- Erna (8/5): Heerlijk, goed verzorgd, dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Heel vriendelijk personeel. - Heel goed ontbijt, zeer uitgebreid. Prima locatie, veel highlights op loopafstand. En op een pleintje in de buurt geweldige restaurantjes. De kamer had geen mogelijkheid om te zitten, er stond geen stoel.

- Janet (8/5): Perfect high level stay in the center of everything - This hotel was right in the middle of where we wanted to be, close to the big museum and downtown shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really amazing. I did use the spa and it was OK, but it was ever so tiny.

Morgenmad var lidt kedeligt, røræg så ikke helt frisk ud. Lidt mere opmærksomhed med opfyldning kunne måske også hjælpe. Beliggenhed er perfekt.

- Trine (9/5): Palazzo Bellezia luxury suites and spa is a gem in Turin. - We spent 5 nights at the hotel and we had great stay. The area was lovely, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was great value for money and as an extra bonus the minibar was free of charge and was stocked every day. What a luxury.

- Attwell (10/5): - We were very happy with our suite. The hotel is almost brand new with lovely modern decor. Situated on a quiet street a very short walk to the main shopping and tourism area. We tried both restaurants and they were both nice. The staff are very friendly and the room was cleaned every day, they even restock the fridge, so I had a cold beer each day when I returned. Sitting on the balcony with a cold beer watching the world go buy was a treat. In the basement there is small pool with sauna and steam room, again this is like new. Very modern and stylish and a great way to relax after a day out. We would 100% recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel - just be aware need to arrive before 11pm to check in 😁 we were delayed and just made it in the nick of the time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and clean (loved the free minibar snacks also a nice touch!). A great selection at breakfast and fresh coffees (shoutout to the breakfast staff also you were great). The spa was also really nice, smaller than we thought but it does the job after a day of walking around Turin!

Personeel is ontzettend gastvrij, behulpzaam, aardig en spreken goed Engels. Een aanrader! Minpuntje is de spa. Die is (erg) klein en ontzettend warm (in de zomer).

- LittleHoneyBee (7/5): L'apparenza inganna - Posizione spa deliziosa Comodità e originalità Staff non sempre gentilissimo (soprattutto i signori maschietti). Ristorante scarsamente accogliente, con orari da pensione, non adeguati al turismo dinamico di un hotel (non è stato possibile fare spuntini fuori orario, acquistare acqua o spremute, che con il caldo torrido sono indispensabili). Colazione ridotta al minimo indispensabile per definirsi continentale. Pulizia relativa nelle camere (fuliggine, polvere); piumoncino anche ad agosto (bastava un lenzuolo con un copriletto leggero). Lenzuola particolarmente ruvide. Pochi elementi di cortesia (non c'è distributore di acqua o caffè; nelle camere c'è il servizio caffè ma non il bollitore e poche bottiglie nel mini bar). Non c'è un servizio costante in reception, spesso scoperta Musica pessima in sottofondo, anche nella tromba delle scale, alta e disturbante, si sentiva anche in camera. Addirittura l atmosfera della Spa era disturbata dalla musica del tutto fuori luogo, dissonante. Nella camera privilege le travi oblique rendono impossibile usufruire dello spazio senza rischiare di battere la fronte; non ci sono poltrone e appendiabiti sufficienti e neppure i comodini. Nella saletta finestrata manca il condizionatore e il caldo torrido sviluppa un effetto serra. In camera mancano i ricambi di carta igienica e non ci sono i fazzolettini di carta. Manca la crema corpo e il detergente intimo. Stile pittoresco marino del ristorante del tutto incongruo con lo stile surrealista dell hotel.

- REMILLIEUX (10/5): Mémorable - Ambiance romantique, peu de chambre donc accès facile au coin spa sans trop de personnes. Ils offrent l’ensemble du mini bar (jus, bières, eaux et snacks) et le remplissent lorsque vous l’avez vidé (le tout inclu dans le prix de la chambre). Les serviettes sentaient bons, la chambre était très propre et le personnel tout à fait charmant. C’est le lieu idéal pour un week end en amoureux à Turin. Bravo à l’équipe Aucun point négatif, vraiment !
- Anne (10/5): - Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation dans une des deux chambres que nous occupions. L'établissement nous a rembourser le prix de la nuitée sans que nous ayons à le réclamer. Démarche exceptionnelle qu'il est important de noter. Sans cet incident de climatisation, tout était parfait : la qualité du service, la décoration et l'équipement des chambres, la localisation, la piscine en plein centre de Turin.
- Gian (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Very impressed with this hotel as soon as we arrived for our 4 night stay. It was clear that it had been refurbished and was done to a very good standard. The room was large, with a separate lounge and bedroom area, including a large TV in both. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. Nespresso machine and a free to use mini bar were very nice touches. Breakfast was included and had a reasonable choice to suit all tastes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We'd definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

- Heidi, Jan Pieter En Niven (9/5): Design relaxation in the Roman quarter of Turino - Beautiful and large modern styled room with balcony and huge shower, very comfy beds, nice breakfast and great sauna, steamroom and pool in a great location. The young (blond) lady at the reception was extremely helpful in advice on aperitivo suggestions and carrying some of our luggage. We had a very nice dinner at their Osteria Il Porto and enjoyed vongole, grilled vegetables and fresh shell fish, polpo and sea bream. Accompanied by a powerful white Etna wine. Highly recommended. Our son forgot his beloved cuddle and they swiftly packaged and mailed it to us. Great service! There was not enough space for us (3) to put our clothes. This made the room very messy with stuff everywhere. Also, the shower could use a small closet to put stuff in. It was a little dusty in the room on top of lamps etc, but no biggy.

- Yvonne (9/5): Perfektes Stadthotel. - Absolut perfekt für einen Städtetrip gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an den Sehenswürdigkeiten und in Restaurants und Bars. Das Hotel ist ein altes Haus, welches modernisiert und saniert wurde und jetzt moderne Zimmer bietet. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet im eigenen Restaurant im Erdgeschoss angeboten. Aufschnitt und Käse waren hervorragend und der Kaffee wurde serviert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Nur eine Kleinigkeit: im Bad könnte man ein paar Haken für die Handtücher ergänzen. Sonst war alles ganz wunderbar.

- Marcin (10/5): Super hotel ze spa w centrum miasta - Wszystko super, dobre śniadanko i kawka, dogodna lokalizacja. Super spa i basen. Miła obsługa. Niepłatny minibarek !! Na śniadaniu trzeba być szybkim, bo mogą zniknąć Twoje ulubione smaki jogurtów.
