• Maya (1/5): Absolutely unacceptable experience – stolen belongings, poor service, hidden charges, and nothing close to a 5-star stan - Apart from the rooms itself, nothing felt like a true 5-star experience. I have been traveling to Greece for more than 20 years and I have never experienced such disappointment in a so-called 5-star hotel. What happened here was beyond anything I could have imagined. On the very first day, one of my personal belongings WAS STOLEN FROM THE BEACH . When I asked for help, a staff member walked around with me for a few minutes and then simply gave up. I requested to see the cameras, but was told there was ‘no access’. That was it. No responsibility, no support, no care. From that moment on, our holiday was overshadowed by constant fear – carrying every valuable with us even to the beach. In a 5-star hotel? Unthinkable. BREAKFAST was another DISASTER . There was no menu, just a waitress rushing through options verbally. After ordering, food would sometimes take TWO HOURS to arrive. Orders were forgotten, guests were frustrated, and mornings turned into a nightmare. As if this was not enough, we were informed on the very same day that a wedding would take place at the hotel, and we were offered dinner outside the property instead. Imagine paying for a luxury stay, only to be told you should dine elsewhere because of a private event. Outrageous. Even the so-called ‘sea view’ room was a joke – rooms 6 and 7 have no sea view at all, only an olive tree blocking the horizon. This was not a holiday. This was a series of frustrations, disappointments, and shocks. For anyone considering this property: think twice. There are countless beautiful places in Greece – don’t waste your time, money, and peace of mind here.

Personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, odalar temiz ve güzel. Tesisde körü bir kanalizasyon kokusu var. Su dahil her şey ekstra ve oda hesabına yazdıramıyorsun. Bir kişi akşam yemeği 60 Euro civarında. Sahildeki şezlonglara bir kişi için en az 30 Euro harcamanız gerekiyor. En yakın market arabayla 15 dakika

• Ertürk (10/5): Exceptional - All the hotel and reception staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful. Every little detail has been thought of to make you feel special as soon as you enter the hotel. Oh, the scent of that room perfume is still in my memory. The breakfast was just as it should be, neither too much nor too little. It's very easy to find in terms of location. The infinity pool and its own private beach were also wonderful. Looking forward to seeing you again next year. -

The food and the drinks we tried were all delicious. Special thanks to Ms. Mania Tsiamagka and all the other staff, they were all very kind, warm and helpful at all times. We definitely felt special and had an amazing vacation. We would love to go back next year. I got stung by a sea urchin, which has nothing to do with the hotel. Just be careful while swimming. :)

• Aylin (10/5): Just a perfect place! - We have traveled to many places, but this hotel has a truly unique vibe: chill and relaxing and the friendliest staff too! Sustainable design and attention to detail,peace and quiet. Excellently organized beach and pool area.Very clean rooms and common areas,very comfortable mattress... Highly recommending and will definitely visit again! The air conditioner in the room blows right in front of the bed. The parking lot is too small for hotel guests, and the wide area around the hotel where you can park is too dusty and uneven... But it's not a problem!
• Nikol (2/5): Bad value for money - Comfortable bed, kind personal The room was really small; no place for our luggage(we had only 1 suitcase). The first floor rooms are actually under the ground which causes a basement smell when you enter the room. The bathroom fan was not working, we saw at least 3 times insects coming from the shower drain. The bathroom cosmetic was a good one, but we received only 1 small shower gel on day 1 and 2. The bottle was almost empty and was not changed the next days by the cleaning staff. The room has an air conditioning+a fan on the roof. The fan was really loud and shaking like is going to fall=unusable. When i reported the fan issue to reception, i was told to turn it off which as i said is not a solution. The pool is with great view, but small. Random people from the beach bar were coming all the time to take photos where only guests of the hotel are allowed. This is a security issue and other hotels use closed pass-a chip or a card. There are not enough parking spots reserved for the guests of the hotel, and all the other parking spots are full from the beach bar guests. During our stay there were 2 evening parties which caused even more cars on the parking and yes, our car was hit there. The hotel is far from all towns and you must use a car to go anywhere. The prices on the bar and restaurant are really high. If the prices will be that high at least the product must be a good one. The soda that was 7euros was the cheapest option in every supermarket-50cents for a can. The food was also pricey, and not with exceptional quality. The breakfast was delicious but the same every morning and was not enough for all the guests. Only 2 types of eggs (even 3star hotels have scrambled eggs). The eggs were not available often and the staff was taking 20-25 minutes only to come with 5-7 eggs. You have access to the beach bar, but actually there are no spots designed for the hotel guests. The whole point of booking a pricey hotel is to avoid everything above. We are really disappointed of our stay.

• Daniela (9/5): Superb - The hotel is small and very pleasant. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, the food is good. The staff is very nice and responsive to all your needs. Cleanliness in the rooms always on time and up to standard. I didn't like it because I chose a small hotel to spend my vacation, not to be crowded. Sorry, it was not quiet. The hotel allows access to the beach to those who are not accommodated for a fee. At the weekend it is full. We opted to spend the day on another beach. When we got back... there was nowhere to park. Hundreds of cars parked even on the side of the road. Staff didn't take care of the customers who were parked to provide parking.
