• Catalin (3/5): - The cleaning lady was very kind, communicative, and kept everything very clean. I was very disappointed with the owner of this apartment. I was strictly forbidden to bring friends and was reproached for inviting others, even though I had booked the apartment for 2 people. The attitude was very harsh and unpleasant. Another serious issue that affected me enormously was the constant surveillance. It is not acceptable for the property owners to monitor guests through web cameras. Every day they were checking what I was doing at the pool, who I was with, and this completely invaded my privacy. I paid for a holiday, not to be watched on camera. This is unacceptable and should not happen in a place meant for relaxation. On top of that, I was not allowed to move a table by the pool, even though I needed it to place my laptop. Instead, I was told to use another item that was not suitable for my needs. The restrictions were unreasonable and made me feel very uncomfortable. Summary sentence: This property invaded my privacy and treated me unfairly — I do not recommend staying here.

Apartments get cleaned every day and there’s fresh towels every day as well and the housekeeper is really nice, always greeting us with a smile on her face. Overall great experience that made our stay in Santorini more memorable and enjoyable. We look forward to coming back! :)

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities were great and always super clean. The Owner and cleaner were super friendly and helpful. The pool and loungers were a highlight. Overall great value for money if you were happy to walk about 40mins into Fira centre. Alternatively, taxis were about 25 euros each journey (Way cheaper than Uber). Taxi's booked through the hotel were super responsive to book via WhatsApp.

• Lola (10/5): Amazing stay in Zaitun Suite - We had an amazing stay in Zaitun Luxury Suites. The Suite was large and smelled lovely, and the bed really comfortable and large. Coffee, Tea, water and juices were furnished. We were lucky enough to be able to watch the sunrise from our room which was wonderful! The pool was beautiful and very relaxing in the middle of the land and the place was quiet. The location was perfect - close to Fira and the airport. The housekeeper was lovely and reactive, and the receptionist really nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to couples or even friends looking for a relaxing time! -

• Axel (10/5): Lovely Santorini - This is a special relaxing place in Santorini. It's near the airport and far from the crowded areas, with a nice clean pool and a beautiful landscape in the background. The place is peaceful so you can disconnect from the world during your stay. The staff was amazing so kind and helpful in every moment. Be aware that this place probably doesn't fit the traditional expectations of common tourists about Santorini. It is far from Fira, and even more, Oia, there is literally nothing around (no stores, no restaurants), and the best way of moving from there is by private taxi which is not cheap. This does not mean the place is a bad option or a complaint about the hotel. It only pretends to be advice for those with common expectations about this vibrant island.
• Teodóra (10/5): We were happy with everything, we would choose this accommodation again. - The room and the pool were beautiful. The host and staff were very helpful. The room came with coffee, fruit, wine and toiletries, the daily refill of coffee was particularly positive. The cleaning was perfect, towels were changed every day. Check in and check out was also done in a flexible manner. Close to everything, anywhere on the island was quickly accessible. We were happy with everything, we would choose this accommodation again. Car hire is recommended, it is difficult to get to shops, restaurants and attractions without one.

• Paulio (1/5): Very uncomfortable environment, rude staff, CCTV in pool areas, too many rules!! - The property and the pool were beautiful. The man who runs the accommodation was so rude and controlling. He enforces far too many rules, including having CCTV around the pool and balcony areas and watches this 24/7 from the reception desk, making guests feel completely uncomfortable and unrelaxed on their holiday. We arrived prior to the 2pm check in time and were told we couldn’t check in early or sit near the pool due to some plumbing issues and we were sent away, very rudely. Not only was he rude in person, he continued to be rude to us via WhatsApp whilst we were out for the day, telling us off for eating ‘near the pool’ and advised that we are only allowed to eat on our balcony. The pool doesn’t open until 10 and apparently you are not even allowed to sit near it before this time without feeling like you’re doing something wrong. Whilst working he wore a Tshirt that said ‘DIVA, I’m that b**ch you hate’ which says it all really. A very unprofessional man. It’s a shame because the grounds really are lovely, they are striving so hard for ‘perfection’ but making the guests feel completely uncomfortable in the process. If you’re looking for a relaxing break where you can unwind and enjoy yourself, this unfortunately is not the place to stay.

• Chrysaskop (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel exceeded our expectations. So close to everything, but so quiet we had the feeling that we were alone in Santorini. Very spacious and clean room and a great welcome with wine and fruits. Very polite staff. We will go back for sure!

You have a feel of solitude and calmness after a whole day of activities around the island. Wifi was toooooooooo slow. It was frustrating.

• Gladys (5/5): The place is very beautiful but equipments and professionalism are lacking. - The hotel is new and very beautiful. It is outside of the big town, peaceful and quiet. Extorior You have a magnificient view of sea and the hotel is built in the middle of an olive grove. There are 6 rooms and each of them has a cute terrace with table and chair from which you can admire the view. There is someting to hang wet clothes up on, if you need to make them dry. The swimming is very beautiful with one sunbed per room. There are places to park. We had a car so I cannot talk about buses but the nearest supermark/restaurants seems to be far without a car. Kitchen You will find a fridge, kettle and coffe machine. There are also two pieces (not more) of each kind of dishware (tea cup, coffe cup, plates, forks, knife...). Some coffee capsule and tea are available. Room and bathroom Cute decoration. Very clean and cosy. 4 towels and bathing products are given. I like the fact that there are a lot of lights in the room. Greetings The owner was available to answer to my question via whatsapp. When we arrive he greeted us with a bottle of wine from his father's grove, fruits, water and juice. He explained us with a map thing to do in Santorini. Kitchen Be careful when you book, there is nothing to cook in the kitchen (no microwaves or hob). So if you buy something from outside and want to warm it, you won't be able to do it. I do not understand the point to have a kitchen if we cannot cook or do the dishes. A mini fridge + hot beverages point like classic hotel would have been sufficient. There is nothing to do a rapid cleaning : no sponge for the sink, no tea towel, no box of tissues, no hand brush and dustpan. So if you spill something on the floor or you come back from the beach and there is sand on the floor : you will have to wait the next day for the cleaning staff to do it (Maybe you can ask to the reception but as it happens to us after 10PM, the reception was closed). Bedroom There is a part with a miror where you can sit and do your hair or make-up. This is cute but if you sit you cannot see your face in the miror (my height is 1m70). The stool is too low or the miror is too high.. There is no hotel safe. No miror where you can see yourself from head to toes. No iron. Attitude We did not find the owner's attitude professionnal. My mother went to him to notify we did not have any electrical current and water. His answer was only : "we know, it is general". My mother found his way to answer rude. I asked him if it is possible to lower the temperature of the room because we are very hot. He answered to open both of the clim and "you will be fine". If I come to you it is obvious that I tried myself to do everything and FIRSTLY turn ON the two AC. He did not even try to come, to see and explain. We went out hours after that, saw him and he couldn't even say hello or something. The next day was the same thing. He only talked by whatsapp while he walked in front of us twice and could talk to us (we was in the swimming pool). I am on holiday and do not need this kind of negativity so i did not say anything more.

• Rebecca (10/5): Amazing luxury property - Absolutely amazing experience staying at this property from start to finish. The hotel kindly organised our transfer from the airport. We were picked up in a brand new bmw & greeted warmly at the hotel. The owner was so helpful & gave amazing service The rooms are absolutely stunning. We stayed in room 5 which is a junior suite. The room was absolutely spotless & there was maid service every day cleaning the room. We had fresh towels everyday. The room had 2 tvs which had access to Netflix which was great for chilling in the evenings. The room also offered a hairdryer, fridge freezer, coffee machine & kettle. Our room was steps away from the pool which was so convenient. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. There are 6 day beds meaning one for each room. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and it was so relaxing. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. However transportation is required to get about. The nearest bus stop or shop is a 30 minute walk away. We quickly discovered this after the first day. The owner kindly organised a quad for us which was delivered an hour later. The prices were the best we had seen. With the quad the hotel location was a perfect as it’s in the middle of the island. Fira was a 7 minute drive, Oia 22 minutes and Kamari was 12 minutes away. We did also find an amazing beach club East breeze which is just a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall we had an amazing experience at this property. It gave that luxurious typical Santorini vibe at such amazing value. The room didn’t have a safe, iron or long mirror.
