• FABRICE (5/5): Doit mieux faire ! Il faut penser d’abord qualité et non rentabilité . - Appartement climatisé refait à neuf dans un immeuble vétuste. 2 grandes chambres, une grande salle de bain, une immense cuisine avec lave linge et lave vaisselle. Réactivité de Rosa à nos demandes même si elle n’a pas pu y répondre. Parking à proximité et obligatoire dans Pagani car les places libres sont rares et la circulation difficile. Nous nous attendions à mieux au niveau équipements. Le lave vaisselle n’est pas très utile quand le nombre de couverts est aussi insuffisant. 3 verres, 3 cuillères à café…etc. Nous étions 4. Très peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et en mauvais état. Il faut absolument fournir plus de vaisselle et de plats. Les gens ne mangent pas tous les jours au restaurant, ils aiment aussi cuisiner. L’evacuation de la douche n’a fonctionné qu’une journée ensuite il a fallu calculer pour ne pas que l’eau déborde du bac. La literie n’est pas au rendez-vous avec des oreillers galettes pas confortables. Le wifi est INEXISTANT et ce n’est pas la première fois que cela a été mentionné. Une odeur de tabac persistante à notre arrivée et qui s’est estompée après 2 jours.

• Hardy (6/5): Very inconvenient location and parking but beautiful interior - The flat was very lovely inside, very good air conditioning and very modern interior and good value for money We used the oven a few times and I think this caused a circuit break a few times. More inconveniently was the parking and finding the accommodation. The streets are so incredibly narrow and everything is a one way system, so when we first arrived we spent at least 1 hour trying to find the place, then another hour trying to find the parking (the private car park is a 10 minute walk away). And in the process of this, it was late at night and because the car park entrance was so narrow we scratched and dented the right side of our car. So, the start of the stay was pretty awful, but obviously not at the fault of the hosts really. The location is just pretty awful which is why I have to give this a 6.0. Every other aspect is almost perfect.
• Anna (9/5): Quasi perfetto - Appartamento moderno, molto bello e pulito, ben organizzato, doccia con doccino rimovibile (per me essenziale) Diversi rotoli di carta igienica forniti (non scontato) Aria condizionata, sacrosanta d’estate!! Presente in tutte le stanze Entrata con codice, nessuno “stress” legato alle chiavi Sapone per lavare i piatti presente 1. Ho trovato la doccia un po’ scomoda solo per il fatto che essendo senza piatto rialzato e avendo solo mezzo metro di vetro (circa, a occhio) che ripara c’è il rischio che fuoriesca diversa acqua e si bagni il pavimento circostante… bella da vedere ma poco funzionale (per la mia esperienza almeno). 2. Urla, schiamazzi e rumori simili a mobili spostati dagli appartamenti vicini e dalla strada anche di notte… che si sentivano anche con i tappi. Certamente non è un problema direttamente della struttura (a cui comunque ho segnalato la cosa) ma della maleducazione delle persone e della mancanza di rispetto. 3. Ascensore solo a pagamento, informazione a mio parere non chiara. Ok sono “solo” 10 centesimi (al momento) ma mi sembra assurdo che si debba pagare per utilizzarlo. Detto questo l’appartamento si trova al secondo piano, ci sono alcune rampe di scale ma è fattibile anche a piedi, nonostante sia un po’ scomodo con le valigie (meno fattibile per persone con problemi di salute o mobilità ridotta ovviamente).
