• Deirdre (5/5): 3 nights in Brentwood - Good location, 10 mins walk from train station, 5 mins from high street. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with heat/hot water. Flat needs to be repainted along with a professional deep clean. Bed in front room needs to be replaced. Was okay but would not book again.
• Robert (4/5): Very far from elegant, response from owner dismissive and unapologetic - Location The property is very run down and desperately in need of repairs and a good clean , carpets were stained and dirty , wardrobe was falling apart , headboard on bed stained and pretty disgusting

The host provided essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. which was really helpful. The property’s location is very close to all amenities and a walking distance to the train station. Did not have to drive out of there as we walked to the shops, banks and train station to get to London. Nothing
• stanley (8/5): Great find for a short stay - Flat was lovely. Well furnished and well equipped. Coffee and tea provided was a nice touch. No terrestrial tv which was disappointing.

• Meng (9/5): Love the cozy place. - Clean, bright, parking provided, location is nice, convenient, kitchen facility is awesome, provided washing machine, well design and very cozy. bed and pillow too soft, did not provide body and hair shampoo, dustbin is not provided in the room and bathroom
• Sal (4/5): Dirty flat with rude landlord - Good location Warm Poor cleanliness Shower heads were mouldy and dirty Broken floor in ensuite Cigarette butts outside the front door Dirty oven pan with outlines of sausages Cushions covered in marks Bleach marks on towels Could feel every spring in the sofa bed. Marketed as an elegant flat, suitable for families, but needs a lot of attention and has obviously been used as a party flat. Rude landlord who has accused me of making all of this up to get money back! I have gone via booking customer service to try and resolve but so far no support.

• Rachel (9/5): Highly recommend - Really lovely flat, nice quiet location, yet very near town centre shops etc. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but that was the only thing, everything else was perfect
• Julie (5/5): Passable - The property was in an excellent position. It is well furnished and Martin was a brilliant host We were disappointed by the level of cleanliness. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The bed in the front bedroom is broken. There were no kitchen scissors or cafeitere.
• Joanne (8/5): Great weekend away - The apartment was 2 mins walk from the High street. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Apartment was clean and spacious The only thing we didn't like was the mattresses,they were very thin,when you laid down you could feel the bed base

• Rosie (10/5): Had an amazing stay, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND - So close to Brentwood centre! Very clean! And lots of attention to detail when it comes to the facilities and what is included in the apartment No room for improvement, everything was perfect
• Elaine (8/5): Great flat - Excellent flat great location Was very clean and spacious Unfortunately, we got off to a bad start with the keysafe code it took umpteen phone calls and messages and attempts at different codes. Taking 45 mins before I got into the flat.....it had been a hard day with an early start from Scotland and I was attending a funeral so I was a little emotional. However it was exacerbated when Martin insisted he had given me the right code. Then when I eventually got access to the property I couldn't get WiFi to work I just gave up. Only other issue was no glasses to drink out of had to drink my Coke Zero out a mug.
• Azeem (10/5): Recommended - Clean and very comfy flat. Had all necessary amenities including parking . The location was excellent, close to food places and shops. Martin was very helpful and understanding. Excellent place to stay.
