Life (7/5): Great value and location, just smelly drains... - The location is not very everyone but we enjoyed the relative peace, the birds, the cows and even the trains. House has secure gated parking, bug screens on all windows and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were attentive to the questions we asked. Plenty of hot water if you shower later in the day - sun heats the water tank on the roof. The bad smell from the drains... Couldn't pinpoint it but it would seem to have drainage problems either under the house or very close by. The sink hot tap would not turn off the water, when the water gets hot. Had to operate it from the tap under the sink. We told the host and were happy to live with it - just hope it is sorted for the next guests. Marked as 7/10 as these things are fixable.
