso 13 notti al seashore e la cosa che ci resterà più nel cuore sono le persone che abbiamo conosciuto e il suo staff, che ci hanno fatto sentire come in famiglia,sempre con il sorriso e sempre molto premurosi! Vorrei lasciare un affettuoso saluto a tutto lo staff ed in particolare ad Edina ,una ragazza di una simpatia e solarità più unica che rara,dalla generosità e sensibilità autentica che ha rubato il nostro cuore con i suoi sorrisi e i suoi occhioni pieni di gioia.Auguriamo il meglio per il futuro di tutti i ragazzi del Seashore e per il futuro di questo meraviglioso resort! (Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale-io ho prenotato a novembre per soggiornare ad Agosto) Alcuni accorgimenti di normale manutenzione potrebbero far diventare questo resort da bellissimo a super top anche se ci rendiamo conto che qui le risorse, sia economiche che manuali non sono semplici da reperire .Chi viaggia oltre Europa sá che parte dell'esperienza è proprio quella di aprire l'aprire la nostra mente a nuove culture ed abitudini,penso che bisogna avere un minimo di adattamento altrimenti state a casa. Ad ogni modo al Seashore non ci è mancato nulla. Bravi.

• Manuel (4/5): Dei furbi ladri. - Lo staff, i camerieri super gentili, simpatici ed efficienti. Ci hanno detto all'arrivo che ci avrebbero spostato in una camera più grande peche avevamo valigie troppo grandi facendolo passare come un plus, e che per il cambio ci avrebbero offerto una cena. In realtà ci hanno mandato in un altro bungalow fuori dal resort dove per poter tornare nel nostro (per la colazione e tutto il resto) dovevi passare in un villaggio buio e anche pericoloso. La cena che ci è stata offerta in realtà era una scelta solo di qualche piatto ( ovviamente i meno costosi ). Al di là di questo disguido il bar e il ristorante erano abbastanza costosi, con i prezzi in dollari e non in scellini e la qualità era medio/bassa (in paragone agli altri resort in cui siamo stati). Infine al check out avevamo un conto da pagare di 88 dollari e mi è stato detto che euro e dollaro era la stessa cosa, ho dovuto pagare 88€ che equivale a 103 dollari. Furbacchioni.
• massy (10/5): - La posizione fantastica e extra tranquilla rispetto tipo alla zona Nord con molta concentrazione turistica. qui sembra una spiaggia quasi privata. vivi 24 ore su 24 sulla spiaggia. personale molto cortese e gentile e la titolare Tina sempre pronta a dare riscontro alle varie richieste. Colazione da migliorare per il discorso dolci e bevande. unica nota diciamo negativa riguarda la camera: una ristrutturazione generale partendo anche da cose piccole come accessori nel bagno e qualche arredo in più per vestiti, un comodino lato letto più grande. sistemando le camere con le migliorie indicate tutto prende più valore
• Ararat (10/5): An unforgettable stay with spotless rooms, amazing staff, delicious seafood, and breathtaking sunris - I’ve stayed in more than 10 hotels across Zanzibar, including some of the most expensive luxury resorts, but Seashore Beach Hotel truly surprised me. The value you get here is incredible - at least three times more than what you pay. I’m super excited about this place and will definitely come back again! The cleanliness is unmatched - rooms, beds, and towels were the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere in Zanzibar. The staff are always smiling, full of warmth and unique personalities that make you feel at home from the first moment. The restaurant deserves special mention: the seafood soup and fresh catch of the day were among the very best meals I had during my entire stay in Zanzibar. And then there’s the setting - a heart-touching sunrise over the ocean, beautiful decoration details, and views that show the team here really cares about making even the small things look and feel special. Seashore hotel especially the rooms looked even better than in the photos. Seashore Beach Hotel is not just a place to stay, it’s a place that leaves memories. Highly recommended!

Ne parlons pas du personnel qui est serviable, souriant et d'une grande gentillesse. Le cadre est fantastique, a vec accès direct à la mer, piscine, bar, repas sur la plage. Le lieu est calme et serein. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Relatif regret de n'avoir pas pu dire au revoir à Edina et Rebecca. Heureusement que Dori et Edwin étaient bien présents

Everyone was kind, compassionate, generous and always willing to assist. They do such a wonderful job keeping the place beautiful and you can count on them to make you feel special! I spent my 30th birthday there and they made it the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! Thank you Edwin, Edna, Doreen, Monica, Lucy, Faraja, Subira and Joy! The owner was not hospitable. There was an issue with my payment and even though I could prove that I paid, she refused to accommodate me and made me pay for my accommodation twice. Booking.com was aware of this but she refused.
• Bronwyn (10/5): Highly recommended - The food was amazing and plentiful. Huge choice for breakfast. Fresh juice. Dinner options with cold beer. Rooms, pool and property clean. The beach was stunning, with amazing sunrises. Staff ensured we had a relaxing stay, including Edina the Customer Relationship Manager, Edwin the Manager, Dora, cleaning staff and Lucy the great chef. They organise excursions and massages. Highly recommended if you want a more intimate great value holiday. Nothing. It was perfect.
• Greta (10/5): Lovely, quiet hotel with everything you need in one place. - The place was clean and very quiet (partly because we came at low season, but partly because the hotel has its own beachfront). The staff gave us a friendly welcome and they were very attentive during our stay, always making sure we were comfortable, even chatting and discussing the local culture and customs, so we could have a clue of how people lived in the area. We were the only ones there at the time, so we had the whole place to ourselves, which gave an extra luxurious feeling. The meals were also extraordinary - I booked this site partly because it has its own restaurant and bar, so we didn't have to worry about having a meal any time, but soon we found ourselves comparing each other restaurant and saying that the food was best here. After cleaning the room was decorated with flowers. The wifi was a bit slow, but working well, even in case of an electricity blackout they turned the generator on so we would always have wifi and running water. It was so relaxing to chill on the beach, watching the waves and the local people going about their day, their children playing on the ocean side. Maybe that the room was a little more worn than on the pictures, but otherwise nothing worth mentioning.

• Hernández (10/5): Peaceful Hidden Gem by the Sea – Warm Hospitality and Authentic Charm - A modest but truly beautiful place, full of charm. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful — perfect for unwinding. Everything is well taken care of thanks to the tireless work of Edina and Dori, two outstanding professionals who are always there for anything you need. I truly hope life brings them only good things. The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds and loungers, ideal for relaxing by the sea. The homemade food is excellent, and I highly recommend booking half board — it’s absolutely worth it. They also offer excursions directly from the hotel, which makes planning activities easy and stress-free. A simple yet authentic experience. I would definitely come back. The rooms might be a bit small, but they are perfectly adequate for a couple.

The place is quiet and relaxing. The food was great, everything fresh and a large choice. Now for the service, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We celebrated our wedding aniversary and they were very intentional in preparing our moment. Thank you so much Bovly, Edwin, Dori, Edina, Lucy and all the staff members (sorry I don’t know all the names). We recomend this place 300%

Perfect place to start your Zanzibar vacation if you need to destress and just look at the ocean. The highlight was however the staff. So sweet and always ready to help you. Feels like a resort with everything in it, but the opposite of crowded, which is great. Also, the area is quiet and well located in the island. • Mukuria (10/5): WOW!!! - The staff were amazing! Edwin and his team were super nice! Mwalimu & Edina are always smiling, I really felt at home. I would suggest the onion rings with cheese samosas. They have really good vegetarian options. The pool and beach are literally 3 steps from the room. The internet is abit slow, but you can still work ie ZOOM Calls are ok.
• Anna (10/5): Paradise - It’s very quite small hotel, I felt like at home, location is perfect , far from big resorts and crowded beaches . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is really delicious .☀️🏖️🏝️🌊❤️❤️
