Who compensates for our precious time and money? This is a hotel with a lot of bugs. I protested normally, but my response was delayed and even rude. I even sent her photos of bug bites and bugs, but she hasn't said sorry and is in dispute over a refund. This is the worst hotel ever. Not only we but also our guests left a review saying they were bitten about 10 days ago, but the house was not cleaned properly. In short, it's for bugs, not people. It's been a week since the trip, but my wife is in the hospital, and our accommodation is not responding at all. It's irresponsible. I warn the host. If a fair agreement is not reached within a week, we will notify the world through continuous reviews. It's a buggy accommodation and an irresponsible host......within a week, I have a lot of time to revise the reviews, so I'm going to continue until it's resolved
• Georgia (1/5): Disappointing stay with bed bugs - The only real positive about this accommodation was the location – it’s conveniently close to the station, which made getting around easy The owner was slow to respond to messages. We were left waiting at the entrance for instructions on how to enter the property, which delayed our check-in unnecessarily. Additionally, she forgot to collect the city tax during our stay and only contacted us about it three hours after we had already checked out, forcing us to make an inconvenient return trip just to hand it over. We had requested three beds in advance, but only two were made up when we arrived. We had to wait for the third to be prepared, which again delayed us. Cleanliness was another major issue. The shower was dirty and very slippery, which felt unsafe. The air conditioning units were loud and disruptive at night, and there was only one remote control for two different units that was falling apart. Most concerning of all, the main bed was infested with bed bugs. I was bitten multiple times and even saw the bugs in daylight. This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend it to others.

• Jackson (7/5): - Location was good, close to the main basilica and not too far away from the Colosseum. The apartments need refurbishment. They didn't have a kettle, the coffee machine didn't work properly, and the beds were okay. Also, it would be great if the owners would supply the basic shower gel, coffee, and sugar.

• Anonymous (7/5): Spacious near station - Met on arrival. Spacious apartment and fine for needs. Location very handy for station and metro... 20 mins walk to coloseum (bit far to walk to most other attractions) A little noisy especially Saturday night Bedding a little light on comfort and warmth

• Jason (10/5): Location! Friendly and helpful proprietor. Comfy! - Location was terrific, right next to Termini. The windows shut out all sound. The person who helped us was amazing, and allowed us to drop our bags quite early. A bit confusing to find (had to call even though we’d asked earlier if there were any special instructions).
